Staff was helpful,, responsive and fair. We bought the car and are very happy with our experience.

We looked at two vehicles. Even though we didn't buy it should be understood that they weren't exactly what we were looking for. We dealt with a gentleman named Tracy who was absolutely very knowledgeable of the vehicles, answered our questions and was very friendly and was not the least bit high pressure. Will keep watching for new arrivals.

Very unprofessional… since I can’t put no stars as a rating one it is, inquired about a car told them I was coming to look at it. I get it cars sell quick but one of the three workers that was there could have called or emailed me saying that the car I inquired about sold before driving half an hour out to look at the car. Definitely won’t be going back due to the poor experience expected alittle more professionalism being a business but guess you can’t expect that now a days.

They were extremely helpful and honest. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Andrew answered immediatly with the information I was seeking. No hype, no 'come in we'll talk' which put them high on my list of dealers to work with when we find the right vehicle.

Excellent quality vehicle and fantastic salesman. The vehicle was also immaculate and was ready to be picked up within a day.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and request for pictures. The vehicle was exactly as they described. The vehicle was sitting right out front when we arrived. It was unlocked with the keys in it. The salesman greeted us put a plate on it and said see you when you get back. It's a small dealership but very clean and comfortable. The dealer gave me another price, was not pleased with it When I got there he told me a whole Nother price when I was on the phone with him Saturday he said the price was negotiable but when I got to him the truck was on sale for 13 5000 I said to him was that price negotiable Saturday,he said yes. But when I came he was talking about 15,000 and I drove all the way from Rochester was not pleased with This dealer

Everything looks better in the pics, they could use a detailer to spruce up the vehicles...warranty was definitely something I considered but had to pass as I found a much better deal elsewhere...no warranty but couldn't get a better deal on a great vehicle.

Horrible experience. Actually looked at and wanted to buy 2 vans on their lot. Sales person was busy with another customer that came in after she started showing me the vans. Couldn't stay long as I had to catch a business flight. Mentioned I was interested in both vans and wanted to know what it would take to hold them until I returned from my trip. I was ready to put money down on both to hold them. I was told that my word alone that I was interested would hold the vans for me. I even gave sales person my business card so that she had my contact information in case anything came up. The following day I sent an e-mail reminding the dealership to hold the vans for me. During my trip nobody would respond to e-mails and when I returned a few days later I found that both vans had been sold out from under me. No reason given for why they were not held as promised.
