Expiedent response. Very professional. Have arranged a time to test drive all within my convenience and hopefully vehicle availability. Nothing was forceful, nor was I told this vehicle may not be here by that timeframe, or we have another interested buyer to get me to rush the process, no can you put a deposit to hold it. He basically told me his work hours and whom to ask for as well as stated he looked forward to seeing me on the scheduled timeframe. That not only promoted confidence in his position but made me feel comfortable with going to purchase from this dealership.

I had my loan in place, ready to just sign the papers without ever seeing the car because I was out of town. Even with loan in place and $10,000 cash down they would not put a hold on the car for me. All in all, the only thing this salesman had to do was have the car and paperwork ready for signatures. It still took way too long to get that done. The 4 stars is because even though I did all the work prior to seeing car and showed up with the check from my credit union and cash, they treated me very dismissively.

My email correspondence with Beaverton Hyundai was professional but personable.
David was quick to respond each time and would make himself available for me at any
time.
Worst car buying experience ever. After going to the dealership and getting most of the paperwork done, they said the the car on order price could increase after we've already agreed upon a price which was a couple thousand dollars over MSRP. After a short discussion but why they couldn't honor this price the salesman told me he was doing me a favor. As I was getting ready to walk away, they invited me to leave. I've never been so rudely treated as a customer. Ended up buying the same model and trim with additional features for less money at another dealership.

Not a place to buy a upscale car, they sell Hyundais. "Manager" threw out low ball
number wanted me to counter. I didn"t fall for the game. Wouldn't give my keys back, I
brought a second set. all in all not a very fun experience.

Typical dealer who wouldn't negotiate a deal. Dealers know that everything will eventually sell so they don't really care to hear any offers. In
the case of this van there was a slight issue when turning right but the dealer didn't offer to fix it or discount the repair amount. Bought
from a local van owner who was nice about the price even tho' he used to work for a dealer. He knows what they're like.

Sorry about the confusion on pricing. Most customers hate the negotiation part of the process and the whole idea of "Starting High" with pricing is old fashioned and hated by customers. Instead we try to be as transparent as possible and price our cars to sell. Our price has nothing to do with profit or cost but purely is based off a matrix that keeps us competitive in the market. Most customers prefer this straight forward method of one price selling, putting our best foot forward.

The dealership was friendly but they didn’t negotiate at all. Their service people told me that the squeaking sound during my test drive was due to weather tech mats in the back rubbing together or the spare tire. It was actually a recalled ball joint. I’m sure they know about every recall on every vehicle. Mine had recalls on the airbags, seat belts not locking upon braking/when necessary and a lower front suspension ball joint and they had no issue letting me drive off with my 3 year old daughter because I paid cash. The car was $12,795 And with dealer fees it was $14,000.

I am sorry to hear about the recalls, we certainly care about our customers safety and I will personally look into your experience. As far as pricing goes we try very hard to be more transparent for our customers and do not "start high" and negotiate from there but instead offer our best price up front and adjust our pricing regularly to the current market. Most customers favor this more straight forward approach to pricing.

The dealership Experience was not great. We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted and were pre-approved , but were there for almost 6 hours. Mostly waiting for things that should’ve been occurring while we were finishing paperwork etc. When we left, the vehicle wasn’t detailed much less vacuumed ( Tons of crumbs in the seats, etc ) We weren’t sent our paperwork until we emailed them and asked for it 2 days later. The actual salesperson and financing person were kind and reasonable , but the sales manager came off as quite rude , and felt very much like a typical “used car salesman”. Lots of smiles , until the deal was done and then a lot of dismissiveness when we had any questions later. We did not feel like it was a great experience and likely won’t be back to this particular dealership.

I mentioned I’d gather questions I had and call at my convenience. Continuing to message or call is not how I wish someone to do business with me or others

I am sorry to hear about your experience. We take our customers needs serious and if you requested us not to call and we did anyways that is not okay. I am hoping they just failed to see the comments in the lead submitted but I will make sure you do not get bothered again.
We purchased the vehicle from the dealer, but several issues such as notable scratches
and a broken center console were not addressed. We pointed the issues out to them and
they said they would look at them, but nothing was repaired. When we asked about
possibly reducing the price slightly, they did not address it further. The car is good but the
dealership experience reminded me of the old style of car-buying (salesman, sales
manager, finance manager, trying to add other things to the purchase price without
approval).

