Dealer was up front and honest with their communication and the car was as advertised. We did not end up purchasing as my wife chose a totally different vehicle but I would look to buy from them in the future.

Alexander inquired about a 13 year old Escalade that is in very good shape for its model year. While it is not perfect, it has very low miles and the interior is in excellent condition. Alexander has never made an offer to buy the vehicle or even discussed price with us. He simply indicated he might be interested in purchasing the vehicle if we performed somewhere between $3000 and $4000 on upgrades, including purchasing new rims and tires. RUN to any other dealership!! I reached out to the dealer simply to schedule a test drive. They confirmed
and we agreed to meet at 5 o'clock. I reached out to them 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm
that we are still on, and they responded saying we are. When I got there I sat with a salesman and he
asked me how I would be paying for this vehicle. I only scheduled a test drive and was not sure how I was
going to pay for it. He then told me that if I do not finance directly through them, then I would not be
allowed to test drive the vehicle. (That is the only reason the meeting was scheduled, was to test drive the
vehicle). I told him however I paid for it, I would probably not be financing through their dealership. He
then told me to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes as he readys the car. 5 minutes go by and he comes out
and told me that the car has been sold in another location 30 minutes ago. By far the worst experience
and waste of time I have ever dealt with.

We are sorry we sold the vehicle you wanted. It was a popular vehicle and it was available when your appointment was confirmed. However, another customer stopped to test drive it at our sister store in between the time you confirmed the appointment and the time you arrived. We did not know this would occur and we would have told you that somebody else was viewing the vehicle had we known. This does not happen often, but when a vehicle is priced competitively it can have many people that want to view it and it frequently sells quickly. The worst dealership I've had to deal with. Was
contacted by 1 man who then passed me on to a
woman that was texting me. She was very rude
and didn't know how to text (one of her texts
came through as all capitals except the 1st
letter). The last text I sent her I asked if she
could tell me if they car was sold before I got
there, since I was going almost 2 hours to get
there. No response. When I got there, I asked for
the 3rd man who contacted me, who wasn't
around. Another man was friendly and tried
helping but he allowed a different service rep to
"help" us, who was extremely unenthusiastic
about having people. Not sure this dealership
even wants to sell their cars with the attitudes I
got from everyone.
The managers response to my review isn't true
except yes, I got there 45 min to close. But they
didn't have the car I came to see and I did sit
down and listen to what other cars they had but
they weren't within the specifics that I wanted so
I left.

12PM I got a email back that the car was there. 12:30 (30 minutes later) I arrive and they tell me the car was sold last
night and they offered me a much more expensive model with structural damage listed on the carfax. Blamed the "new girl"
for the mis-information. Could be true, but how hard is it to know if a car was sold (car was there, but I was told it was sold
the prior night).
Very poor first impression. Doubt I will go back.

As stated to this customer prior to his negative review, this was a mistake made by a salesperson who had started two days prior. To determine the vehicle's availability, the salesperson relied on our website, rather than physically checking the lot to see if the vehicle was available. Our website is updated every 24 hours, so from time to time vehicles sold the night before are not immediately removed. Our more experienced sales staff are aware of this, but this salesperson was not. It was a simple mistake and nothing nefarious was intended. We apologized to the customer for the mistake.

Liars! I called several times about a Jeep Commander they had listed, seemed everytime I called the even minutes after opening, it was ALWAYS out on a test drive. They would ask if I was only interested in Jeep Commanders and when I said yes they would tell me about other SUVs they had in stock - when I said "No.. I'm interested in this commander you have listed" They were no longer interested in talking to me. I would ask if they could call me back and let me know if the people test driving it purchased it or not - they would say they would call me back - but never did. I wouldn't trust them. I found two other dealers in Grand Rapids posting what I call "Bait" cars - that they really don't have on the lot.

Awful. Would never recommend them to anyone. We were looking at a
minivan from the website (that they claimed to have had for almost a
month), set up an appointment to go for a test drive, confirmed that it was
still available just one hour before leaving, and when we got there they
said it had sold through an onlinew auction just minutes before we got
there. Then they pulled out another minivan that was quite a bit more
expensive and asked us to sign something that said we would buy that
car from them that day . They have a price online but when you get to the
dealership the price is thousands more! They are scammers!!! Stay away
from this one!!!!!
