Not much to say. The dealer was helpful, but the vehicle I wanted was not in stock. The salesman said he'd keep
looking. I've heard nothing since.
Absolutely terrible dealership. Sold the car to another dealership never contacted me while this happened. Drove almost 2 hours to be told the vehicle was even there. Sales team is a bunch amateurs and are unwilling to be genuine with any customers service.

We do have a young sales team and they are always growing and getting better. But they always try there best to keep customer in the loop in relation to vehicles we never want any one to waste there time. I see you are working a deal with that team out there. Truck was sold when I contacted them, they found me another truck, they were good. Only issue is interior was not cleaned, for that much money at least clean the seats up.

Excellent customer service! The dealer is looking for the right vehicle for me and has stayed within weekly contact making sure I know they have not forgotten about me! Horrible experience. I think it was the salesmans first day. Very timid. Truck I went to
see was not in great shape inside, somehow mileage was switched into kilometers
instead of miles making it appear to have way more miles than advertised (which they
realized after I left). Wouldn't show me other vehicles that were 3k above what I had
originally stated was the price range I was looking in, which when you're talking 70k,
what's 3k more? LOL. Just not a good time...

dealerships I contacted. When I got the details of
this particular vehicle ( one accident reported) we
kept looking.

Worst trade offer I've gotten not wiling to work or negotiate at all. Got an email for 500 extra off asked on that and if they would work with me a little and was told they are taking me off their email list

Dealer was very responsive to communications. Once at at dealership, test drive was convenient as was the evaluation of my trade. However the amount offered for my trade was lower than other dealers and the vehicle I looked at was overpriced based on the CARgurus price and KBB. The dealer was completely unwilling to move on the vehicle price, which was unacceptable given the less than perfect condition of the vehicle.

I contacted dealership to view car. I set up an appointment for the following day. When I got there the car was cleaned and waiting for me. I ended up purchasing the car. The sales person was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership

Compared to other dealers, prices are extremely high. The price of
$45000plus for th MkS Lincon with 18000 miles was more expensive
than what I Inquired from other dealers. Many other Mks were $10000-
$20000 difference. Also I found used 2017 Lincoln Continenals
that were cheaper

I drove 1 hour and a half to see this
explorer. I had spoken to the sales man
on the phone and through email
explaining that my husband and I would
be there early because we had a flight to
catch. When we arrived he said the car
was buried in the snow and he couldn't
get it out in time. We where VERY
disappointed. He said he didn't think we
where coming to see the car, I don't
know why I told him we would be there.
If I couldn't make the appointment I
would have called. I won't be buying a
car there!

We apologized to the customer, mother nature decided to drop a few feet of snow the night before and our entire staff was outside trying to clear the lot in order to just drive through. We were in the process of clearing out the vehicle with her but they didn't have time to wait, which we understand. Unfortunately the weather conditions that day were not on our side.

The dealership is small, and the
customer service is lacking
considerably. Summit Ford is a
despicable place. They're
interested in only making a sale
and if you come off as though
you're not 100% interested, they
don't return your calls and treat
you like your inquiry is far from
important.
I was interested in trading in my
car as well, and the middle
manager Joe, this Italian man,
tried to play off my 2010 Insight
like it was falling apart because
the tire on my tread was low and I
have the tire pressure light on. I
was highly displeased with him
because it was NO way to handle
a business transaction. He was
the reason why I discontinued my
inquiry at Summit Ford. Customer
service matters. If I can't trust you
then I won't do business with
you.
