Let me start by saying I get why this car dealer Mike has a 5 star rating. Amazing experience! I hate buying a used car because every experience has been terrible but Mike was different. I got a good vibe about buying a car from him because of the ratings and of course the price, and then I met Mike and felt very good about buying a used car from him. He’s a good man and is doing this work with a kind heart.

I'll start by saying we actually did not buy a car from this dealership. But Mike was great in the several conversations that we did have. He answered all of my questions and he offered us his lowest price without all the extra fees. I would definitely recommend Mike and Best Auto Group.

Mike contacted us right away. He made himself available just to look at the car. He even met up with us on a Sunday just to look at the car a second time. Mike is definetly worth 5 stars. Helpful, honest, quick and to the point, works hard to make sure you're getting a great deal on everything from the car to the warranty and so on. Just to note, he was out of town when I first tried to contact him, so I didn't hear back for a few days. Once he did reach out though, things were very smooth from there. So don't worry if you see a great deal but don't hear back for a few days.

What an Amazing experience with Mike, usually i don't give anyone 4 or 5 stars unless they really deserve it & did an awesome work. I bought my car from Mike after I been shopping around at many other dealers, I was able to get the best price and service , I couldn't get from any other dealership.
