The car I was interested in had been on CarGurus for 206 days and I made an appointment (multiple
emails) to try it out and get an evaluation on my trade in. I drove 37 miles to the dealership (after
receiving an email at 8 am in the morning to verify my appointment at 11 am) and when I arrived I was
told the car had been sold the previous evening! The salesperson said she was not aware of it (she
was not there) and the person (Corey) who was to value my trade in did not even look at it. I let the
salesperson know and she apologized and said the dealership does not do "bait and switch" - but very
disappointing! Buyer beware!

When I arrived to test drive vehicle, price had gone up by $2k. Dealer said increase was within competitive market value and changes happen everyday.

They were pretty good. At first it was fairly typical car dealer type tactics. Hardball negotiating and strong arm tactics. But after showing general interest and willingness to make a deal happen, they became much more willing to work with me to finalize the purchase. Business aside, they are all great guys and I enjoyed talking shop with them.
