The salesman I dealt with was pretty good i did all the leg work for him with my trade in information. The manager I dealt with refused to give me what I wanted for my trade in unless I financed through them. The finance manager talked my wife into a warranty that we didn’t need (my credit union offers a way better one for cheaper and a cheaper gap) now after I have to cancel warranty and gap and refinance to get better interest rate.

Raymond and Dave were great! They worked with me to trade in my mom van and get the car payment I needed.
Be aware of shady sales team here. Went up and test drove a 2014 Corvette. I offered 39.5 but they say can’t go below 42K. Fast forward 3 weeks to yesterday and they dropped the price to 41K. I contacted the salesmen and scheduled another test drive and viewing for today because he was off that day. Went this morning with my wife with the intention to buy. Looked it all over, drove it for 20 minutes and returned. As soon as we get back they said no sale it’s under contract. An hour after we were there they tell us this. Wasted our time. I told the salesman before my wife arrived I was hoping to get it for 40K. I guess the manager thought I was low balling him and he didn’t want to deal with me because car is still available on the internet. All he had to say was no it’s 41K. I’ll never do business there again.

Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered. Every person that I interacted with at that facility was courteous, helpful and could not do enough, quick enough for me.
Mr. Bale, the office staff and most of the salespersons came forward with a giant smile and an extended hand spending time with conversations and helpfulness.

JARED HORTON contacted me quickly by phone and I had not provided anything but email.
He found my phone number on web and called, very professional. I usually don't like to be
bothered with sales calls especially while working but Jared was great in way he handled and
made me feel special. I missed the car because of an illness I was unable to travel to see it
and it sold before I could get there. Jared followed up after sold to let me know as well.

It was ok, but it should have been better. The salesman allowed me to check the vehicle out and test drive it. I told him I like the vehicle very much and I wanted my wife to see it on the following day. I told him if it sold before before I come back no problem, just call let me know. I was called later that evening confirming that I was scheduled to look at the vehicle the following morning. The following I was called asking if we were still coming. We arrived ten minutes later and found out the vehicle had been sold and they were doing the paper work for the buyer. I had no problem with the vehicle being sold, but the salesman calling and asking if we were still coming when he knew the vehicle was sold. It was a complete was of time. Being honest and up front is very important to me.

It's been over a month and a half, still don't have my car title.
Can't drive my car now.
Michelle in titles, is horrible at her job. They sent it to me without my apt number. So no one has it and they won't give me paperwork.
They say there is nothing they can do. Bc they messed up I now have a car I can't drive.

The dealer responded to my inquiry within minutes. Daniel took us on our test drive. No high pressure tactics. We got a fair price and drove away in the car feeling good about the entire process from start to finish. Will go back for my next purchase.
Sales rep Josh Reynolds respond promptly and the whole deal process was no hassle. Dealership exceeded expectations from sales manager to closing. Was in and out in short time. Great Place to buy pleasant staff and atmosphere.

I was very satisfied. I shopped around online and
Bale had the best prices on what I was looking
for. I had an appointment set up, went to
dealership, test drove a couple of different cars
that fit the description perfectly of what I told
them I was interested in, did a little paper work
and was on my way in my pre owned car. I had
bought new by doing this before but never pre
owned and this experience was great. On line
shopping is the way to go, even with a vehicle,

This dealership is the worst I've been to.
Yes, I'm younger, but I had the money to
buy a corvette. I even brought my w2 to
prove it. The manager wouldn't even
speak to me in person, and wouldn't let
the salesman get the keys to even open
the door to a new corvette. I tried to buy
a corvette at this dealership 2 times, and
they wouldn't even speak to me, so I left
and bought one from another local
dealership. Absolutely ridiculous how
they treat customers here.

spot on the front driver's side tire right
when I got home. I have reported this to the
dealership, but have yet to have my 3 calls

This was a very positive experience. I handled all negotiations via email and only received one phone call from the dealer. I went to the dealer's lot only once. I test drove the vehicle and then purchased having already negotiated a great deal. Everyone was nice and professional.

They send me eight emails and call me three separate times. This
company is a joke, and I will never use Carters again for this type of
transaction. It is just simply way too chatty. Also as the car was
listed wrong on the site which caused me a lot of headache and led
to this entire incident.
