sales manager promptly got back to
me indicating that they "were not
interested in selling to out of state
buyers." I'm sorry they don't want
my money, because I really am
interested in buying a low mileage,
manual transmission Cube.

Absolutely awesome experience here with Doug as my sales representative. I bought this Ariya from them and enjoyed hanging out with these guys. They’re seriously awesome.
I've dealt with this dealership in the past with several different F150s. Doug of Nissan in Bellevue is a great salesman. The dealer is unwilling
to make minor adjustments to the deals. This is probably due to the General Manager, not Doug's fault. Usually, one key with no spare (that
needs replacement), price negotiation is a bit tougher here and overall wait time to make a deal is not sufficient. The wait time is the big
reason that all the deals fell through. The dealer should deal with one customer at a time, not 4 or 5 while finishing another deal.

This dealer's sales department contacted me and made an offer of $30K for this vehicle.
That is a bit rich. I feel it's not worth that much.
The car is a 2007, and has been 17 years in use.
If this dealer had made a reasonable offer I would have been willing to continue the discussion.
The rating for the dealer was based only on the offer.
I get the impression the dealership is solid and reputable.
Sales are about commissions. My approach is to sell to a qualified buyer and turn the inventory.

Oh boy this place needs work. I’m not sure they could sell candy to a baby.
I came in with a trade-in and had cash to buy a car in full but wanted to finance in the short term. I was ready to buy and loved the car but they - Nick and Mike - were so sloppy.
Told me the car was a hybrid— it wasn’t. Tried to sell me the car $8-10k over Blue Book, then when I called them out they immediately dropped the price by $4k and confirm it wasn’t a hybrid. It was still overpriced compared to 4 comps on the market. They also tried pushing these upgrades like paint shield when it was already on the car.
I decided to go somewhere else to do business. Never in my life have I had such a bad car buying experience — so bad it was funny like the movies.
This place is dishonest and high pressure. If you choose to do business with them, you’re taking a high risk.
The salesman Doug at Bellevue Nissan was amazing to work with. Truly a professional. He was very responsive send me pictures and video of the car I was interested in. I'm an out of state buyer and did not have the luxury of seeing or driving the car in person. Doug offered me a deposit option to reserve the car for me before another potential buyer closed on the vehicle. A previous dealership I gave a $1000 to hold the car put an unrealistic deadline to close on the vehicle. Needless to say they sold the vehicle underneath me. As you could imagine I was not to thrilled. I would definitely refer friends and family to work with Doug and the Bellevue Nissan family. Thanks for a smooth buying experience!

being insulted at dealership when
your salesmen gives you a printed
copy of your cars value ( we weren't
even close to making a win win ) sad
part about it was I was going for
same make & year & I had the better
model .dont ruin your day by going
here,& yes the store was clean & you
can get right in but just brace
yourself for how bad do you really
want that car!. The rating stays it's
how I felt after I left & I shared that
with sales manager ( he was a very
nice person)

Good Morning. I never went to talk to them a great car - but I decided to keep my car . No car payment ..
I purchased a car at this dealership on April 28. I paid sticker price because they said they wouldn't drop it. I was getting alerts on this car if the price dropped. On April 29 I got an alert on the car I just bought and drove home. The price dropped $1880 from what I just paid. I got an alert on April 30 that my car sold on that day $1880 less and 2 days after I bought it. When I called on to discuss the matter, I was told all managers were in a meeting. I called back and was put on hold for 12 minutes. Than the phone cut off. I will not be returning to this dealership to buy another vehicle or recommend it to anyone. I took the back plates off with dealership name so I wouldn't be advertising for them.
I called spoke to salesman Kevin , the phone got disconnected, called again asked him to give
me the the out-the-door price of the 2019 BMW 740I. He said he will get back to me. He never
did. A week later the car of taking of market.
I sensed from the beginning that he was not interested to sell the vehicle to me , which made me
think that the disconnection of the call was not accidentally.
My advice is to always ask for the out-the-door price. The price my be away far from the listed
price.

