Good folks
The price they quoted me on the internet and email they sent me was one price and when they told me the price after financing it was $5,000 more .. I do not like dealing with dealerships it's not fair with marketing ...marketing is everything.. if you lie about the marketing you might be lying about the condition of the vehicle

While we didn't ultimately purchase a vehicle here, the sales team was very friendly, helpful and not overly aggressive. They went above and beyond to get us information and videos of the vehicle we were inquiring on since we live several hours away. The only reason we didn't purchase from them was that we found a closer vehicle that fit our needs.
Missing pictures of right side with damaged to the right tail light that doesn’t work gas cap and fender damaged all rusted not drivable do to poor engine I wouldn’t be comfortable selling to anyone. Very helpful people but false advertising!

Danny we apologize ...but it is very hard for us to try and help people purchase a $2000 car that does not have imperfections ... we try to accommodate people full spectrum from $2000 to $100.000 !! We only sell the less expensive vehicles here to try and help those customers that are only trying to purchase less expensive vehicles at more of a wholesale price.. unfortunately the people purchasing those price range vehicles are usually the ones that give the worst reviews and want a perfect car for $2000..We are currently discussing only selling the cars that are more retail pieces on the l

This was my first time buying a car online. Rip and Derek were very responsive. I never had to wait more than 5 min for a response to a question. It was so easy almost felt to good to be true. My car was put on transport Monday afternoon and I had it delivered to my driveway in Montana by Tuesday afternoon! I would 100% recommend Big Country Auto in Madison Nebraska.

Was basically told I was in a lottery pick for the vehicle- some one had a deposit- that fell thru. "The race is on" was the text message - spoke with sales manager- after this agreed to run my credit which is above average (didn't want a random inquiry) with intentions to purchase. Asked a question about delivery charge (trying to get credit for the 150 mile free delivery radius from car gurus at the per mile rate they wanted to charge) was then told they'd be making the "best business decision for them" I expressed frustration with this lottery draw type of business and was told if I wanted the vehicle I would be the first in line. I was already approved- and was trying to purchase - was just working out final details even if that meant I would drive for pick up. I got one update approx 4 days later about the rear end of the vehicle hand then got the notification it had been sold (through car Gurus, not the dealer)

The dealer low-balled my trade in by nearly
$17,000. How do I know this? First,I bought
the vehicle for $11k more than they offered
me just two months earlier. Secondly I got
sold it as a trade in for $17k more than they
offered from the dealer that I purchased my
new truck from. I also felt that they were a
bit condescending to me.

Great sales lady!! Got the car i wanted and they did everthing they could to help.
They responded. I asked if I missed or overlooked anything in the pics and mentioned the cosmetic flaws i saw. Asked if they could tell me. They responded with we do our best to capture the trucks true condition. That's not really an answer to what I asked. I dont like when companies, especially used car lots bet around the bush.

The first man i talked to at deal ship when i called said about the car is ( it is what it is ) when i was trying yo get info on the car. He told me 3 to 4 times ( it is what it is ) he didn't want to sell a car very bad. Later that day another man called. At that time i told him i had my eye on another car.

Was contacted quickly. The salesman and manager both did the phone
work before I made the trip to look at the truck. Was treated to a good
deal and was given a fair price for my trade in. Was treated to lunch and
a full tank of gas to get home with. CarGurus was easy to do all my
shopping from my living room. Big Coutry Auto was very easy to deal
with and not at all pressuring me to by.
Received seemingly automated responses quickly. Inquired about the availability of a specific vehicle. It was somewhat challenging to get a simple, "Yes, it's still available" or "No, it's already sold" (which I learned eventually) from this dealership. When the responses weren't automated, the representatives seemed pleasant enough.

emailed me back said it may have been sold he did not know . Then the price
went up from 888 to 999 he was going to check and see if it was still there

Truck was misrepresented when I got there from out of state and had damage not mentioned plus was told the truck was gassed up and ready to go but was not even washed and the battery was dead and with no gas in it was not impressed after getting a rental to pick it up and driving 8 hours to the dealer

It had too many miles, They are asking for $11,000. I saw
antoher truck 2012 F-150 only 200,000 miles for $8,000
more new. I didnt make a deal with them.
