Amazing from start to finish. Reached out about car. Natalie texts me within an hour with info verifying car was there. Immediately got me the information and a price breakdown I requested. Answered all question during entire process. They were up front about what mechanics found on car and negotiated a way to resolve any issues. Car was exactly as they said and better. Amazing staff from the detailers, salesman(Devontay), Natalie, and anyone else I came in contact with. Best car buying experience yet. Highly recommend.

Hank was awesome at Bexley! He responded within minutes. We were on a road trip and didn’t expect to find the truck we’d been looking for for years. After a test drive and the usual chat, we were signing, shaking hands, and driving away. No hassle, no BS.

The people were very nice, however, they sent my credit application to second rate creditors instead of larger banks. (Maybe that’s what they have to do) and the only option they gave me was a 17% interest rate!!!! I went to my local dealership and received a 7% interest rate. Not sure what the problem was there but I cannot recommend them.
John Cowan was AWESOME to work with!!! Extremely patient, informative AND truly professional! This Lexus is absolutely amazing as was John! I really enjoyed doing business with John and those at Bexley. My Wife was against me buying another vehicle and tell she seen this one! Great quality vehicle for a fair price!!!

The dealer never answered my emailed question at all. As a matter, in the three or four
emails where I ask one very specific question, he never responded to my request. Just
straight up B.S. salesmanship

Ed the owner answered the phone and answered all my questions. I went to their dealership and Eds daughter Natalie greeted me and showed me the vehicle, I decided to purchase and The whole process was less than 2 hours. She even found me a better rate them my credit union was given. It was a pleasure working with them, they are calm through the process and not pushy at all, treated me like family.

Buyer beware!! Fool me once shame on me. Sold me Honda Ridgeline, gave me checklist of inspection... Engine light comes on first 100 miles of driving. My mechanic tells me there was no way they didn't know, they just passed the problem on ... Now $2500 later replacing the 3 catalytic converters on it... Good job on BMC's part of appearing trustworthy. My poor judgment. Could never go back there and will be slamming their business every chance I get. "Used car salesmen." It's just about moving cars off the lot.

The worst experience we ever had,
when we arrived it was almost like
they didn't care that we were there,
The salesman didn't know
anything about the truck, CD
players did not work ,DVD players
did not work because there was a
monitor but no DVD player, Overall
they made us feel like they didn't
care that we were there .THE

TERRIBLE .

Ed and the rest of the peopple here are great!!! Bought a great running car here and never had any major issues with it for the 2 yrs and 60k i used it for. highly recommended. even helped tremendously with the financing and warranty! If they have a car you like, call em! I was glad i did.
