I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

Took long to respond. They do not all cars to be shipped. They
also require you to drive the car off the lot the same day as
your purchase. I live two hours away and was not able to
secure a way to take the car home the same day so I had to
pass on the car. Very restrictive company policy making
internet or out of area purchasing very difficult.

Played games, could not test drive car due to inspection for safety. First day it was available to test drive the car was already sold.

Wonderful and my sale associate Macy was excellent
Horrible.. spoke to sales ( and won’t name the guy), agreed on full cash price, scheduled an appointment and 45 minutes before I received a call that car was sold. Had a baby sitter coming to stay with kids, and ended up without the car we really wanted. Excuse - there are 10 other sales people here and one of them sold it. Aren’t you suppose to let your manager know that someone is coming for an appoint? Wasted my time and our hopes and excitement to get the car we really wanted. Will not recommend.

I believe that the finance person could have been a little. more forth coming in his sales pitch. As I re-read my papers, It looks like I could have chosen a 2 or 3 year tire plan ,as oppose to a 5 year plan ,which would have allow me yo get the maintenance plan. I guess it's up to the buyer to determine the available options??
Mr Downing was a great sales petson. No pressure. I rate him as a 10.

Did not disclose car was a buy back (Lemon Law) until I requestrd the Carfax, which they did end up sending over. Salesperson had a "deal or no deal" attitude. Purchased elsewhere.
