They reached out and I was working on to have someone look at vehicle for me. Just a few days ago I developed an hernia and putting everything on pause. This dealer actually reached out to see how I been doing. That alone really makes me wanting to go forward. I really need to heal first.

Plain and simple. I was looking, but I wasn't ready to close. The sales gentleman knew the SC430 well enough for us to have a positive conversation. Nice experience and gladly surprised.

Called Multiple times a day, texted multiple times a day. I wasn’t available to speak I. The phone and was dealing with my insurance company on top of having to look for a vehicle. They were over the top, it was too much.

I got a reply but the seller was confused about the vehicle I was interested in when I texted back. Over the phone conversation was too much like pulling teeth when it came to wanting an official invoice. Too much … for me too go through to purchase a vehicle advertised for sale.

Called and got no answer. Went there to test drive vehicle I was interested in and had to wait cause the car battery was dead. Made an attempt to negotiate with the sales rep on a price and he informed me that he isn’t authorized to do so and that I would have to wait for the one guy who can. I left them with an offer to buy the vehicle despite that it wasn’t up to par and still I haven’t heard from anyone yet. I even called three times afterwards and the one guy everyone says makes the decisions has never returned my call.

I had a terrific experience with Belmonte! Because I was making an out-of- state purchase, I was unable to test drive or see the car in person. Scott did an amazing job of sending numerous pictures and videos of the car. He even took it to an Infiniti dealership to have a multi-point inspection done so I could obtain a high comfort level of the car's condition. When the transport company arrived, Scott confirmed their insurance and documented the car's condition so we would be completely covered if any damage occurred. After the sale, Scott continued to answer my questions and went above and beyond while checking on the existing extended warranty. The car is in PERFECT condition and runs like a dream. I highly recommend Scott and Belmonte!

Transmission is not good for the car that I bought. It's bad deal and I don't know until I used the car for a few days but the sale person told me that the car is good and one owner only before I bought the car. Please everyone has an experience to get a good car.

I wasn't happy with this dealer, they offered me I felt a decent offer for my trade in, but wouldn't budge much at all for a truck that is $25,500. Which was higher then the book value... And wanted to argue with me saying it's lower then the market value. If this is true then why has it been sitting on your lot 50 days. I offered $22,500, then they started ignoring me, Vience was the sale person. I emailed him. He wouldn't respond back, then I emailed Sandra the "manager" she also ignored me. What kind of car lot is this? Needless to say didn't get the truck, wasn't the lack of trying neither. They just ignored me.

The salesman we dealt with was a nice enough guy and so was the owner but unfortunately he was lying through his teeth about how kelley blue book isn't a source they use but then it clearly showed a kelley blue book slot with a value on his tablet. After he couldn't bring the price down on a car that needed multiple repairs, we left and ended up finding another solara, same year and trim, in better physical and mechanical condition for about $1200 cheaper. No lying necessary. You don't have to fib to sell used cars. And you should definitely know who you're dealing with before stating untruths.

Dealer offered what was advertised. I bought the Subaru and found Belmont honest and efficient. He agreed to have damage to the dash repaired and he followed trough with an excellent job.

Scott Hairr was very professional. First he showed the car exterior, the body, the wheels etc.... He opened the hood, we looked at the motor parts in details. All was very clean. Then, we looked at the inside. All was very clean as well. I sat on the driver side, Scott sat on passenger side. He explained the car operational system in a clear manner. He also explained the use of different gadgets. We went on a test drive. It was comfortable, smooth and quiet. It was a great experience. After the test drive, we went inside the dealership where we looked at my financial situation. I felt that Scott was a friend. He wanted to fit the car with my needs. My experience with Belmont Auto Imports was a very positive experience. All staff members were friendly and wanted to please me. I will definitely recommend this family owned dealership

Did not have a very nice experience. Drive for 1.50 hrs to possible purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Did not feel like I was treated with respect. The salesman didn't really try to work out a deal with me. He made smart remarks like I needed to not eat out so much and I should cut back on the Starbucks. First off I don't even go to Starbucks and very rarely eat out. I don't feel like the remarks were respectful at all. Needless to say I left without the jeep.

Would never go back to this dealership, once on the lot they handed me a detail sheet of the items that comes with the car-which is the same as listed on Cargurus, 9 items were actually not on the vehicle as advertised from a navigation system to all power front seat controls. The pictures didn't show the crack in the dashboard and tried to explain that the back windows that couldn't go up was a "child safety feature". I asked to take the car home so I could have my own mechanic check it out. It sat overnight and wouldn't start again - the dealership had to come and retrieve it. The salesman Scott is rude and condescending.

Called me twice. After I didn't answer, they left a message and have not called back. Much better than many of the dealers who continue to harass you with phone calls.

They are a family owned business that can not compete with the big businesses around here in looks, but there customer service is really great and will sit down and compromise with you on a deal-breaking car price.
