Was ghosted by the dealership because I didn’t buy the car on the first day. They wanted to use extreme pressure and push me into buying a car instead of letting me decide on my own. Wouldn’t return my calls after.

I contacted them regarding a jeep with no photos yet on the internet. I had a Salesman reach out to me and send me a video and let me know if I had questions to follow up. I did not buy the vehicle but I appreciated their assistance. They weren't pushy.

Went to see this vehicle after verifying availability. Arrived and dealer said it wasn’t ready. Asked to drive another one on the lot that was similar since we had made the trip with two kids. He said no since we weren’t planning on buying that one. Same make and model. Just one year different. Ridiculous. Clearly they don’t need your sale. Avoid this dealer.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Big City Cars! I submitted an inquiry on a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu and within 5
minutes, the team called me to discuss the features of the vehicle. I was looking for heated leather seats, a backup camera, and navigation,
and this truck had it all!
I set up a test drive for later that afternoon, and everyone was fantastic. JR was my salespersonâdown-to-earth and not pushy at all!
Chad, the Sales Manager, came out and talked to me while we were discussing financing options. It was genuinely one of the BEST

All I heard from was the internet person. I never heard from a sales person and I find this very disturbing seen. How over the last few years? I've bought 2 cars at this location. I find it really interesting on their customer service.

Walking up to the entrance, one of the salesman were smoking outside the front door ♀️
Wasn’t impressed with selection. I called at 10 AM to view a car. They stated it wasn’t on the lot. Finally around 330 arrived and it was dirty., had a big hole on the inside door, and the rear end had been damaged

I was trying to find the perfect car, and all the sudden the manager, I think his name was Bob, comes out screaming asking if I’m gonna buy a car. I had a price range in mind and I even went up a little bit to help them but they didn’t have anything in my price range that I felt comfortable buying. He tried to pressure me into buying a car I didn’t want and his approach was very rude and off putting. I would not recommend going to buying a car from there

I was contacted multiple times by two different salespeople to see if they could meet my need. They always let me choose a time that would work for me to visit the dealership and see if they had a car that would fit within my budget.
Found them online. Best prices we have found! We drove
from Lafayette to their Fort Wayne store. We were greeted
by Buzz, not only was he friendly he was also very helpful.
Answered all of our questions and it didn't take long before
we were driving our very nice pre-owned truck off the lot.
My husband is a happy guy. Would we recommend going
there? Yes. In fact I may go back soon. I found a Jeep that I
may not be able to live without!

They replied 2 days later saying I could get the jeep for $3500, when I asked
are you sure we are still talking about the Yellow Jeep she replied, no that
one was sold I was talking about the Liberty. I never asked about any other
Jeep but the Wrangler. They didn't even know what vehicle I was talking
about, I figured they only wanted a sale, not really my kind of seller.

This vehicle was already sold. They seemed enthusiastic but trying to hard to get a sale, even to stretch the truth some. Some of the lower priced vehicles were in pretty bad condition. New vehicles were good and nice though.

I brought a car from them about a week and a half. The car died on me like week. I thought it was the battery connector being dirty, so i clean it and recharge it. The car died on me again. This time I was going to a job orientation. I t I use my tax refund money to buy a car to get a job.I think there my be some problem with alternator too and the tires need to be replace.

I had a great experience working with The Auto Brokers. Kyle was
so warm and helpful, he made me feel like a family member he
genuinely cared about. I told him what I was looking for and he
patiently worked with me test drive after test drive. He even called
me later to tell me about a car that they had just gotten in that he
thought would be perfect for me... and it was! He helped me get
set up with financing, even called my credit union to negotiate a
lower interest rate for me. The car runs great, and I seriously can
not believe I was able to afford such a great car. I've already
referred some friends and family back to TAB and told them to ask
for Kyle. I suggest you do the same!

Two hours after I bought a vehicle the check engine light came on. I called them and Gary said it was on before and that they would "take care of it" Also, Kyle broke the arm rest and said he would "take care of it". Then Bob told me after I let him know the check engine light and the IMA light were on (which neither were on when I drove the vehicle or had it checked out, but the radio had to be reset both times I drove it) Bob said they would put me in another car while they "took care of it". The only thing I'm getting is $50 towards a $120 arm rest repair and a little advice that I should of had it checked out better. The repairs may run $3000 (catalytic converters and the $2,300 IMA battery! Lesson: "Take care of it" didn't mean what I thought it meant. And be cautious if you have to reset the radio because codes are being cleared out!

I just purchased a dodge charger from the auto
brokers and they very nice people. The charger
came with 20inch rim costume grill and a perfect.
Body, clean inside and out and I mean clean it
didn't have a radio in it tho but they supplied me
with a pioneer cd player and paid for it to get put
in and gave me a check for it and also put it in
writing as well .to ensure that they kept their word,
their trust worthy people and if you want to get a
car I would go to them before anywere else go
online and read up on them. Check them out you
won't be disappointed.
