Contacted them, said I’d buy it. Got got the loan, called the next day to tell them the money was good but they said it sold earlier that week. The next day, another salesperson called and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Suburban and I told them it had sold. They said it was still on the lot. Maybe there’s a lack of communication or maybe it’s one of those tactics to get you to come in. I would have had to drive 2-3hours to get there and it would have been a waste of time.

They list cars that have already sold. Not trustful. Asked about car listed on their website. Called me to come in. Luckily i called back as it was sold. Asked again about the same car month later under a different phone number and they said car was available and wanted me to come in.until it was t available suddenly again.

Long drive to see a car that was filthy as well as not what they said it was, heavy scratches, dead battery,hit on drivers' side, was a very poorly showed car, Buyer beware, I had a bad back and to travel this far away to see a car that was far from perfect was very disappointing to my daughter as well as myself, The salesman who was very nice and professional, kept saying he was sorry for the poor showing. They knew I was coming to see it but still wasted my time ,pictures do not show the flaws ,peace

I had a great experience. Entire team was professional. Process was easy, and I was able to secure financing that met my budget. No hard sell on additional warranties, as I was given choices and costs. If you want it, take it. Process was quick and went home with the car same day. They have lots of quality pre-owned cars, so you'll definitely find a car for you. I highly recommend this dealer.

I asked for interior pictures 3times. 2times they said they were sending pictures but never did. Then they say it was sold. I was in lomg distance transit and cancelled. Then they said its available not sold but was a passenger vehicle but no seats with a bed and a bathroom! I would never do business with a co.pany that didn't know if it was coming or going!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not willing to negotiate at all. Didn't want to discuss the visible damage to the vehicle.

I called the dealer and I talked to Daniel about the 2018 Nissan Rogue if still available and she said yes still available and she referred me to Lloyd Desvigne his the CPO sales specialist I told him I am interested in this 2018 Nissan he told me to send him copies of my driver license and the name of my insurance agent and I did .after two days I called back to check on the status of my paperwork Lloyd told me the. Manager will call me in half hour I said okay never heard from him the second day I called again I was told the manager will call you back again no call .I called again today no answer. I was looking now to find another SUV I found the same one I was going to buy for $22,495 they raise the price to $25,495 , this not the way to do business after I was going to pay what they ask for

Pushy people won't tell you OTD price without seeing you in person wasting your time for no reason. Their Policy BS story. Price too high for a car year and mileage. I will buy a new car for the same price maybe base version of the car. 2022 not 2019 a big difference. Do your research and don't be taken for a ride. Not good experience at all. I would give 0 zero stars if I could.

My interaction was only through phone call and text. The person, Kit, I dealt with was very courteous and clear. He returned my phone call and texts in timely manner and answered my questions thoroughly. I felt that he really trying to help me. He assured me that no gimmicks and hidden fees etc. So far so good. I will write my experience with further interactions.

Had me waiting for pictures of a car for over 1 week, give a bunch of excuses and just to tell me car was sold a week after , was supposed to get a call back never got.

I expected more from a reputable Ford Dealer. Initial contact was great from their person in a call center. When I arrived for my appointment there was a long wait even though the dealership was empty but front desk was really nice and accomodating. The used car was dirty, border line disgusting. In these COVID times they should have at least cleaned and wiped down the interior. Undisclosed damage/ dents to the roof and body as the sales guy told me it could be buffed off. The vehicle had several driveability issues including transmission and 4 wheel center lock. On turns you could here the trans slip. On the way back to the dealer the car went into limp mode and I had to call the dealer to pick me up. The director Ali said that the car was fine and had me drive the vehcile again to prove him right. I pointed out the issues with the check engine light and lack of power and I was informed/ corrected by him that this was normal and these vehciles are 'tanks'. Nice guy otherwise

Truck is still listed but when I went to go look at it 2 weeks ago I was told it was being held for managers friend in my opinion they keep it on to try and bring you in and hope they can sell you something else

After making an appointment to test drive this specific car, we drove 2 hours to the dealership and they couldn't find the car. They promised to contact me and bring the car to me for a test drive, but I never heard from them again. Totally unprofessional!
