I called to see if I could check out the vehicle and they told me the mechanic took the vehicle and he did not know when he would be back. They told me check in Monday so I called at noon Monday and they told me the mechanic isn’t back yet. 2 hours later I get a text asking me when I can go see the vehicle and I responded I can go now, they read my message and never responded to me. I called a hour later and I believe Jose told me the mechanic was taking HIS stuff out of the vehicle that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. This was highly poor business and how do I not know they are taking this truck on a joyride when he’s saying he’s taking his stuff out of the truck. 0/10 would not recommend giving them business.

Shannon, I am sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We are a very small team here, and sometimes we do have to send members of our team to pick up parts/supplies; and since this was the largest truck we had available at the moment-it was the one that we needed to use.  I am sorry we couldn't get it readily available for your viewing, and we tried to get it cleaned up and ready to view as soon as possible.  Like mentioned, we are a very small team and sometimes we can't get back to texts and phone calls right away; and we try to get back to them as soon as possible. Really good experience working with Jose at Best Price Auto. He was helpful with arranging and independent inspection and was friendly and super easy to work with. And the deal was good too! Highly recommended.

loved the truck and they knocked off 300.00 from the price and we put 400 dollar deposit explained we were waiting for ins claim for our stolen truck. he said he would hold truck for 7 days.he gave us a receipt. received claims check called them and asked how much to make out cashiers check and he said 20500.00. realized later that was 300.00 too much. called and he said they would reimburse me.have called 5 times always different excuse and lie after lie.its been over 2 weeks now.we are 82 yrs old and they cheated us. they are crooks and should be dropped from car gurus

Hi Roger, this is the owner.  I just spoke to my salesman, and it seems there was some miscommunication on our end.  We are not intending on cheating anyone, and I would love to get this resolved right away.  I was out of town when he informed me of this, and I misunderstood the part about how to get those $300 back to you.  I thought you were going to come by the office to pick up the difference; but he just informed me we were supposed to mail you a check.  I sincerely apologize about this, and we would never purposely cheat someone out of their money.  I have tried calling you at both numbe
