I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Touring from Beyond Cars.I was very pleased with the service I had with Beyond Cars and Salesman "Adam".I love the Honda.It Drove perfect and the car's appearance was Awesome. If I need another car,I would call Beyonds Cars again.

They responded. I asked about an option that the listing said the car had. The dealer responded that it did not have that option. He wasn’t sure why or how the error occurred. Other than that it was a positive experience.

Dealer didn't want to take cash. Price online is price if financed. If not then you can't get the car for that price.

They promised no matter what my credit was they could help but they didn’t. I told them what my credit was 640 and they said that’s considered good but never got back with me I’m just over it all. Thanks for nothing, but crushing my buying experience and running my credit for nothing!

Test drove the car then the sales lady Sharon never called me back and finance wouldn't do a reasonable deal for me on this vehicle. Very unprofessional

The 2014 Nissan Maxima I purchased from this dealership had an oil leak. I thought I saw fluid under the car at the dealership. They pretended to fix the problem claiming it was coolant from a loose radiator hose. When I got the car home I began to see droplets of oil in my garage the very next day. And they make you sign a paper that says no returns. And they stated to only report any issues to the warrantycompany not the dealership. The warranty I purchased with the car only goes into effect 1000 miles after purchase. So now I have to drive the car with a slow oil leak for 1000 miles or pay for the repair out of pocket. And that's only if the warranty covers whatever is causing the leak once I take it to a mechanic. The door handle on the driver's side was also broken and was rigged in a way as to not be detected. The second day I had the car the handle separated into 2 pieces as I attempted to open the door. I know it's a used car but come on! Its my fault for believing them.

Bought a different car from them, and I like it. Had some issues with paperwork, the salesman had trouble getting it to go through and that took a while. I was an out of state buyer, and I'm currently waiting on the title.
