Very unhappy. The truck was listed for a good price and was excited to buy it and the salesman was very accommodating. When they wrote the invoice showing the total cost, they added almost $3000 for a “protection” package. When I told them I didn’t want that added they said it comes standard and they can’t get rid of it. It would have been nice for them to add this “protection” package to the actual listed price.

Showed up to buy this car for $31,899 and found out I had to pay an additional $995 for window tint, Wheel locks, (which I haven't gotten yet) and some other protection nonsense I didn't have the choice to accept or decline. So if you go here to look at a used car, the advertised price is not accurate. They will tack on additional fees for things they should have just included in the price. Especially if you don't have a choice in whether or not you want the add on. I bought the car, but won't do business here again.

This dealership led me on for 5 days, saying they are just waiting on the bank to get the right interest deal. They lied that it was it was a done deal and I just stopped calling after 5 days.

Car was sold, Bait and switch? Then offered me a car for $9500.00 with 99984 miles. After buying the car and checking the car fax, car had 210,000 miles. Price listed in their ad was $7500. Be very careful if you go there. I will not be back to their dealership.

I reached out before the dealership did. Service was great and they were willing to negotiate. Amir would get a 10 star rating if I could. Went back in to the dealer the next day to get the rear view mirror fixed and they got it done in same day in 30min.

I wasn’t too happy with the communication given to me by this dealership. I inquired about this truck online after hours …. I got a text and call the next day, I returned the call and text the young lady who reached out to me(at the dealership)No one ever got back to me even after I returned the call and texts…No hard feelings… I know we are all busy…. I ended up buying elsewhere.

The purchase was made, but the difficulty between the advertised price and actual price caused an issue, then finding out the car was sold as - is and a broken sliding door was hidden from me was not appreciated. Would have still purchased the car but negotiated differently. Sale was quick to communicate, then back tracked on the additional cost for the pre0installed ELO GPS which was added to the price. The listing had one price, but was informed I must pay $900 dollars extra due to the GPS installed, then told the price online would be honored, then asked to pay a portion which i agreed too, then told I must pay half or else they will not sell me the car. On Site - The initial sale was smooth and the price was good. Discovered one of the sliding doors did not work electronically after the purchase, which was the one I asked the salesman to help close and he did not inform me it was broken.

I contacted them, made an appointment. The person I made the appointment with wasn't there but someone else helped me. Took the vehicle for a drive. It hadn't been checked out by them yet but I asked the salesman to let me know when it was ready because I was interested. Never heard back from them.

Beck and Masten Kia was a pleasant customer buying experience from the moment I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as described in the listing. The salesman said let me grab the keys for a test drive. The salesman offered several financing options that met my needs. A No haggling smooth process from Car Gurus to car ownership. I would highly recommend Beck and Masten Kia. I would also have to recommend Car Gurus. Using the Car Gurus App I was able to find the car I wanted easily.

The sales person Deion was great. The issue was that the information on Car Gurus was incorrect and I sat in traffic and wasted my time driving all the way to the dealership for a car I was not interested in. I was extremely upset.

Very poor service .. I called on Saturday and turned in all finance info to start process to purchase truck .Finance guy left for the evening and I was told we would finish on Monday . Salesman wouldnt return call Monday till that evening because he didn't go to work so I asked for another salesman or finance guy to call me so we could finish deal and never heard back . So Tuesday I called and was informed they were in process of selling truck to someone else even though they had already ran my credit and I was in process of buying the truck . I told salesman that I was ready to buy as soon as we had details from finance even told him I could come up with more money to put down if needed!! Very upset and disappointed !! Even talked to sales manager and he was pretty rude/no help at all

Was planning to go about a week ago and told salesman we were also looking at another car at another dealership. The sale would depend on what kind of price they could give us. Was told the price was firm. We ended up buying somewhere else. In less than a week the car has been reduced over $1,300. They could have had a sale had they been willing to work with us on the price.

Finally bought the car listed.Dealer would not give me what I wanted.My wife asked that I trade in our old car,instead of selling my self.They are now asking twice what they gave me for trade in.-- No one to blame but myself.Also had to go to another dealer to buy remote key.I did not find out it was missing until after the sale.

I saw this vehicle listed on cargurus.com and emailed the dealership on a Monday about it. I was contacted right away by a salesman and told him I wouldn't be able to get there until Saturday, doubting that it would still be available then. I was contacted on Saturday by Jessica who told me that the vehicle was still there. I drove from Sugar Land to Tomball expecting to get a bait and switch. Instead, I was greeted by Justin Britt who took me to the car. It was exactly what I've been looking for, and the price was fantastic. He completed some paperwork, a deal was struck, and shortly I was with finance guy, Billy Knight who worked to get me the best finance rate and warranty. I was in and out of there in 3 1/2 hours. It was a fantastic experience. I haven't bought a car in 14 years and I was dreading going there, but I can't say enough good about it!

I spoke to someone there in the morning and made arrangements to come by in the evening to look at the car, I called around 3 pm (to verify we were coming as we were driving 2 1/2 hours to see it) and the salesman informed me that the car was put on a truck at 1 pm that day for auction. I was pretty frustrated as I had called earlier and they knew I was coming.

Don't waste your time at this so called dealership, I emailed the dealer about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. They answered back with pictures and saying that the vehicle was still available in there email.I received a call from a sales Rep asking what was a good time to come in for a test drive,Upon arrival the vehicle that I was supposed to purchase was sold the previous day. I drove 45 minutes to get there for nothing Beck and masten Kia gets the award for BAD BUSINESS.

We did purchase the vehicle but after that our salesman was MIA. Never returned our calls..the vehicle needed to be inspected and we expected the alignment to be fixed. We had to replace all four tires immediately ourselves but upon picking up vehicle from service apt, no alignment was performed. In fact mechanic informed us that he suggested brakes and alignment both be done but was told not to do it. We had to get with GM to find out why not. No one could answer questions. The GM did agree to get truck properly fixed. Just be careful with these guys. It seems like they buy allot of auction cars and do very little to them before selling the vehicle. All in all, not impressed.

I am beyond satisfied with the service I recived here a Beck & Masten Kia Tomball. I called before arrived let Jeff know which car I was interested in, and upon my arrival he had the keys ready for me to go and test drive. When we arrived back to the dealership there were a few problems on my end but Jeff tried anything possible to keep me uplifted and not to give up and I appreciated that so much. He even tried two other possible cars one in which I was not interested in and he understood and didn't try to push me into and make me interested like other dealerships have done to me previously. He even was willing to teach me how to drive a manual so I could get the second car opption which I thought was a win win because I've always wanted to learn. But at the end of the day I end up getting the wonderful Kia Soul that i had my eyes on from when I walked in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that was interested in getting a new/used car. Not only was Jeff amazing all the staff here is very uplifting and friendly. Thank you Jeff for all your help!

I wouldn't buy a car from here if I had to walk the rest of my life. They put pics of a car online with a price and when we got up there the radio was different they told us the car had been broken into over the weekend and then told us they quoted us the wrong price after talking all weekend through email. We asked to talk to the manager he would not face us after jackin up the price on us. It was just one lie after another with them.we got a much better deal at Volkswagen of the woodlands.
