My experience with Bentley Indianapolis starting out pleasant. It ending with me not purchasing the vechicle. One the representatives in a rude way starting telling me how I was going to move forward with the purchase and how I wasn't gonna let my bank handle the transaction and that I was going to send them bank information and my down payment to them. After the back and forth about getting the buyers order and everything else. I just decided to not purchase. At this point I wouldn't try to purchase anything from Bentley Indianapolis.

Salesman was rude, condescending and angry that I would have the temerity to try
to negotiate price on a car that had been on the lot for almost 90 days, had many
more miles than advertised, and had mechanical issues following an independent
inspection. I’ve never been spoken to like that in 40 years of car buying.

Never agreed on a price. Dealer didn’t want from the sticker price. After telling me that they had people interested they brought the price down $200!!!! I was asking for a $1500 discount that they finally agreed on but it was too late and I purchased a car somewhere else. The salesman was nice but the principal was not very helpful borderline rude by his actions. Not a good experience

I visited one of their dealerships a week before to look at the car. The salesman and I had communicated
throughout the week. I went to look at the car again the following Sunday (they were closed, it was on the lot) and
decided I wanted to buy the car. I emailed my intentions to buy the car, (knowing he may not see my email until
Monday a.m.) I offered my credit card for a deposit.
On Monday he asked for my driver's license to expedite the process, which I immediately supplied. I told him I
would try to be in the next day to sign the documents. This all took place early a.m. By that afternoon the
salesperson notified me he had sold the car to someone else. While I understand sales, there was no
communication that there was a sense of urgency; or a need for an immediate purchase. This miscommunication
led to me missing out.
I wrote to one of the owners (Bentley of Indianapolis), concerning my disappointment and how it could have been
handled differently, but he did not reply.

It was the fastest deal I had ever made. Took a test drive for a mile, came back and signed the
papers in 5 minutes. Nick was the Sales Manager and Stephen was a sales executive. Got all

BUYER BEWARE! Coast To Coast advertises "Free Shipping Nationwide". We confirmed this in writing with sales person, Johnathan Jefferson. I was looking to pay cash, no
financing. At the last minute he informed us that unless we finance the vehicle with them, we would in fact need to pay ~$1800 for them to deliver the vehicle. I contacted the
manager, Drew Effinger, to correct their error... but I was shocked that instead he outlined a scheme to use their bank/lender in order try and close the deal with me. Even though I
did not want or need financing, the suggestion was that by taking a loan of at least $30K the dealership has a financing agreement with the bank that provides a subsidy to the
dealership to cover the cost of delivering the vehicle nationwide. Then I would just pay off the loan the next day, pay no interest, and no pre-payment penalty. He then added a few
additional fees that had also not been disclosed. Obviously at this point I just walked away. Bait & Switch!

This dealership is very misleading. Was contacting them several days to make a deal regarding a GLS. I started dealing with 1 employee then was conferenced called amongst 2 extra other individuals. We were going back and forth with options and deals but not agreeing. They said they would hold the car and wait for the owner of coast to coast to contact my car salesman since I am in a different state to do some sort of wholesale deal. From there i made another offer they declined and then I was approached with the car “sold” but now is relisted from 44,900 to 46,900 but yet I was told it sold. Everyone always wants luxury but be aware of how the purchase is being handled. I do hope others have a more positive experience.

I would beware of this dealership. I brought this car out of state so I asked them to make sure that there were no paint issue, dents, or scratches on the car inside and outside. They send a video walk through of the car but it very hard to tell if there is any obvious marks. I specifically asked the sale guy to walk through and make sure that there are no issue, he told me that is there job and if there were any issue they would fix it before it sending it to me. I brought the car, and then never heard from them for the first 5 days. I reached out to them to see if the car was shipped and they told me they are still working on it. After about 8 days I texted the sale guy back because I never got an update. They finally shipped the car. When I received the car, there a lot of paint issue and scratches all of over the car. On top of that, the car was really dirty with alot of deep dirty stain that is very hard to get off. Every step of the way this was a terrible experience.

Within one hour of sending over the text request for information, I received an email from the company manager indicating that Kyle would be contacting me and they were going perform a walk around video of the car for my viewing. Kyle was very prompt and helpful in explaining the process, providing the necessary access to the video and providing a history of the dealership. My experience so far has been exceptional.

The salesman I was talking with was either fired or left the dealership for an unknown reason right in the middle of negotiations, without notice to me. I'm left having to pickup with another sales
rep who knows nothing about what we've been discussing. Recommendation: Pass on this dealer. They want high retail for their vehicle and they want to low ball you on your trade. Typical
dealer tactics. Their car is worth a premium and your car isn't worth doodle! The salesman I was dealing who is no longer there was responsive, although we could not agree on the price for my
trade-in. No deal was completed.

I loved this car dealer was not open to negotiate and stop responding after I offered a price.
This car was missing the original hardtop but I had to ask specifically. The history regarding any repairs or service was also unavailable. They suggested they could find a hardtop on the open market.

Caveat Emptor is definitely the phrase to use with Coast to Coast.
I had been warned by people at 3 different client sites, plus a couple of my current team members, that this dealership
doesn't operate in a straight forward manner. My experience proved the warnings--
After inquiring and test driving an X5 that was advertised on Cargurus, the finance manager attempted to push the
deal on me right at close on a Friday night. I wanted to see what my bank would be able to provide for an interest
rate, which I did when they opened the next morning. With outside financing check & trade-in paperwork in hand, &
family in tow, the dealership happily paraded another family past us & informed us they were going to sell the X5 that
we'd agreed to purchase to that other family.
They then offered another vehicle, then basically ghosted me for over a week. That new VIN showed up on Russian
sites when googled. This sets of massive alarms for me..and hopefully you too. BEWARE is my advice.

