I had a great experience at Best Choice Motors. Tanner greeted me and showed me the Mazda I was looking for. I also saw another Ford on their lot and decided to go with that one instead. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Best Choice Motors to anyone looking for a used car.
I didn’t want to give 1 ⭐️ but I want people to know never take this dealerships word o bought a vehicle that I was told it was like new and would be delivered to my front door and after they received my money I never heard from anyone no updates nothing 3 days goes by and someone pulls up in the vehicle not delivered in rollback like the paperwork says just some random guy with 1200 more miles than the paperwork stated scratches inside and out door latch broke check engine light on and still I can not get anyone on the phone to answer any questions or concerns I have they got there money and that’s all they wanted so I’m speaking out so if anyone else is thinking of dealing with this dealership you better go there and see for yourself don’t take anyone’s word because it doesnt mean anything just another dealership/person selling you a dream I learned my lesson if I can help 1 person from what I witnessed with them this post will be worth my time

Being an out of state deal, sometimes paperwork and communication fall through the cracks. I do know Shawn and Tanner rectified this situation for you, and made sure your bank received everything necessary. Outstanding customer service. Ryan and the team did everything possible to make sure they got the best deal for my purchase and my trade-in. Excellent communication and personal interest.
