The jeep didn't start. The young saleslady shrugged her shoulders and didn't offer any help, so we left. We probably won't return to that dealership if that's the way they treat prospective customers.

Barnett Auto was very prompt in replying my request. I went down the next day. The staff are all the best. I worked with Dan and Randy. They are very patient and flexible. We are currently working on closing the deal. I will recommend Barnett to all my friends and family buying a car. They are very fair and have a great inventory of cars and trucks. Test drive route is too short about 2.5 miles. Around 1.3 miles on Highway. I was told by one of their salesman that their auto insurance only allowed them to use shorter test drive route. Not Recommend this dealership to friends and families.

We are very disappointed to receive your review. We typically offer all our customers a test drive of about 10 minutes. During that route, we include city driving and also a short trip on the freeway. It is correct that our insurance company has advised us to have a standard test drive route that is designed for maximum safety. We include left turns only at controlled intersections and our freeway route has well-marked entrance and exit ramps. Not the greatest experience. I waited by the vehicle for a sales person to approach. After 10-15 minutes of no salesman I call the dealer,no answer and left a voicemail. I go inside to ask questions about the vehicle. Sales people aren’t too sure how to answer questions. We look at the vehicle and test drive. Vehicle has issues and has sat on the lot for 11 months. CarGurus said it was $2,800 overpriced. Asked sales manager if they’d consider lowering the price to a “market” selling price and the answer was no. No option vehicle on the lot for almost a year that needs repairs for $2,800 over retail. Not my description of a good experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I contacted them the previous day that i would be comin sometime I drove almost 2 hours to look and test drive. From the time I pulled in took 15 min to see a salesperson, when I found one they told me the vehicle I wanted to drive was over at the repair shop and we can walk over there . Walked over there the vehicle was bumper to bumper in a lot. The salesperson unlocked it never opened the door to started it. Then had the nerve to ask if its everything I want. I came to purchase a vehicle cash in hand, if I wanted to window shop I would of came on a Sunday or after hours. Over all very disrespectful, and from the sounds of it they knew that vehicle was stuck there over the weekend. Drove another 1hr away and purchased exactly like I was looking at.

Dealer emailed information about scheduling test drive and masks were required. Vehicle was as listed and was clean and ready for test drive
. All staff were friendly and helpful, and we purchased vehicle.
Great experience at Barnett Auto. The whole team was professional, personable, and friendly! They responded right away, and made the buying process simple and relatively quick! Left the lot with a beautiful, quality, clean, fully inspected Jeep Renegade that I’m in love with. Would recommend them to anyone!

Good dealer. Straightforward salesman, knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features and able to demonstrate how to use them.
I scheduled a test drive because I came from over 100 miles to see the car. The car was ready when I arrived.
The overall experience was excellent, and I recommend this dealer.

Bought a 2018 Pacifica. Everyone was very nice. It took a long time to get through the buying process, but it was Black Friday. There was a problem with some adhesive residue on the door. The body shop was closed so I brought it back Monday and they took care of it.

This van had a ton of new damage to it and the dealer said the price was firm... also I didn’t work with the dealer who I spoke to, when I arrived at the time we discussed another dealer acted like he didn’t know I was going to be there, he was quiet and didn’t know anything about the van I was there to see. I read other reviews on here and seen one similar but thought I would give them a try still... not worth the hour drive to see a damaged vehicle that they wouldn’t come down on price. I won’t be back to any Barnette dealership.
Unbelievable. We were impressed with quick replies. We drove almost 3 hours to look at this car . We had talked to them prior and they never mentioned the repairs that needed to be done! They did tell us it was horrible smelling from cigarette smoke ( which would cost $500 to get rid of with a guarantee) . The trunk had a leak that had water sitting in the tire holding compartment ( so bad that the jack had completely rusted ) the plastic piece inside the trunk was completely cracked up and should have been replaced before shown or at least reviled before are drive . We offered $12,000 with those items fixed ! They said they would take the $500 off but that was all . They walked out said we can’t work with that and walked away. We thanked them and drove off . 30 minutes later they call and offer us $12,500 that was $18 higher than when we were there . We just couldn’t believe it . We also received email right after the call that said you can come get the car at our price & not fixed.

The sales staff were professional and helpful but the vehicle I was shown was very dirty, never detailed, the bed cover was loose and parts were lying in the bed and the tailgate wouldn’t close. Overall if they can’t prepare a vehicle to be sold then I don’t want to deal with them. Presentation is everything and if that truck was detailed and gone through I would more than likely have left with it that day.

I went to Barnett to test drive this FJ. They explained to me that it had recent maintenance and that the tires were new. For being a used vehicle at a larger dealership, I wasn't impressed. They have it listed about $2k higher than it should be in it's condition. Also they undervalued my trade in quite a bit and wouldn't budge on price either way when we started to negotiate prices.

Highly recommend Barnett Chrysler Jeep Kia to buy your used/new
car there. Top notch dealership! Purchased a used vehicle and
very happy with the whole process (and I do not like car
dealerships)! From Shelby who works with the online people and
questions to the salesperson - I believe his name was Justin -
everyone was personable! Test drove, negotiated, signed papers in
all under 2 hrs and we got 99% of what we intended to get.

kia sorento V6 vehicles, and good prices. I hope I

Asked me to come back a

if I'm buying if I can't see or drive
more than one car?? Also we had
to cut the test drive of the one car
short because we were about to
run out of gas. I ended up

First time I roamed the lot, no salesperson came out to assist.
Second time took a test drive with a salesperson who was helpful.
I had narrowed my search down to a Jeep at Barnett, and one in
Coon Rapids. Jeramy at Barnett then called me to tell me the
Jeep in CR had been in an accident. The folks in CR ran the
Carfax and it showed no accident. Their service guys went
through the car with me and could find no evidence of an
accident. Now it is still possible that there was something
unreported...the Carfax isn't infallible. But the CR people were a
little irritated with Jeramy for bad-mouthing a car when they can't
really see that there was an issue. Hard to say.

They located the car of my dreams! They contacted me, we're
polite, professional but not pushy! They helped me buy this
unbelievable 2008 Chrysler hard top convertible! Fantastic! It is just
like a new car. I am extremely pleased with all the people who work

Remember the stories of the high pressure aggressive sales
people and the playing the game of talking to manager - well it's
alive and well at this establishment. No reason to bargain until you
sign the paper to close the deal - sign on the line and they will
work out the numbers after.

Salesman was nice and helpful, but the lady he had to go through for prices was pushy and wouldn't give an honest answer. I thought the days of salesmen going back and forth between customer and manager was over. I will not be shopping here again.
