The vehicle advertised is damaged, requiring a rear end according to
the dealer when I contacted them. This was not disclosed in the ad
which was misleading. There were also no pictures included which
was an immediate red flag.

I made contact with a salesperson at the dealership. There were no pictures of the vehicle posted on CarGurus so I requested some to be sent to me. I never received any photos nor was contacted by anyone after the request. Not the service I'm looking for from a dealer. I will go elsewhere

The car had a current inspection sticker, but I barely made it home and dropped it directly off at my repair shop. He had to replace a ball joint that was in such poor condition that he said I was lucky the right wheel didn’t fall off. He said it should not have passed an inspection in that condition and was dangerous for me to drive. Two days after I bought it, the check engine lights came on and the Subaru mechanic said it is the emissions and would cost me $1,200 to fix. That also should not have passed inspection.

They responded to my original email quickly and the salesman was polite and friendly when we test drove the Ridgeline. That's where it stopped. They were supposed to check into fixing the A.C. and call me the next day....still haven't heard from them.

The sales and service so far have been nothing short of careless in the first week ,looking out only for themselves. . I would not reccomend them to anyone.
Very quick to respond! I'm doing a lot of shopping around for an in particular vehicle and haven't gotten around to replying to all of the dealerships yet. This dealership happens to be one of them. They've sent several response emails to me, but NOT to the point of becoming a nuisance. I will be contacting this dealership here soon. They're located just over 2 hours away from me, so I want to make sure that the trip is worth it. So far, I'm very pleased.
