This vehicle doesn't exist after 3 weeks of calling and checking on it. We keep being told that "it's in for detailing" but it's been 3 weeks. These folks even tried to get me to give them money to "hold" it so I can be the first to see it, even though there are no images of the vehicle. It's ridiculous. I got another phone call 48 hours after the promised that I would get a call the following morning. The vehicle is "in the shop getting cleaned up" was the message. I won't be doing business with these guys. They didn't even know a thing about it. Something seems very fishy about them. Would not recommend doing business with Berea Auto Mall.

We are very sorry that you have been inconvenienced. The vehicle in question should not have been listed on our website until it was completely finished and ready. We contract with many sources for reconditioning and repairs and there is a huge backup on receiving vehicles back from them. Parts shortages, labor issues etc. Many of these problems have occurred because of covid-19 shutdowns.

Dealer never answered my email, so I called again and was told they received the email but did not respond. I asked for pictures since none were online. Two weeks later now and still no pictures. I was told the vehicle was in storage. Why put a vehicle online, with no pictures, if it was not for sale and in storage???

I have purchased used cars all my life, from many type and size lots, including internet and eBay.
Charles at Berea Auto Mall was the best. I originally went there to look over a nicely priced Subaru. It
turned out another another car was not only better for his needs but it was price fairly. We not only
bought the other one, Charles listened and understood my personal needs and was able to find a car a
perfect car for me. We essentially bought two great cars at a great price in a process that was straight
forward, open and smooth. very much appreciated working with the no games no nonsense group
there.

These guys all seem to be great guys!! I didn't end up buying from them this time but will say they do treat you very well while there. Just couldn't quite get the monthly payment where I need it to be.

Unfortunately we are a car dealership and not a bank. We have just as much at stake in your being approved, we don't get to sell the car if the bank say's no. We have no control over an individual's poor credit or lack of credit. Many banks look for a co-signer for low income or lack of credit. Perhaps if someone co-signed the result would have been better.

The 2002 Ford explorer XLT had damage to the left front and the Dealer did not tell me about that I took the Explorer for a test drive and when I came back to the dealer I smelt rubber smell I checked the car fax report and that is when I found the info about the damage to the let front.over all it was a nice car but I did not buy it because the Dealer also said that I did not need any money out of pocket to put down .
