My wife and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV on 12/4/2023. The car had 2 repairs needed - a new windshield, and a plate on the liftgate that housed the camera and hatch release buttons. We were given a discount to cover the cost of getting the windshield repaired ourselves, and were ensured that the liftgate part should arrive early the following week. We are now 13 days out, and the part still has not arrived. Also - we were told that the vehicle had been through a 155 point inspection, but when we got home, we noticed that they hadn't emptied the glove box, since there was a stack of the previous owners' papers in there, including a packet of personal checks. Also, one of the battery terminals was corroded and had to be replaced. Finally, one of the key fobs given to us didn't even go with the vehicle. We are also a bit concerned about a large fee that were charged, as well as an optional Gap fee. $600 out of our pocket was what it took to make the SUV drivable.

Dealership has excellent customer service; friendly, thorough, helpful, not pushy Baldwin responded immediately to my inquiry about a Subaru Outback; I purchased the vehicle. They made every aspect of car buying simple, without any pressure. Would recommend this dealership to everyone in the car buying mode.

Very nice and knowledgeable, the only thing we were dissatisfied with is even though we set an appointment to see the vehicle it was still dirty and out of gas when we arrived and after we purchased they were unable to detail it. Also, after returning home we noticed the bottom front light was busted out and beginning to rust, we should have looked better at the dealership however, I would’ve expected the team to have noticed as well. Over all it was a good seamless transaction and experience!

The dealer made an effort to assist with the purchase of a Subaru Ascent. However, although the vehicle could tow 5,000 lbs the owner's manual indicated it could only stop up to 1,000 lbs w/o trailer brakes. This fatal flaw was never noted as a disclaimer.

Dealer did contact me but when I got there this truck was in terrible shape the door panels were tore up and nasty and rear window didn’t work but none of that was listed in the description and the sales manager had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional!

My first time at Baldwin and I must say my experience was awesome, everyone was so nice especially Jake the salesman and Cierra .. they were quick to respond to the inquiry, very informative about the vehicle. The salesman was young and lied to me about how he wouldn't even make a commission on the sale, he's just my friend and wants to help me, etc., etc., etc. He appears to be a nice young man but is sleazy and insulting. I'm old enough to be his grandmother and he treated me as if I'm stupid. I told him I would be back to see the car on Tuesday. When I called on Monday since I was able to go back to see the car earler, it had already been sold. I saw Tyler on Saturday, just as they were closing. I called back on Monday morning and the car was gone. They're closed on Sunday. I didn't even get a courtesy call to tell me it had been sold, which would've been an opportunity for the dealership to get me in for another visit. I will never again go to Baldwin Motors. I've been car shopping for nearly 6 weeks, and this was my worst experience. Because of Tyler's and his manager's behavior, I will never go back there.

There reply communication (emails) after my initial inquiry were good, but seemed like robo-replys. Took my awhile to get someone who could answer my questions, but once that connection was made it went fine...except it sold before I could buy it! Darn it. Looked like a great car.

Superb. Despite my hectic schedule of making appointments and cancelling, Tyler met with me on short notice. Patiently let me inspect the car and answered questions. Test drove the car I was interested the same day. Recommend!

My experience was smooth, my salesman Chris is a stand up guy, he was there to help me through out my buying process, everyone in the dealership was very nice I was not pressured into buying a car, never received anything calls trying to sell a car! Go visit them !

Very poor salesmanship , seemed like bait and switch, I was quoted one price for a 10+ year old Subaru , and it was what you'd expect for that age. I was willing to pay the asked for , listed on-line , price. Cash. I needed a car asap. The price was suddenly ( after an hour of wasting my time and being flaky in general ) UPPED $1500.00!!!!!! , someone explained that the listing was misunderstood by the on-line sales-woman , it was a mistake I had to deal with if I wanted to purchase the car. I got up and told them I was tired and going home. It was "blame it on the old guy " tactics at this dealership. I looked elsewhere on the Northshore for a car and found a used car in great condition , sold to me at the price QUOTED on-line. If I could subtract star rating I would. This was a bad experience and I'd never try this dealership again.