Friendly, helpful, persistent
Surprising add-on "options" at the end of the buying process changed the price significantly, and one of them is not an option because they already added it to the car,
supposedly. Had I known the real price from the beginning, I would have been able to decide whether to proceed with the purchase or not. Plus, the pass on the B&O tax,
which is not the practice at better places. When we decided not to buy because of the add-on fee, the salesman acted rudely, tearing a sheet of paper at our face. Is that
part of the pressure tactic? Whether intentional or not, I would prefer not to encounter that again.

I ended up buying a 2015 Lexus from Bellevue Nissan. Lily took great care of me, not only while I was there at the dealership but later she followed up with a courtesy call to see if I was pleased with my purchase. Awesome customer service!
I worked with Kyle, a manager on the internet team. He was in
communication with me and we discussed seeing the car. I texted him to let
him know we were coming to see it. He said "come on in". We got there
after driving for 40 minutes to find that the car was sold the day before. So
much for good communication! I was furious and Kyle wouldn't even come
out to greet me, he sent another manager to tell us. Won't be doing business
with Bellevue Nissan anytime soon!

The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful.
I didn't buy a car there, as the car I was interested was very overpriced. I have no idea if that would hold true with the rest of their inventory though.
The three Stars is only related to the car being about $4,000-6,000 over priced. There wasn't a price in their ad, or I wouldn't have made contact in the first place.

Saul answered all my questions precisley without the 'sell'. In doing this he established that ever elusive quality - trust. On top of this, he is personable rather than the over the top car salesman most of us encounter. His 'follow up' timing was also thoughtful, giving me much need time to think. If I'm rushed, I'm guilt out the door. I recommend Saul at Bellevue Nissan.

Our experience with this dealer was frustrating and couldn't leave the lot fast enough! Was passed to two different sales person, one being the "manager." Car I was interested in was "just sold" and sales persons did not listen to what I was looking for in a used Leaf. I had researched the Leaf and knew what I wanted. Sales staff didn't acknowledge me and I had to ask them to talk to me and not my husband. Ultimately they tried to sell us a lease which at that point, we walked!

Travis was great. We worked out a deal on the phone and he was honest with no pressure. We drove over 200 miles for this deal. There were a couple accidents along the way that kept delaying us. We'd call Travis and let him know it was going to be another hour, then another. He just kept saying no worries. When we finally arrived there were no surprises. We ended up with a great deal on the car we wanted. Travis is fantastic!

Original Price was listed for $7,400. When they called they said they
didn't have pictures because it going into detail and might be available
the next day. Then the car was not going to be available until after the
weekend to test drive. Finally they changed the price to $8,991, $1,500
above the original asking price and out of our budget. Disappointing!

Gave information which didn't seem accurate. I would not
use again. When asking for their best price on a car listed
on the site, their "best" price was $600 higher than the price

Made initial offer. They said would contact us and never did. Then a second person called and said he was taking over because the other person had left and would respond to our offer and he never called us back. They ended up pricing the car lower than our offer and we never heard from them again nor would be be interested in doing business with a dealership who cannot follow through on a sale--imagine what a repair might be like.

Went to look at car at the lot, salesman and assistant took me on a tour of their parking garage, looking for the car. Never found the car, I walked off. Went to another dealer in Belelvue, and there was the car in the lot next door. Drove the car, made a reasonable offer, they wanted me to go back to the main lot to do the deal, Ipushed for doing the deal there, they ended up deciding not to take my offer. The next day another salesman called telling me they were offering the car for 800 less than my offer. The car apparently sold at the lower offer. Would not ever consider buying a car from this dealer in the future.

Don't go there. We went there to test drive a 2012 venza. Before we even got in the salesman said the window wouldn't stay up and will be fixed. Needless to say the freeway test drive was very loud. As we were driving, the gas light went on, yay good impression. We get back to the dealership and I take a good look around the car and see some random wire attached to the radiator with a zip tie.. so the salesman gets his manager to look at it. He lies and says his shop forgot it when they checked out the car. When I note that the car fax said the car came from michigan, he changes his story saying the wire was to keep the radiator from freezing (uh huh..). I asked he detail the car (since it was never cleaned from auction), fix the window, and fix the wheel well. He said unless I pay asking price, he would rather sell it at auction cuz it would be cheaper and he already had it on the lot 130days (the car fax showed his purchase was only for about 83day prior).
