I was very disappointed in the service!!! Went to the internet i seen the truck I liked it!! I got a call the Salesman was very Dry !!! With me !! We test drove the automobile it drove good! So we looked into some financing options i waited on some info to come to me from my Bank° When i was walking out i seen the Salesman saying something about me to another Salesman!! But i felt he was that type of guy. LIKE FROM DAY 1 I DIDN'T CARE FOR HIS ATTITUDE!!!!!!!HE really didn't know who he was talking to!!! All he was worried about is how much Money i would put Down and I had a pre-approved!!! Never judge a book by it's Cover !!! Then the price and mileage on the internet was wrong and he never even Said any different!!! He never tried to help are call u called him he would never pickup only to see if we were coming to purchase the Vehicle And I'm Glad I didn't!!! I.found a Vehicle elsewhere with real Customer Courtesy with no Problems are pressure and a positive Attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon contact, I asked to verify that THIS vehicle was still at the dealership. I was told that, if not, “we have other trucks “. He agreed to verify and let me know. I never heard anything else from them.

They all send a very similar email but never advise me if the vehicle was available. Typical dealer sales bs. I don’t have time for it. I moved on to dealers that are helpful

I had set up with the dealer to purchase the truck and drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. Once inside I was told that they had just sold the truck to another customer that had cash in hand. He told me then that he was a first come first serve manager. My experience was terrible. I hope that this isn’t the same with everyone

This was the best new car buying experience I've had for more than 40 years of buying cars. The internet sales ladies got me in the door and the great salesman got me on the road with the exact GT350 I've been looking for...also good price! The finance person also showed complete professionalism and helped to make some key decisions on my purchase. The dealership was great to deal with but the finance guy didn't try to be me a better interest rate than what was offered with a A rating I knew I could do better that 4% I went to my credit union and got a 2% rate. The vehicle has dash board indicator lights on and the engine compartment and inside was dirty when shown this vehicle never have hit the lot for sale until it was derailed. I was told and shown the detailed records that the vehicle did not have structural damage by Lexus and the carfax was being corrected the sales manager said that he will pay for the repairs done at a Lexus dealership which was a maintenance and windshield fluid indicator since that's minor from being a Lexus owned I bought the SUV. The dealership is new so I know they learned from dealing with me on how to improve their image when present a car for sale. I definitely would buy another vehicle from Bayou Ford
