My experience with Best Deal Auto Was excellent! Scott was very helpful, patient and honest. The car I came to see did not have all the features I wanted so Scott checked his inventory and found a vehicle that the just got. He had it brought to their location form another one of their stores in another town, the very same day. I was able to test drive and it was the car for me. Purchasing went smoothly and again Scott was excellent to work with. I would buy another car from them any time and will be referring friends and family to Best Deal Auto Sales.

Was about an inch from purchasing a car from them, had already been approved, handed them a check for the down payment, and they went to gas up vehicle. When salesman came back, he said a warning light had come on. Sales manager said oh yeah, we forgot to tell you about that. Such poor ethics. Sales manager said he knew about the light but just forgot to tell me. Would have been $2k to fix headlights!!!! You really have to watch these guys! Beware!!!

Keith is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and informed on the car. Wish it wasn’t so far away. Didn’t buy the car but found a new friend.

The dealership did respond promptly to my questions and I told the inventory manager that we would try to come on the weekend to view the car. The dealership is an hour from our home and not realizing they closed at 4pm on Saturday, we arrived just a few minutes before they closed. The salesman told us the car was not there and that another salesman took it home and it would not be back for two weeks. We thought the salesman would at least show us other vehicles we might be interested in, but that was not the case. He seemed more interested in leaving for the day, than selling a car. Not a good first impression with this dealership.

Actually contacted the dealer directly about a different vehicle. We were able to test drive a couple cars and decided on purchasing one of them a couple weeks later. Sales were not pushy at all, made accommodations for all of our requests (body touch-up and mechanical repairs, loan structuring), and made the purchasing quite easy.

This car was not as advertised. It was at best a two not a four. They listed a number of include options that were not on the car.

I ended up going to the lot, test driving this vehicle, and drove away that day with it. I love it and they went above and beyond what I had hoped for.

I ended up just calling the dealer about the Audi in question. Spoke a bit about pricing on the phone, sales rep made no mention of systems not functioning or problems with the car before we drove 3 hours to look at it. After driving the car and bringing it to their attention it was brushed off as oh we did know that was there it must be something minor.

Didn't buy the vehicle, but the sales guy was great to work with.

Agreed on a price with Eric and even that the dealership would meet me half way since I live over 2 hours away. Then he called me back and said he could not go that low and would not meet me half way. The difference in price was 200. Then he had the nerve to tell me to call if he could ever help me with another vehicle. Why would I call with what they just did? Eric did respond to my email.

I sent a message asking about the 2005 STI and Mike called me shortly after that. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. I'm unable to buy a car at this time but when the time comes Mike will be the first person I contact. He knew his stuff about the car and I think he was offering a far deal.

Person on the phone I spoke with made me feel that he was annoyed that I ask if the price was firm. Won't shop there.

Dealer responded but they have the truck listed at 3 dealerships they own. It's actually located at the one furthest from me. I didn't want to take the 3 hour drive.

The Trailblazer did not work for us but Paul worked with us and found a great Ford Edge that fit our needs. He was very helpful and worked with us with the consideration that we drove an hour and a half. It was one of the most seamless car buying experiences I have ever had. I would defiantly recommend Best Deals and wish they would branch out to the Elkhart area. Great service and prices.
