The people at this dealership were wonderful. When I contacted them, Hunter, the salesman was so courteous and told me all about the vehicle. We texted back and forth about the vehicle for several days. When we made our decision to purchase this vehicle, we knew we couldn’t get to the dealership before closing time. No problem because Hunter, Alyssa, finance person, and the owner graciously stayed late for us. After finalizing the deal. the owner took vehicle and filled it with gas before our trip home. We left with T-shirts for each of us advertising dealership. I highly recommend this dealership. The purchase of our Chrysler Pacifica was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. I want to add that I was not pressured in anyway.

I had an awesome experience at Bama Direct! I contacted them by email letting them know what I wanted and where I wanted my payment to see if they could work it out before I drove up there since I live an hour away. Sam emailed me answering every question way past their closing time. I was very impressed! I went the following day just to look at the car and was so impressed with him and the entire staff that I bought the car that day. I would recommend them to anyone and recommend Sam as an exceptional salesman! Oh and I absolutely love my car!

There were very prompt in responding I was approved but unfortunately missed out on the car I was interested in but was given other options but didn’t have what I wanted but will deal with them if I see a vehicle I like Cruz thanks for the great job u did.

We filled out a credit app, they told us the vehicle was ours if the numbers came back good, waited and waited all next day, they ran her credit report then told us another salesman sold the vehicle. They said another couple came in a week earlier and got a bill of sale to get financing but they hadn't heard back from them till after they ran her credit. Salesmen don't communicate I guess. We got a hard inquiry on her credit for nothing.

Didn’t get th vehicle I wanted, but got a newer Altima. Great people and and a smooth transaction

Messages were very hard to understand, salesman used texting lingo. He was unable to send the information requested, however, later he told me that it could be found on their website.

Horrible. Was pre approved and about to pick up this car but they sold it to someone else who had a check. Then tried to up sell me. Very unhappy

Great experience. Friendly, car as represented, prompt paper work. I travelled about 300 miles and was running late and they waited on me. Filled the car up with gas. At my requested sent me paper work for review prior to picking. Car was a great value..
