Got two calls back from dealership

Absolutely terrible. Bunch of lazy salesman that don't like to put in the work. I asked if the car was available and of course i got a quick response. Then I asked to know all the problems, and of course heard nothing. Waited, waited, waited, finally I had to respond back. Got a lie from the salesman about being out of town or something. Then asked him again about the car, and he just passed the buck saying it wasn't there anymore it was somewhere else. He said he'd have some other salesman contact me, then they never did. Don't ever use this horrible excuse for a dealership, they are negligence at its finest....

Very friendly at the Warsaw and Ft Wayne locations. Very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Detailed cars nicely, clean sales yard and office spaces. They communicated well. Accurate listings. Will look their again for another vehicle.

Horrible management. I would stay very far from this dealership. The price of the vehicle was listed @$26,995. I drove over 3 hours round trip to purchase this vehicle. The dealership even had an approval for me before I arrived. Upon arrival I was greeted and test drove the vehicle. After the test drive I realized there was a small sticker on the windshield with a different price other than what was advertised. When asked about this the sales man said he would go talk to the manager. The manager, Corey, then stated the internet price was inaccurate and they would not honor the internet price. I then proceeded to ask the manager if he expected the customer/ myself to eat the cost of his mistake and his answer was yes. From there I immediately left. This was a total waste of time and they need to get it together and not bait people with low internet prices and then changing the price once arriving on the lot. So I would stay very far from this scam lot.

Salesman was very helpful The vehicle that I looked at was not what I wanted and he was willing to have another brought over from his Fort Wayne office but I was not able to return to see it.

Johnny was an awesome salesperson. He stayed after hours for me to get there to purchase the truck. He had everything ready for me as soon as I got there to complete the deal.

These guys were great!! From tracking down the car I wanted that had been moved to another of their lots to be test driven by another potential buyer, to making sure it got taken back to the original lot after they decided not to buy it, then holding it for me to purchase and sending me additional pics of a couple of scratches on the car to make sure I still wanted to buy it, they exceeded my expectations for a dealer located in Indiana and went above any of the dealers I've been trying to work with here in CO!!

Drove down from Upper Michigan to check out a vehicle on the lot in Warsaw. Had the great pleasure of meeting with one of the Salesmen Todd. He was able to provide a good overview of the vehicle and we took it for a ride. It was very nice and reasonably priced as compared to KBB. Even though we did not agree on a price, there was no pressure or weirdness after the conversation. He actually let us know that if something came across his lot, that he would reach out to us. Very professional and forthright with answers to questions.

Honest, helpful, and upfront pricing.

I've had to buy 6 cars in the past 9 years, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Dan handled the whole process, from the initial online contact to the final paperwork. He made sure that I understood everything about Best Deal's amazing warranty, and even had the car washed before I took it home. Dan took extra time with the financing for me, running it a couple different ways to make sure that I was comfortable and had the best options. The whole process was so easy and fun, it felt more like going out for a day of shopping than making a serious life choice. The Best Deals team took all the stress out, and left me with the simple pleasure of getting my dream car. The beetle itself is incredible. It's immaculately clean and has obviously been well cared for. Dan was honest when he said that they're picky about what they put on their lot. Oh boy. I don't even want to start on my opinion. I will say this. I had the check in my hand and they couldn't even fill the tank with fuel for me. After inspecting the vehicle I went home with my money.

Worked with Dan, he was patient running numbers on a few trucks for me while I figured out what I wanted. Left there in a newer, lower mileage truck than the one i went to see, and at a great price.

Responded next morning when I asked about their Subaru forester XT, answerd all the questions I had. I was able to put the car on hold for 3 days and able to drive off the lot with a new car! Everyone was friendly as expected at a dealership. No bad vibes. Hard to get a good trade in value depending on your vehicle
