They got back to me right away about the pictures of the interior I requested.They directed me to their website where the pictures were posted.

Got back to me very quickly, answered my questions to a T. Went in, looked at car, bought the car. Took about an hour instead of the usual 4 at other places.

Joe Natale helped me and went above and beyond to be more than helful concerning my situation.... He was one of the most considerate and realist car dealers that I've ever dealt with... I wish all salesman were as honest as him.... I am definitely going back!!!

This place is horrible. I put a $100 deposit down to hold a vehicle to go look at and ended up deciding on another vehicle at another dealership. I have called four times to get my hundred dollars back only to be ignored and now I have to deal with my bank to fight them to get back my money. When I made the deposit I was never told that I wouldn't get my money back if I decided not to purchase. Jim is rude and Joe just ignores you if you don't purchase. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

Received a response on a Sunday from a person not an automated message. Asked for more pictures of vehicle and was told I would get them following day but never heard back from the dealership

Great experience with Battaglia! Family owned and run business. Concerns about timing belt were addressed by owner for no additional cost. Car was washed and waxed for pickup. Car also included a 3 mo/2,400 mi engine/powertrain warranty! Great deal here!

I recently bought a 2003 Hinda Accord with Battaglia. I should thank Joe for making everything easy and clean.The car was so good and the deal was closed on the same day with the help of Joe.He has good knowledge of dealing with documents which saved my time.I have plans to buy another SUV, i would go to Battaglia again for sure as they are much reliable and understands customer need and do take utmost effort to make the customer happy.
