What a professional experience. First, they stayed late so I could test drive the car (I live over two hours away) and didn’t pressure me to buy it. Hsu Smith answered all my questions and made my decision to purchase the car easy. The team there were patient with me as I had some snags on my end and also made the financing easy and fast. Very satisfied.

Overall a good experience. They high pressure sell the extra warranty and Audicare so be aware of that going in and know what you really want for warranty, especially on a certified pre owned

Did get a timely reply, but overall the sales person seemed very disinterested in assisting me. Heard excuses like the manger to appraise my car wasn’t in yet. Or the sales office being busy. They either sold it before I could see it or just said that to get rid of me.

I saw their listing and should up unannounced, the salesperson was very helpful and got the car quickly for a test drive, I loved the car, but I was in a time crunch to have a car on the road, unfortunately the title was not available in time for me to close the deal, they tried their best to help but I ran out of time. I would return to them again.

This dealership is terrible. They did not help me with info or starting purchase of car, when I live 700mi away didn't give me any assistance as if they did not want to sell it to me sales staff sucked, all the way up to management, didn't return calls, then sold the car from up under me! I wouldn't buy a car from this dealership if it was the last on on earth at this point. THEY GIVE NEW HAMPSHIRE A BAD NAME! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE IN THIS STATE!

I am very happy with my new vehicle, but the process was not without some challenges:
1. They promoted a social distance friendly purchase. When we showed up, No one had masks on. The sales
person then thought he was being helpful giving us a tour of the car, touching every part of the inside. When we
asked for a disinfectant wipe, his response was "I have never heard of that". When we came back from our test
drive, they suddenly all "found masks" and the finance person had one on that did not cover her nose. We felt like
they were "making fun" of us because we were taking the pandemic seriously.
2. I experienced "mansplaining" when I asked for their best price. I was told that the car was already discounted
$14k. I countered that it was a 2018 model and that no one cares how much the dealer bought the car for and its
all about market value and comparable sales.
3, They stated that if an independant mechanic found issues with the car after purchase, they would not help or
fix it.

The sales manager was great to work with. They gave me a price lower than I asked. I bought a certified preowned bmw 328d xdrive and have been very happy with it. The sales person was a bit new and didn't know all the answers to my questions but followed up and was on top of it overall to get my car ready. They even repaired minor dents in the car before I picked it up. They made buying the car painless and definitely get the new world of online car buying compaired to most of the other BMW dealerships in New England.

The only draw back is that an outstanding recall is holding up

We put in a request to set up an appointment on Thursday and
said we would be there that weekend. We were interested in a
specific car and inquired on it's availability. The Sales Manager
called and left us a message the Friday
before at 6:00p (when they close) stating they were looking
forward to seeing us in the morning and they had pulled the car
out. When we arrived, the vehicle was sold. No call, no apology
just a "let me show you what else we have." Is a call so much
to ask? We found a car we liked while working with our sales
associate. She was great and this review
is not a reflect on her. As we were going back on pricing came
out to try to sell us the car as they typically
do. He was extremely condescending and rude during our
interaction. Once he felt like we were not going to get a deal
together he rudely walked away without a handshake or
closure. I discussed how we felt with Susan. On our way out we
witnessed the sales manager screaming at the sales associate
saying he was not
disrespectful. He was extremely unprofessional and when I
mentioned he should not yell at his associates he proceeded to
get defensive and proceeded to stand up. If he was my
employee and I witnessed such behavior he would certainly
been spoken to.and were treated respectful and
they were appreciative of our business.Think twice before you
shop here. The space
is beautiful but clearly the management team does not
appreciate their employees or believe in truly providing an
exceptional client experience.

Had a great, hassle free experience at this dealership. Contacted them
about a car I was interested in and made the 5hr trip to come check it
out. I directly worked with Susan who contacted me periodically
throughout my trip regarding the status of the car and held the car for me
without deposit. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was ready for
me to test drive and all questions were answered thoroughly by Susan
and Mike. The price and condition were as advertised, and asking price
was reasonable, so purchasing and paperwork was a breeze. I really

Got an immediate automated response followed by a personal email later during the day. Internet Division couldn't provide any specific data on the car I inquired. Granted, I was calling on a preowned Mercedes and this is a BMW Dealership but anyone in this line of sales should know already or know how to acquire what major option groups are installed on their fleet.
In summary, dealership does not keep a well organized or trained staff with respect to their internet sales division.

Received a quick response from my online inquiry and was able to
see the car a few hours later. Online experience was good however
person responding was not at the dealership and did not have much
more information about the car than I could find on line. The dealer
experience was also good. Salesman, Robert, was very friendly and
helpful. Finance office was not well organized. Since I was buying
out of state I had to register the car myself, which is not a big deal.
The problem was that the finance person did not complete the title
application completely and did not have a check waiting for me when
I came to pick up the car. Both issues were resolved timely but
should not have been an issue in the first place. All in all I felt I got a
very good deal and everything worked out well. I would not hesitate
to visit this dealer again for my next car.

Worst and worst dealership ever. Customer service was horrible! Got the
paper work signed, but didn't delivered the car on time. I had to void!
Every single one, include the general manager didn't pay any respect,
professional, and care to the customer. I returned the loaner car for them,
and they told me to find my own ride home, so i have to rented my own car
from enterprise.
What a horrible and nightmare first time experience in my life.
Never got treat like that way before. My first car was a used honda that i
bought from Honda Autofair Manchester, they treated their customer like
king and queen. Not like this BMW Stratham Dealership.
