Staff and owner were very nice to deal with..
Felt like I was dealing a professional business, not like some car lots that try to get you for all your worth.. straight deal.. no hidden prices

Quick response great people
Update: Dealer has severe memory lapse due to advancing age.
CarGurus own values showed car was $3,000 over market when i contacted them almost 2 years ago.
This on top of an inflated market 30% over value!!
I would have paid market value if they could show maintenance was up to date.
They ignored me.
The car went off market and the CarFax was not updated which shows how inept
their record keeping is.
The fact that it has taken this long to respond shows is nothing
more than hubris and entitlement.
Refused to negotiate anything off the out-the-door price. When I asked why it a still on
their site weeks later, I received I don't know. Diego lied to me about selling the C400
some 8 months ago. Fast forward to today and they re-listed it. Now it's so far above
market they're stuck with it because they are too greedy and foolish. Serves them right.
Call it Karma.
Could have easily cut a deal and now they will face the consequences. Treat customers
with respect. Dumb move.

5/4//2022 dealership purchase the car from Nj auction
5/5/2022 advertised on all the sites for 31995 66k miles
6/23/2022 price dropped to 30995
7/21/2022 this customer lead came in on our website offering 24k on a 31k car
we refused and said you need to be very close to the asking price9supporting documents available
7/25/22 sold unit to another customer for 30999
8/5/2023 same buyer came a year later and traded that same unit that has 83k
as you know market dropped from 2022 to 2023
8/20/2023 received another offending email...
customer knows the car was sold

The car was overpriced only wanted to come down a little and the car was in an accident and the quarter panel Was repainted. And the car could’ve been a little cleaner when we got there the back bed had leaves and dirt in it.

Bergen Car may or may not have the vehicle you but they stand behind the cars they sell. All the cars on the lot were in great condition to choose from. They had this Enclave that was on perfect condition. José was great and made the whole process smooth! Their service of customer attention to my needs was outstanding. They addressed any issue I had and resolved it fast. They have a great paint guy who is an absolute artist in fixing chips and scratches. Hadil in the office made all the paperwork easy to understand and connected with my bank and insurance in the same day. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend Bergen Car to anyone who needs a quality turn key car! Special thanks to Fares Khoury for the integrity of his company. 5 stars all around!

Dee we are sorry that you feel this way...but actually your review is missing major information ...on 02/07/18 MR Dee came in applied for a loan left a deposit for a car the following day at 9.45am called him with an approval with a great low payment. Dee was suppose to come in at 4pm and pick up the car at 11am he called me saying that he is not sure about him being able to proceed due to his 505$ monthly insurance cost. then Dee said that he needs a find someone to put car under his name we said fine just let us know asap the car is in high demand. 5.30 called him to check on the status

Bergen Car Company is good well manage on the office side Nicolle is the best. as far as any room in there pricing thats an issue not much room for there prices to be negociating not happening at all or not with me.
