Excellent transaction. Communication with dealer was prompt, vehicle exactly as listed , clean and ready for a test drive. Small detail of needing an alignment was scheduled promptly and they not only picked up the vehicle but are fixing another detail they found during the alignment. I would recommend to anyone.

Shady dealer. Will have a deal to buy a car, will have
financing worked out, and they will still sell the car out from
under you to someone else.
I asked around and many other people said the same thing:
this is a shady dealer, not to be trusted. Dealers like this
make shopping for a car a nightmare.

Alerted them I was interested in the 2017 Dodge Journey for my woman. Started the process of approval for said vehicle and days go by, nobody informed me that someone else was buying the vehicle (they had to know)they sold it right out from underneath me. Shady business practice. They were no doubt hoping i would just buy something else. Nah I dont appreciate games.
Positive. I received several phone calls and had I lived near the dealer I would have gone and viewed the vechile

Went to test drive this car. Salesmen was not helpful at all and was not
willing to work with us in any way. We will not go back to this dealer.
