Best Choice Auto Sales

After numerous calls, I finally spoke to someone. After 2 trips, I am appalled at how he represents his vehicles. Both of the vehicles I looked at were stated to have heated seats, navigation, keyless entry, remote start, etc. Neither vehicle had any of those options. Living over 2 hours away, it was certainly a waste of my time. Duran stated he "didn't check" the ad that HE posted. Would definitely NOT recommend!

Toby was a huge help with my car, he made the process very easy and even organized my folder for dmv. Definitely a place I'd go back to when I need my next car if I'm still in the area.

Process was seamless and not complicated. I picked out a Hyundai and test drove it. Liked the vehicle, but had one issue. Dealer agreed to fix the issue before purchase. Issue was resolved and Toby was very fair with the price and service was very good!

Did not buy car looking at, but, looked at another vehicle on lot. A (2) door Hyundai Hatchback for our daughter. They are from Turkey and were very friendly, not pushy and bent over backward to help us. "T" was very knowledgeable in helping us make a decision which led us to purchasing said vehicle.

The dealer promptly responded that the vehicle had been sold. No further contact was needed.

Dealer never responded outside of an auto email response. I went by his shop and he was gracious enough to stay open a little later as I wanted to test drive 2 of his cars. I was very interested in one of the cars but continued to look through private owners over the weekend. I never received any follow up from this dealer or I might have swayed towards this car, even though it was extremely impractical-it drove like a dream!

Fast and friendly. Used car buying is always a risk/ reward purchase. Overall I'm satisfied..

Do not answer phones, and take their time to return phone calls, and usually say the vehicle we are interested in has already been sold. A complete waste of our time.
