Bait and switch. I had a gentle's agreement with the sales manager and then the General Manager Walid (first
name) tried to push $4000 in dealer fees. He could not give me a good reason for the fees except that he needed
to make money. He dropped if down to $2000 when I said no. It was clear in the communication with the sales
manager the price I wanted to pay the specified price with the specified down payment. I have the text message
communication. The sale manager said that was price no additional fees and we would make the deal. I don't
blame the sales manager, I blame the General Manager. I would not recommend purchasing a car from Bell Honda.

Sold SUV from under me. They had suv listed at 6900 and I offered 6700 out the door they came back with 8799. I went to 7500 they came back with 8439. I said
that not right you advertise 6900 then you get. There and itâs 1800 over that price. So i came up to 8000 and they came back and said they couldnât go any. Lower.
Than 8439 i said I went up 1300 and you wonât go down 799 to 8000. I left and went home then i text my sales person that to fill up my truck but he text back it was
sold. That is wrong I will never shop at any that Bell owns.

Started the online buying process and did everything they asked but were real slow to reply and after a few days of me reaching out to move things along I see online that the car sold. Very disappointed with their promptness and their communication as I had to initiate contact almost every time.

The staff was very friendly, but the car itself was very dirty inside with multiple stains on front and back seats. Also dog hair could be detected inside. It was as if the car was never cleaned. When looking at the engine area, I noticed that the coolant reservoir was completely empty. It was a complete turn off, to which I didn't even want to test drive the vehicle.

Rear glass panel broken and quite a collection of scratches and scuffs for a 1,500 mile truck. Would have been better to know that in advance in the call with sales before heading out to the dealership which was quite a hike from us.

This was the worst experience I have ever had!
As I was shopping on CarGurus Toni Maloney called me to let me know she had the Dodge minivan I was looking for. I let her know I live in Paulden (over 100 miles from Bell Honda) she said she would verify the vehicle was there not to waste my/her time. I arrived at 10am as discussed... it was NOT there, a different salesperson took me for a test drive only to have that minivan over heat and leave us sweating in 118 degree weather.

Took a little longer then I wanted and or planned for , but that was not because of sales Person Amanda, but the Finance department. When I got there she had the vehicle le pulled up , took it on quick test drive ,I already knew I love the vehicle. She had it detailed. I did find a small thing wrong with the vehicle and Amanda got it handled right away.

I was grateful to negotiate a good price on this vehicle, but otherwise I would say this dealership is fairly typical in that they work very hard to pressure you into buying all the extra options. The worst example of this was their “offer” for a security system on the vehicle: they said that the system was already in place, but they would deactivate it if I didn’t pay $600. So rude! I think the finance guy was a little ashamed because he wouldn’t look me in the eye. The other rather typical thing I saw there was that they are overly attentive until they talk you into a sale, and very dismissive afterward. I called several times to check in on things I was promised would be done right away, and found that communication between departments was very poor, and messages I left were never returned-I had to call until I got a hold of the person I needed. Eventually, however, they did follow through on each thing they had put in writing prior to the sale, and I am happy with the car I bought

I bought a CFO vehicle cash. Everything went well until we had to go through the final paperwork. I felt subject to high sell pressure tactics to buy extended warranty and a second car alarm which I declined since the approach felt very off putting. I know I should have researched the extra arrnty options before going to the dealership but it was disappointing that they took advantage of the situation. They essentially marketed the car about $2000 less and requested $2000 for warranty in the very last minute.

I was told to come in and see the vehicle and once I showed up (about 45 mins later) they told me the truck has sold. So I went home and the next day they told me to come back again because something happened with the deal so I did and once I got there for the second time they told me it was sold. Then the next day I got a phone call from them to come see the same truck. You would imagine they would communicate better with each other but they don’t. They cost me 60 dollars in Uber’s

was good/pleasant and no pressure. Paid cash for vehicle. Very
disappointed in the high pressure sales tactic to buy an extended
warranty, they would not take no for an answer and kept badgering me to
buy a 1400$ warranty. I sternly said No 3 times, and they kept up the
sales tactics. Disappointed in that aspect of this transaction.

My experience here was horrible! Slick tricksters,
through and through. You will have difficulty
buying here without getting screwed. If I ever set
foot there again, it would be just to spit on their
floor. If zero stars were an option, that is what I
would give.
It began with a late salesman, so we were
handed off to another person who was not very
knowledgeable about the car, but well trained in
the set up. We were running a tight schedule, and
they seemed unconcerned though they were
informed.
The car had a seat that had fallen apart at the
bottom, though it would have been an easy fix
for them. We had been told the day before that
the car was detailed and ready to test. Our tardy
salesman was also a liar.
Though we offered to buy the car at the listed
price on cargurus, they tried to raise the price in
a hurried deal by $1000, and then later tried to
lead us into ever increasing interests rates.
When I complained, the manager just said he
had done no wrong in a narcissistic way.

The follow up response was prompt. However, the lack of information and convenience in the details of the car deal was not. I ended up buying from a dealer that made it easy. The days of “going in for a good deal” are far behind us. The days of easy information and communication via email/text in the busy world we live in are upon us. The dealer I bought my new Honda Accord from made it easy, transparent, and most importantly, convenient!

I drove 1 hour to make my appointment time. Even though I mad6that firm time so the car would be ready for test drive, it wasn't even on the lot. Someone had to drive across to a storage lot to get it. I met with my contact who said he was a team leader so he had to turn me over to an underling.........I wasn't important enough for him to help!

Dealer responded quickly. I was shown the vehicle and we tried to come to an agreement the first time around. Unfortunately it didn’t happen. Few weeks later vehicle price was reduced and I came back in. We were able to make a deal and I’m very satisfied with the terms. The internet sales called me back and started with the high pressure, when can you come in routine. I told him I was from Houston, we had flooded and I would do the deal with out coming in. He said it was there policy not to do out of state transactions, and the managers would not allow it. I told him this was different times so many people flooded. He said sorry that just the way it is and they have had bad luck in the past doing out of state transactions where customers were not happy with their cars. This made me think, I wonder if they hide things bc if they didn't then the customer would know exactly what they were getting locally or out of state. I told him Honda made a ton of cars and I would gladly take my business elsewhere.....so they lost a sale!!!

Unfortunately this dealership has been consistent on over-pricing their vehicles. I made a very reasonable 20k offer on an 4yr old accord & they would have akso done very welk on my trade-in, but they weren't evrn interested in negotiating. Their cars are 20% over-priced & they typically deal with customers with credit issues, I'm sure... Go elsewhere for your reliable Honda purchase!

I had a set appointment to see a Mustang GT . Appointment was set by
the Internet director who said he had the car and it would be available to
drive at the scheduled appointment time. I arrive on time for the
appointment and was told by the director that Bell Honda had put the
Mustang back in the auction that same morning but they had other cars I
could buy. I drove over 40 miles from my house to see this phantom
vehicle. I would highly recommend Bell Honda for their creative "bait and
switch" ,dishonesty and complete lack of care for the customer. Well