While we were shopping with one salesman, another salesman came for the keys to one of the 3 vehicles (subaru) we had test driven and sold it out from under us before we had a chance to make a decision. All turned out for the best, however, as in the end we were offered $2500 less than another dealer had offered us for our Toyota trade-in. We walked away. Bottom line: this dealer sells luxury cars and is not motivated to sell or buy vehicles that are not “luxury, especially if they are pre-owned.

The online agent was highly responsive and informative. I was out of town and not conveniently positioned to act quickly. Otherwise he readily made it possible to deal.
Benjamin responded quickly to all my questions. There was a little discrepancy with the listing (conflict on features) but it was resolved. The on-site experience was good. They were busy so I worked with another sales person for the test drive but it was ok. The car was very clean and ready for my visit. Everyone was very pleasant.

I contacted this dealership on a Sunday and asked about shipping. They responded quickly by email in the affirmative and followed up on
Monday with calls. By then I had done enough research and made up my mind that I wanted to buy more locally so that I could actually see
the car before committing. So, my dealings with them were very limited.

the information I needed. I intended to purchase the car from them but the distance -
about 700 miles - was a problem and business requirements made it difficult to make the
trip. the car was sold before I could get back on track.
This is a very professional group. I was impressed with the customer service.

Very helpful in the process of buying this vehicle.
I sent a note via Car Gurus asking three simple questions but did not include my phone number. There was a quick response from someone identifying himself as a sales manager. He promised to do a walk-around video the next day and wanted my phone number.
He did not answer the three questions
An hour later another email arrived from a sales person promising the best of service, etc.
He did not answer any of my questions, either.
Bottom line, Collection Coast to Coast is out of sync with the way Americans are not buying cars.
I do not want to negotiate, I don't want to make a deal. I do not want to be bounced around by several car company employees.
I'm looking elsewhere for a Tesla Model X.

The finance manager named Mike told me a lie that Nardo grey Audi RS3 was in Immaculate condition and I didn't need to worry about anything before I drove on my for our trip to their dealership to purchase this vehicle. When I arrive there 50 chips on the paint. They were very obvious and I'm surprised that they would lie about something like this.. the paint damage was very obvious. Money to finance manager and other managers did not work with me and want to fix the damage paint so I retracted from the deal. This was a very big waste of time I would not recommend this dealership to tell you the truth.

The dealer has tried to contact me several times via email. Great follow up. I have not responded as they did not answer the original questions that I inquired about. Not certain why they ignored the original questions as they could have been easily answered by email.

Ran my credit repeatedly, every car I picked out they said I was denied but then offered me cars fo the same price point and denied me again. If you don’t have A1 credit or a Credit union to finance you do not deal with these people.

with this dealership. They were selling a 2013 S63 AMG a month ago. I
called and made an offer. The salesperson put me on hold, and I called back
and was told the car was sold. This was not the case. The car sold two
weeks later.

I received a quick response when I contacted them regarding information on a vehicle
The team is very professional, warm, thorough and knowledgeable with
every vehicle.So far I have emailed and/or spoken to Lisa and Benjamin.
Both awesome! I have not purchased the 911 yet. I hope we can make
this deal happen, if not, I would still consider them in the future. The car
is priced fairly compared to others with the same mileage, options, and
year, but this car has been in 2 accidents so the CarFax looks very bad.
It has been hard for them to sell and if I end up getting it they will need to
reduce the price more because it will be very hard for me to sell in the
next few years as well. They won't budge on the price... we'll see

The first two responses to my inquiry were quick. One salesperson
confirmed that the vehicle was silver, not white as shown in the photo.
The second promised a video later in the day. I replied to both. No
video arrived. I received an inquiry from the sales manager two days
later, asking if I had been taken care of. I told him I had not received any
further communication. Soon after, the second sales person wrote to
say that family matters had diverted him and that the car was in the
shop because there was "curb rash" on the wheels and "the body on
some corners", and that I would receive a video two days later. Of
course I was worried about how the car had been treated if it had to go
into a body shop so soon, even with rash on the body, but I was assured
that it was perfect. No further communication since. Needless to say, I
am no longer interested in either the vehicle or the dealer.

Inquired about a vehicle, and within minutes I received a call with all the
information I needed. I ended up buying the vehicle there and the experiance
is like no other. I've been car shopping in Chicago and I wish they had a
dealership like this here because it was worth the drive for the customer
service that I received. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend

We strive to answer all clients questions, unfortunately, not all dealerships document records of service on carfax. As a used car dealership we are only able to disclose what is known to us. All of our vehicles go through a thorough inspection by our certified mechanics and if they do not pass that inspection, we will not keep the vehicle. This particular BMW was still under full manufacturers coverage and any issues that would occur would have been covered through the manufacturer. The vehicle did sell the same day to another satisfied client.

Good experience, contacted me the following day. Very responsive to my questions and requests for additional information.
Immediate response. Quickly answered first round of questions
with excellent walk-a-round video and CarFax. Dealer provided
proof of recent inspection by Porsche dealer. However, selling
dealer unwilling to provide paint meter readings for vehicle that was
in an accident. Dealer will allow customer to hire outside third party
inspector. Car on watch list.
