Dealership communicated quickly and was very helpful through the whole process of me purchasing the vehicle from them even though I lived out of state. Once I arrived at the dealership every employee there was very friendly. Highly recommend it his dealership!

Maria at Beamon listened to us and what we needed. She showed
us the Malibu and answered our questions. Although it was not a
good fit for us, she respected our decision. We met Angie, the
manager and offered to let us know if anything came in that we
might be interested in. It was a very positive experience.

I contacted Beaman Buick GMC in my search for a used GMC Sierra since I was visiting Nashville for Thanksgiving. The initial scheduling of test drive was very smooth. After test driving on Wednesday and agreeing to a deal, the salesman went to talk to “finance manager” routine and left me waiting too long. I left dealership disappointed after locating the salesman lallygagging with another employee. I was content to just enjoy Thanksgiving with family and return to Chicagoland without making a vehicle purchase. Then on Friday the salesman texts that the finance manager wanted to call me. During the call, the finance manager tried to get me to purchase an expensive warranty. I politely refused and then the finance manager was supposed to check into something and call me back. He never called back or emailed the purchase agreement to my bank as requested. Then on Saturday, when I’m on highway driving back to Chicago I get a text from salesman asking if we have a deal?
After working with Sofia for two days, the vehicle I was in the process of
purchasing was sold to someone else. I had submitted my credit
application and hours later prompted her for the results and asked if
delivery could happen sooner (she had told me 3 days, since I'm in
Florida) and about an hour after that she texted to say someone else was
on the lot looking at it. She then stopped responding to me until I reached
out to a manager. I had full intentions of purchasing the vehicle and I think
it's very bad practice to advertise that internet/non-local purchases are
welcome, but then sell the vehicle out from under me and ghost me. I did
finally get a response from her hours later to confirm my credit had not be
run. I would steer clear of this dealership as their business practices are
not good.

Will Sparkman was wonderful! We unfortunately were not able to make a deal on the car we were initially looking at (issue with the car itself, not the dealership or salesman), but Will was extremely helpful, professional, kept open communication, and was trying to go above and beyond for us. We would absolutely recommend working with Will at Beaman Buick GMC
On the way to see the truck the sales guy called me 3 times, and texted. A little excessive in my opinion and a little aggravating.
Tony was waiting when we arrived, the truck looked great but he told us the trade is quoted on the low end of the Kelly Blue book on all trades.
He didn't even look at the truck and all the upgrades. You can sure bet if they had our trade in they would use it to their advantage when selling it. Lesson learned. (Ask how your trade will be looked at before making the drive)....
Made everything easy on negotiations and were prepared when we came there. Great customer service and answered all questions for us. Ryan was an excellent person to work with. They listened and stayed late after they closed because we drove from out of state. Great vehicle! Only problem was that they said they changed and filled our oil but the oil life said 8% left and now a week later it says change oil. The key was worn out so we had to buy two new keys. Still would buy from them again

The salesman was the only good thing about this dealership. There were at least 5 other employees talking & eating, very distracting. It’s taken the length of payoff deadline & still not paid by Beaman. Not professional. Worst car buying experience ever!!

The sales manager told me they overpaid for it on trade and that’s why the price is so high. I didn’t think I was responsible for their bad choices. Got plenty of my own.
They weren’t willing to do a deal. Wrote a review on google and the GM reached out. They said they’d look into my deal as I said I was still interested then never got back to me…even after a follow up email from me.
Horrible experience.

high pressure sales tactics.. Both the sales rep and his manager were reasonable in the trade-in negotiation. We were very happy with the
overall experience.

The sales associate response was very quick. His first question was what form of
communication did I prefer, which was very couteous. He was most knowledgeable, polite,
not pushy, and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Andy at Beaman!
At first the dealer offered less for my trade. Dealer fees where also more than CarGurus
had calculated. I left the Dealership after that . They called me back and offered me the
Car Gurus trade in amount but the Dealer fees were more. I went along and bought the
Vehicle. The Dealer did offer me a lower Interest Rate that CarGurus found.

I called and the next thing I knew this Buick was in my
garage. The salesman brought it to my house, we took a
drive around the neighborhood and to the pharmacy and
back. It was a wonderful experience. I bought it for a
pretty reasonable price. Thanks CarGurus. I have been
talking to dealers for months in my area and couldn’t find
what I wanted or I found it but the price was too high. But
CarGurus found my vehicle. Thank you..

Although communication transpired with
representative I still never got a price on what I
was asking about. Felt they were pushing for a
telephone number to push a sell when I wanted
more information before making an hour drive to
their dealership.
