Was the dealer quick to respond to my inquiry

Stopped by looking for a good reliable work vehicle, I looked at 2 of them and I took my time with no one walking behind forcing a sale. Was comfortable enough to do my inspection of the vehicle, test drove it by myself no salesmen riding along. They just stay out of your way until you have questions. Would definitely recommend to check them out.

The Volvo XC90 that they have listed is not even close to being accurately represented! The pics made this vehicle look like a prom queen, when in reality it is more like a bad drag queen. Pieces of the interior are missing and/or broken, and they haven’t even felt the need to detail the car (food and wrappers in between seats). They didn’t even bother to dig it out from the back row, knowing that we were on our way to see it. Total waste of 4-1/2 hrs of my life, driving to see this junker.

Vehicle not exactly what I was looking for, but dealer was upfront and honest.

They have been very helpful I asked for mare pictures and they sent them right away they have been very patient through out the deal I’m buying from Chicago so while I arrange transportation they have keeped my vehicle in their property with out hassles

I got an answer, notify the vehicle was sold but they never release any other vehicles like the jeep to sell

The entire staff was great. I was about to finalize the deal when I realize I hadn't test drive the vehicle. I went to test drive the vehicle and it run as they said it would great. I decided to have the car checked out at pep boys so I can have a piece of mind. When the inspection came back there where deficiencies which I was not willing to buy the car with. The dealer was positive and said he would have his mechanic fix it. I on the other hand needed a car right away and wasn't willing to wait so I moved on to another dealership and bought a car. I would recommend them because they are willing to work with you on price and they will not willfully sell you a vehicle they know don't work

I explained that I don't have time to haggle and still got a cookie cutter email that seemed more like a bot response than an actual person.

They emailed me in response to my writing the email was the best way to contact them. They asked a bunch of questions and we were able to go back and forth and in a very positive manner. They did not spam me or bombard me with phone calls.
