They were very helpful and professional.
Advised sales rep of a better deal out of town ($4k cheaper 6k miles less) i even sent a copy of a buyers order. I said I'd be willing to come take a look at their vehicle if they were willing to negotiate. I was offered a couple of hundred dollars off their price, but no attempt to earn my business other than that. Im sure their vehicle probably sold but I'd rather not deal with a company that has no interest in making an attempt to earn my business.

The best car-buying experience I have had.
Very disappointed in my experience with Beechmont Ford. Scheduled an appointment to test
drive the car which the salesman confirmed TWICE with me and when I showed up (5 minutes
early) for the appointment I was told the salesman had already gone home for the day and the
car I was interested in was no longer there. The salesman on hand asked for my name so he
could write it down (he never did) so that someone could follow up with me (they never did). And
very surprising the salesman on-hand never offered to show me something else while I was
there.

Mike Mason was very helpful and a great sales rep. Not high pressure. We did not purchase because car was not what would meet our needs.
I worked with Rachel Talley on the purchase of the 2017 Toyota Tacoma. She was excellent with
communication and making sure that my vehicle purchase was satisfactory to me. Everyone at the dealership
was very friendly and helpful from the time I walked in the door to a completed purchase.
It was a very good buying experience and highly recommend Beechmont Ford and Rachel Talley.

Not to bad was only suppose to run my credit through one bank like we talked about but ran it through multiple banks for a hard hit to my credit when I already walked in there approved with a good rate they said one bank might be able to beat it can I try the one bank don’t let them do the same to you

Crummy weather starting off, so they moved the van indoors which was a unexpected but appreciated. Took a test run and the van was everything we wanted with no bad surprises. The lifetime powertrain warranty was pleasant if unexpected surprise. Sales staff were helpful without being pushy. Final details were easy. We are happy. The long walk between sales area and finance are was the worse part of the deal due to our health.

I purchased the vehicle from Beechmont Ford the dealership was very helpful and work with me diligently on financing
My experience at this dealership was the worst. As an
out of state buyer I drove five hours to buy a blue eco
premium mustang. After taking the car to be inspected
and then agreeing to the final price, the salesman told the
finance manager to write up the paperwork with the
agreed otd price as I was paying cash. This finance guy
proceeds to shove in front of me a purchase agreement
with higher figures and includes the sales taxes and
other fees not agreed to, and tells me to sign. I told him it
was wrong and says it was a simple mistake. Then he
tries to get me to sign a spot delivery form that has to do
with financing when he knows I'm paying cash. Then
gives me a title transfer form that wasn't properly filled
out.
I spoke to the used car manager, and his boss as I was
told, and was treated as if nothing wrong occurred and I
was being difficult. Then I was told that I didn't need to
bother buying the car. I then got up and walked out.
These managers have poor customer service skills and
are a bunch of crooks. From the moment I walked into
the dealership I was being setup to be cheated out of my
money. BEWARE of the shady deals that go on at
Beechmont Ford. They will rip you off if you are not
careful.

Awful, I had a deal and was on my way in two days for the car and they sold it. They have a right to sell their inventory, as I just don't want my credit report run if that is the way they're doing business. He could've ask me for a payment to hold the car If necessary.

Bill at Beechmont Ford was awesome! As soon as we expressed an interest he emailed us and texted available times to test drive our car. In addition, the locations setup was perfect to drop off our rental. Bill even had us in and out with a great loan in about 2 1/2 hours!

process was made simple, especially seeing how far i drove to get there.
form what i could see, they have a great selection of new and used cars
and the facility was very clean and professional. i like their weather too.

a deal until it's a final deal. He
wanted the other guy to get it but

Initial experience was fantastic. 2 people e-mailed me back regarding this vehicle. We came to an agreement and I made the 3 hour drive to see it. Decided to purchase. Initial paperwork was incorrect at list price instead of agreed price. No biggie. Dealer was closing by the time we were in the paperwork stages so things were a bit hurried. To make a long story short, I should have paid better attention to what I was signing. My agreed to purchase price was really a great deal. The paperwork after, not the best.
