Keith responded right away. The vehicle was everything I wanted but because it was two hours away, it was difficult to get there to see the car. He was very patient with me and never made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time. Always professional and honest and worked hard to save me a second trip to the dealership but it was worth it to me. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of all the cars on the lot. They all looked brand new. My Quest was very clean and even better than I expected. I had a smooth ride home with no second thoughts or worries. I really appreciated the experience.

Loved this car and they got me in it very quick. Did most of stuff over phone so all I had to was test drive it, say yes, and they washed it up and got it ready. By the time paper work was done the cat was ready to drive off lot. Great job Greg!

Changed the oil before picking up car. They replaced leaking water pump and belts so I wouldn't have to. Gave me a Military discount as well. Keith Cramer was awesome and very honest. Sold me a great car.

Women buyers beware! Awful service, rude, did not honor price advertised. Spoke w/ Mike 3x in a day bout vehicle. Spoke about price being low, told him I would apply for financing early in morning, take half day off work & drive hour plus out there. Go to fill out financing online, price increased. Mike won’t honor price says repairs were made overnight? But couldn’t tell me what repairs. No transparency. No apologies. No nothing. Beyond rude and didn’t care.I called back 5 minutes later and Mike suddenly wasn’t in the office at 8:30 am. Passed me off because he wasn’t up to being truthful. Sad that if I were a man this outcome would be different. Good credit and had 20% down. Will NEVER shop there and will continue to tell everyone about my awful experience. Would give this 0 stars if possible.

They dont respond to messages and have over priced vehicles, they like about their inventory, and when it's not a price they want they won't deal with you even when their prices tend to be couple grand over a vehicles actual worth. Dealt with these guys fir the last time. Dont waste your time.