Super quick response to my inquiry about a 2013 Ford Mustang. Asked about the car on a Sunday evening,
and was contacted by phone in under 2-3 minutes. Very friendly call, but unfortunately the car had sold the
previous evening. Would give them another try if they get another vehicle in fitting my needs.
No Stars! Horribly buying experience. Drove all the way from Missoula, Montana to have a couple staff treat is nice, but the guy that handled our finance papers made me feel like an inconvenience cause he had to come in on his day off, he did the paperwork wrong, he didn't explain anything just would slap down a paper and say sign here, initial here NO explaination of what I was signing and agreeing too. Don't recommend!!

Not good. I met on the used car side and the place is a dump. Did not give me the impression that I should buy a luxury car from them. They had also put super cheap tires on the car and I would definitely have had to replace them.

They advertised a suv with 36k miles on it as having only 3,600 miles. After my inquiry & them
telling me the real miles on it, I informed them of the mistake, 10 days its still the same.

The sales guy I dealt with was nice.. He told me that the dealership had
some new lettering for the car that they were going to include since the
current lettering was fading, but that they would not install them.. I was fine
with that.. When I got there and asked about it THE NEXT MORNING they
said "sorry we gave those to another vehicle". They only had one other
vehicle with the same make on the lot and it was 1 year old. The new
lettering is only a few dollars. I believe they either did not have the lettering
or they just lied.. The vehicle was was listed $500 less the day I spoke with
them and when I got there the next morning the price had been raised.
When I asked they said " the market changes and prices fluctuate" . I
showed them a screen shot I had on my phone and asked them to match
the price that was listed less than 24 hours ago. They said NO! I was also
told that a "bunch" of work had been done to the vehicle like a new head
gasket and such.. When I asked to see the service records it showed the
vehicle recently had a oil change. I am not sure how a oil change is
anything like a head gasket being replaced. I would NOT recommend this
dealership. They do a lot of BAIT AND SWITCH.

This dealership was a disapointment. I got an email that they would match the
price I was quoted elsewhere. When I got there..the usual runaround. So I
left there thinking I wasted my time. I dislike when dealers say one thing and then not follow through.
So yeah, horrible experience and dishonest dealership.

been on car gurus for almost 200 days. I wanted
to check out the car, and they said they dropped
the price. Actually they raised the price after I
acknowledged that im approved for the car. Very
shady car dealer. Will never go there period.

Dealer sent a generalized e mail daily for 3 days, to us giving number to call
for questions. I called the dealership 2 separate days in attempt to get
information if this vehicle had auto access seating. Each time I was told
that they would check & call me back in 5 min. Neither time did anyone
bother to return call at all, much less in 5 min. Finally got an e mail
response on day 3 after a nasty gram.
Purchased a different vehicle from them approx 6 months ago, & when the
vehicle had a simple problem, I had same issues with them saying they
would call back but took 2 weeks & multiple calls to get the simple
information I needed.
Had the car listed at 27k and then after I contacted them and before I could get over to see the car, the price change to 31K. Wonder if they realize cargurus list the historical prices of the listing. Baiy and switch?

The service was pretty good. What they dont tell you is the price on here is their discounted price so the real price is higher which means less wiggle room. The gas station they use closes early, so if you go late and the car is on E its your problem, not theirs which is frustrating (I came from outside of Salem, so it was probably a bigger deal to me than some)I've always gotten a full tank when i bought a car. The car is nice, sales guys were nice, but some of the practices need a little work.

Came all the way from Gresham and they couldn't even find the
car. They had us chasing all over between two dealers his for
over an hour and never found it. Called two days later and said
it was being detailed. UNACCEPTABLE!

Good experience. Purchased car here. Would have been a 5 but no pop corn fresh cookies and front in the building. Great staff and I loved their teamwork.
