Worst ever communication, not a transparent dealership,No information made available to and for the customer, no real numbers provided for the vehicle and they attempted to rush me to fill out a credit application without confirming below MSRP numbers. They’re stuck in the past on vehicle pricing and current pricing trends. Their vehicles have been on the lots for a long time and at this point that trend will continue based upon the customer interaction and the heavy supply and little demand . This is essentially the old Mancaris that was there so nothing’s changed whatsoever. Not recommended. Thank goodness I didn’t waste my time actually going into this place.

That wanted 2900 plus fees and taxes, for the 2006 scion tc base but I went to go check it out and it did turn on but heater doesn’t work, the stick to hold up the hood is missing, the fan that is right behind the radiator didn’t turn on so idk if that is a bad connector, bad wire, bad fuse or the fan just doesn’t work, the radio doesn’t work properly, there is a crack in the shape of a circle on the windshield, there is gasket maker (a silicone made to withstand high temperature) in the valve cover instead of an actual valve cover gasket so therefore the engine was very dirty and low from so much of it leaking out, and the t

I wanted to go and see the car. Called ahead. They said it was out for detail and they'd call me. I called again and they said it was being serviced. They definitely would call me as soon as it was done being serviced...never did!! I called again and they said it was sold!! I was shocked ...

both of them never sent pictures and shipping quotes i responded to their emails never got answers back their pictures were both the same stock photos mancaris upped their price by $2000 2 days after i contacted them

Salesman I worked with was very nice which is why I am giving 2 stars. But facilities are dated, offered me over 5K less on my trade-in than other dealers and said “it was the best they could do” and then left my truck sitting on 95th street couldn’t even be bothered to drive it back to where I originally parked. Will absolutely not be recommending this place to anyone

The worst experience of my life let me start they call me I ask them if the vehicle was there they say yes ,I got there they talk me it was sold and then show me another Jeep I love it they agreed with my offer the manager came they say yes done deal congratulations on you new vehicle while we were waiting for the paperwork another person came and say we got good news and bad news the Jeep we agreed it’s sold to someone else that’s real unprofessional I would not recommend this dealership to anybody else

Very disappointing...... The vehicle I was interested in wasn't even prepared for sale. Meaning the inside of vehicle wasn't even detailed and made ready for presentation to possible buyer. Also way too many suspect issues with the vehicle.Lastly, I've been around the block a few times. A red flag instantly went up when salesman says to another, "He's looking at the truck the guy from Iowa is coming in to look at tomorrow". Really dude???

Over the phone they told me this car was both certified and from a non smoker. Seemed too good to be true and it was. Great price and VERY low miles but the inside of the vehicle (which they claimed was detailed) was filthy dirty and gross. Broken mirror and scratches on the hood. Car smelled like an african jungle with smoke. They hesitated giving my car keys back on my trade. And it was a LONG drive!

The lot experience is quite dated. Cars stuffed everywhere. But they had the one I wanted to see waiting for me. They also had adequate parking for me as I pulled up....something many busy dealership lots don't have. Salesman was kind. The car had had some sloppy accident repairs done to it, so it just wasn't for me.

The experience with this dealership was not best at all. I basically being hustled for a car, battery that was dead when my husband and I got there. We were shown a price and claimed it was the original listing but this app showed different. Bad experience.

Although I don’t buy from them they got back to me quickly and they where very attentive and kept me informed of the status of the vehicle at the end the vehicle got sold but the week after I got a follow up call they had new jeeps in stock but I had already bought one thanks anyway guys.

Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Had a deal made on this truck then got a call from the salesman telling me "Mr. Mancari" rejected the deal. He wanted an additional $3150. They already had my check. I had brought my truck home to clean it out-going to return the next day to do the swap.The salesman had given me the keys and the books to the new truck! Tried dealing with 3 sales managers. No one would deal with me. Even offered to negotiate with "Mr Mancari". No return call. When I reminded them we already had a deal they repeatedly told me "Mr Mancari" rejected it. Even though they agreed with me all his employees were afraid to deal with him. Kept saying "he signs the checks"! Salesman came to my house (a 1 hour drive) to return my check and get the books and keys back! VERY bizarre and unprofessional. They had this truck on their lot for over 320 days! Not willing to deal. Would give "0" stars if I could. Going to the Better Business Bureau next.

I wish i could give it no stars!!OVERPRICED inventory on their specialty cars (high- performance) for the market price based on year and milege. Never responded to my email on why the car was soo overpriced . To the misguided consumer their making a huge killing .

Over all the customer service was bad. Some guy named Gus helped us out and I was extremely disappointed at how unprofessional he acted toward me. Beautiful car but I would rather go to a different dealer than give them my money.

I talked to a dealer at 8 o'clock in the morning I've made it in by nine for test drive of the vehicle they told me they said the car through auction that morning when I talked to him at 8 o'clock I made it at 9 and now the car is not there no my experience was not pleasant

Be careful when buying a used car from them. I don't think they even inspect the vehicles they have on the lot. We test drive two vehicles and both had major mechanical/electrical issues. They would have just let us buy the vehicles without disclosing anything. Go somewhere else.
