Dealer lied and never got back with me. Even if he couldn't get me approved, a return phone call was what he promised. He never called me back. I truly don't even know if I was approved or not. A few days later I learn that the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold.

Bruce Walls, Jr. did a great job. Agreed to an out the door price before I visited the lot. Came in to meet me. Everything was exactly as represented. Test drove it, Got the paperwork done and on my way back to Wilmington in freshly purchased very clean car in about 30 minutes. Bruce even mailed me my tag when it came in. Showed up after driving a hour to get there. Walked in and wasn't acknowledged for about 2 minutes even though I'm looking them in the eyes while they talk amongst themselves. Went out to look at the car (2006 Mercury Grand Marquis) and was immediately blew away at how different the car looked from the pictures. Full 180. Took the car out for a test drive and found more problems than I could keep up with off the top of my head. And to top it off they would budge on price.

We were answered quickly and we talked several times before driving to see the car. But this car wasn't the one. So we kept on looking.

Very unprofessional. I have purchased several vehicles from out of state and have always been satisfied. This is the first time I have ever driven 3 hours to be told I couldn't be shown a vehicle we had scheduled an appointment to test drive. Go elsewhere.

Went to go see the vehicle. When I got there no one came out to see If I needed help looking at the vehicles until I was about to leave. When asking about a specific vehicle they didn't know anything about its history. When I asked for the price they quoted a price that was 2 thousand over what it was listed for on car gurus and on their website. Then they also informed me that it's happened to alot of their vehicles getting wrong price tag on the websites. They also then informed me that the vehicle was actually already sold by a wholesaler earlier that day. When I went to leave since that was the only car I was interested that they had, they tried to make a deal and said they'd sell me the vehicle instead of going to the wholeseller who was going to pick it up the next day, but for the price of 2 thousand more than listed on both sites. Oh and there was defects with the vehicle that they tried to list as still working such as the truck working and having the automatic push button, not only was it not working but the shock to raise it was completely broken and torn just hanging in the track. Very poor service, very poor experience, and altogether extremely shady business. Even if the car was what I wanted, I wouldn't want to deal with them trying to pull some shady deal or trying to screw me somehow. Don't trust this dealership.

Fair, courteous, and flexible! We drove 2 hours to test drive and buy this vehicle, and if we found another car that interested us, we would drive that distance again.
