Very responsive and very thorough on questions. I was not able to purchase the car but after speaking with several staff members I would not hesitate in the future dealing with Basil.

They responded right at. But the dealers don’t want to dicker on the prices.

Not the trim level I was looking for, but dealer was cooperative and not overbearing.

I just "bought" a 2011 Jaguar XKR Conv. from Basil Ford. The asking price on Cargurus was $29.900. I talked to a seller and he said I could have it for 29k. After he mail me the Bank info I got a new mail from the salesagent, when he said he wanted 35.000 !!! for that car. That was a shock for me. I was just minutts away to transfer the money. Stay away from that shop!!! Rune

Honestly the best dealership experience I've ever had! I drove over 450miles to pick up a 2018 Jeep GC so pictures, communication and honesty were extremely important coming from a distance. I traded my car for a very fair price and they stuck to their word on everything and were super easy to work with. In and out in about an hour with no BS and nothing to complain about. I didn't end up with the jeep someone beat me to it but they put me in a Chrysler 300 s at a great price and went to bat for the lowest payment great place

Dealer took two days to get back to me to let me know the vehicle had sold even though I had already submitted a credit application.

Car was dirty, Rusty and loud with wheel covers missing. I was assured on the phone it was a great car. I am sure the milage had to be wrong. There is no way a vehicle with less than 40,000 miles cld be in that shape.

We make appointment for buying same car and when we reach at time they told car is already sold. The person whom I make appointment , he didn’t came out because we called him before we leave home . He should call us and late that car was sold. They do not respect for customer time and value for it. This happened on September 3,2019

Was negotiating a deal with a 06 mustang.. ford. I was waiting to hear back from the dealer on some options on the vehicle. I Spoke to them over the phone and wa waiting to hear back. Dealer never called me. I called a few days left and found out they sold the car. Not the best customer experience

I was impressed with the service. I wasn’t sure to to expect cause of bad experiences in the past with car dealers. The people at the front desk were polite and very attentive told why I was there and they got me a salesman in minutes no pushy sales or anything. Mike was my salesman and he was very down to earth. Was really impressed talk to him like we knew each other for years. Tony his manager was also very down to earth made me feel comfortable and at ease. My experience was very good. This was absolutely the worst experience we have had at all our dealership visits this month. They were not courteous, and never called us back when promised or at all. They are rude and unappreciative of people who come in to find their next major purchase. I take it they're not open for the hard working families. We were so happy to find our new vehicle at another dealership. Everyone we know and social media Will hear about our distaste and disappointment .

This place is FANTASTIC!!! Xavier and Tony were great to deal with!. We went to look and possibly test drive. We got there to look around and no sales people came running to push a sale. We took a test srive. We saw a vehicle we liked a lot. It was very clean. Xavier answered our questions. He never tried to sell the car. He just told us about the features. We decided it was the one we wanted by rhe time we drove back ro the lot. Less than 24 hrs later we drove home in it$ Tony worked with us on the paperwork and made it a comfortable environment for us. No pressure, very relaxed. We plan to go back to Basil Ford for service and probably buy our next vehicle.THANKS SO MUCH XAVIER AND TONY!!! You two gentlemen reaffirmed what i've always said: "If it isn't a Ford; it isn't worth driving!"

We agreed on a price. Then they wouldn’t return my email or call to arrange the pickup. It’s ok to change your mind when you get a higher offer, but not to communicate is terrible.

It was a little difficult to initially connect - but after we did so the communication has been good as they are quite responsive!

Great staff. Took a little longer then I expected to complete transaction. Very happy with truck so far. Only had one day. Drove 2 hours. Will be looking to purchase another vehicle for my wife there in the near future.

I feel Basil is very dishonest and puts you through the ringer. This is our third attempt ,over a period of a few years, that we inquired about a car at Basil's. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience each time. We are not game players and do not appreciate the antics that we have been put through just to even get a price on a vehicle.

Eric the salesman was down to earth as far as conversation. He was working with me to a point. The prices they quoted me on the cars were the price you are buying it for with no give what so ever on that price. There is no dealing and when you are trying to decide on a car you want and your trade is worth nothing to them then the car is sold out from under you. Also you say how bout the other car they tell you that it won't pass inspection and a Florida guy is gunna buy it and take it down with him. How can you rate a dealer that did nothing for you?

Emailed some questions to the dealer. Sales guy replied asking when I could come look at the truck. Completely ignoring all of my questions. I'm not just going to hop in my truck and drive an hour and a half (one way) to look at a truck not knowing anything about it!

I made an appointment to meet with the sales manager on 01/29/16 at 1:30. When I arrived at the dealer I was asked to take a seat, after a few minutes a young associate informed me that the manager was busy and instructed him to show me the car. I looked at the car and was very intrested but the wanted to know if there was any price negotiation and I gave him a starting bid and told him to have his sales manager to call me. On Saturday I received a call from a representative asking me to confirm my 1:00 appointment. I told her that my appointment was the previous day and I was waiting to hear from the sales manager. On Wednesday 01/27/16 after not hearing from the dealer I called and was informed that the car was no longer available but they could find me one that may fit my needs. Still have not heard back from them
