DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL HAVE TO OAY OUTTA POCKET FOR PARTS AFTER DRIVING AWAY. they will hide things from you and will treat you like your dumb if you k lw what your talking about.
The rear axle seal is leaking, i have to get a whole new exhaust because of the amf valve. I need to replace all sway bars lower as well, My check engine light came on, stability control, and the catalytic converter is bad and they deleted that check engine light code. There was a crack in the window that now is huge. The suspension is still messed up after I kept telling them to fix it they only fixed rear and front struts after promising in writing they would fix the alignment which you need to take care of all of the suspension first to do so.but after that one part they don’t wanna take care of anything else they promised. Please do not trust them. Its extremely dangerous what they made me drive off the lot and they should not be selling a car in this condition.

Even though we couldn’t agree on the price I highly recommend bay auto exchange….. very honest.
Bay Auto Exchange is hands the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Even if it is a little out of the way from where you live their sales mindset and the people they are fantastic and worth the drive. Great communications, honesty about what is what… I just can’t recommend them enough.

Good interaction regarding the availability and status of the vehicle. He wasn’t willing to negotiate price which lead me to purchase a car at a different location

These guys are not honest. They tried to sell me a car that looked great and seemed great. Handed me a expierian report saying it hadn’t been in any accidents. I went home and did a carfax and it had in fact been in an accident. When I went back to tell them that I found the accident but still wanted the car at a lower price, they were rude and denied that this changed the cars value and refused to budge on their pricing. They should have given me a break just for being sneaky trying to hide this!

The first is Carfax which CarGurus gives you access to view the vehicle's history report through the website. The second and third way is AutoCheck and NMVTIS which are the standard sources in the used car industry. AutoCheck by Experian is what is used by all major Auctions in the United States and dealers.
