Very friendly. Compass I was interested in had a deposit on it but salesman offered to contact me if something changed. He did follow up later to tell me it was sold. Overall a good experience.

They were so nice explaining every part of the process of buying our jeep!!!

I contacted the dealer and asked for pictures of certain areas of the suv. The guy John left a message on my voicemail explaining the vehicle in the areas I requested pictures of and asked me to contact him. First , that was not what I asked for , telling me the size of the area is not what was requested. As I give him a call 30 min later or so, I receive 2 pictures of the area I originally asked pictures for. I let him know I had just received pictures as we are speaking (seconds onto the call) , he then says we don’t offer any financing for non local customers since we are a small company. And goes into why in detail about banks and what not . I stop him and let him know I was never asked what I wanted to do(which was purchase not finance) and told him he lost me as a paying customer. Not once was I asked anything.

These people where great to deal with I actually live about 1hr 30 minutes away, I emailed them after hrs on a Thursday they responded back to my email the next morning. We set up a time for me to drive up on Saturday morning. They called me to let me know there was a couple people interested in the same jeep as myself but they gave me first opportunity to purchase the jeep since I was the first to respond to add. When there, every one involved in the process was very friendly and helpful we purchased the jeep and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
