Max Lipman, car salesman provided deceptive practices with changing the purchase price from $16,842 to $17,841. The price was totally different than the advertised Cargurus price. Only after being approved for the vehicle, the price appeared different from the advertised price on Cargurus. I was informed by Max that the price was actually higher on his company's website and that Cargurus was just a third party advertising market platform. I was not pleased with the deception of the switch and bait price. I would NOT recommend this dealership at ALL! Unsatisfactory Service.

Max was great, gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision
The sales rep and I were in contact by phone and
text about the red 2007 Miata for sale. I had a 1 pm
appointment to go over the car and test drive it. I
drove 40 miles to the dealership and arrived at 12:45.
The sales associate informed me he had just sold the
car that morning. A courtesy call would have been a
welcome gesture.

Dealer went above and beyond to answer any questions I had
I was definitely interested with acquiring this 2015 Subaru WRX STI Limited even though it was approximately a two (2) hour drive from my
home. We went back and forth with email communication and when we set an appointment to discuss the car, he already had another buyer
"in finance" (which fell through). This told me the dealer didn't care about my wanting the car. He even raised the price of the car after some
back and forth. I was going to purchase the car site unseen and have it delivered. However, I was not impressed with the whole process with
the dealer. My feelings are - if you have an appointment, you hold that appointment - no matter what!!!
I contacted the dealer, they told me the car was available and I set up an appointment to look at it since dealership is over an hour away I wanted to ensure my drive was worthwhile. Two days later they messaged me to confirm my appointment for said car. I showed up to the lot at my appointment and was than told the car had been sold some time previously.
Spoke to salesman he was polite and seemed amicable but test drove another Porsche and ride was too rough after riding LS Lexus for the last 25 years sticking with 2 dr Lexus smoother ride and of course more reliable and dependable plus newer vehicle 2003 too old especially when I m paying cash need newer technology

We appreciate you giving us a chance to earn your business. In todays market vehicle cost and sales prices have been fluctuating more than years past. We are sorry if, this has caused you any undue stress or dissatisfaction.
The dealer called me after hours to let me know he wanted to work with me. He told me to send photos of my vehicle and the VIN to have my car appraised and once we do that we could talk about a deposit. After I sent him photos, I never heard back from him. I called him Monday when we were supposed to reconnect and his coworker stated he would call me in 15 minutes. After not hearing back for several days, I got a text from him saying he had not heard from me and was still interested. I called back immediately to find out he was out of the business and that his superior informed me the car had sold right away. I respect the market and the fact that the car is highly sought after because of it being discontinued but would’ve appreciated transparency considering I told the dealer that this was my dream car and that I was purchasing it after my father passed away. Not a friendly way to do business. I wish the new owner nothing but the best :)

Sold me a car with a bad clutch diagnosed by their mechanic which they agreed to fix.
They had my car 10 days 2 of which were a holiday and one was a Sunday so we'll call it 7, then after giving me a bit of the run around they finally have my car back.
Supposedly having had a new clutch put in by an apparent different mechanic that put 77 miles on my car and used all my gas, the car is doing exactly the same thing it was doing when they took it.
They technically didn't have to cover the repair but I'd say if the clutch went up 3 days after I bought the car it was bad when they sold it to me.
They seem like nice enough people but I don't think they're completely honest.
They told me they hired a full time mechanic and will have him look at it on Monday so we'll see what happens then but as of right now I won't be returning to purchase another car and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either.
Today is January 8, 2022.
If something changes I'll update my review.

This review is not fair or justified. You brought your vehicle in claiming it had a bad clutch because of a sound you heard. Neither Max or myself could hear any noise but we still sent the vehicle to the mechanic next door to get a quote for Clutch replacement, we decided to use our new mechanic instead

Being in the car business, I needed a personal vehicle.
The car was as described, the price was fair, and Jason was very transparent.
Besides the initial conversation about the particulars of the car and fees, all contact was thru email.
They are a top notch dealership and disclose everything. They even are holding the car for me for up to 60 days stored indoors until I can pick it up. It is very refreshing in todays day and age to come across a no bull store.

Salesperson Kelly was great! The vehicle price was too high, it had
some steering and telescoping gas pedal issues and paint job was ok
but it drove well. Entire experience was enjoyable and stress free.

Bad business at this place...once I got there they changed the price and said other people were interested...they said they were the only place in Maryland that had this car. I told them what they could do with there car.

I have searched the “entire country” looking for the right one.
Well, I found this one with the unique, “cinnamon” interior along with everything else.
Price, miles, exterior etc.
So, after some discussion, Tom called me back and I believe he is the owner. If not, he must be a
general manager. He called to tell me they were returning it back to whom they bought it from.
Reason being, it will be needing a head gasket job ($4,000) estimate.
Well, I live in Pa. and this dealer is Baltimore. So, they could have easily sold me the car.
They decided to do what’s right!!!!
Every other used car dealer should learn from this.
So while it’s unlikely I will wind up buying something else from them because of distance.
I HOPE anyone who reads this who is closer to their location highly considers shopping there.
