I called the dealership after no response to my inquiry. They indicated that they had not received the original message. Very helpful once contacted via phone. Prompt attention to inquiry with details provided and questions answered. Purchased vehicle with 8,503 miles. As a courtesy, it was delivered to me on the night of purchase. This was an awesome convenience as the distance to the dealership is greater than 200 miles. Very satisfied thus far. Would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

So I drove over three hours to look at a car that I saw on Cargurus. Before arrival I call to confirm the address. 3 minutes later someone from the dealer called asking to speak to my mom who supposedly called inquiring about a new BMW per the salesperson. (Strike 1 he lied). So I proceeded on to the lot and upon arrival I walked around for about 10 minutes before a salesman even acknowledged my presence. Told him my reason for being there he went got the key to the car and unlocked it. I sat in it and looked. So I say, I'd like to test drive. He tells me that he'd have to run my credit before letting me test drive to make sure that I can buy because he didn't want to waste his time or put miles on his car because it's a BMW and it's not cheap. Look dude I've driven BMW for the past 15 years and I don't need you to run my credit to see if I can buy! I PAY CASH!! I guess I didn't look like I could buy because I had on distressed jeans and polo boots!

Contacted them just to let them know there was an error in their posting. Would not stop contacting me after unsubscribing multiple times. Refused to stop contacting me to this day.

called me saying they had someone test driving the car and several others waiting to see it..told them i was busy for a day or 2... then called a few days later wanting to sell the car.. i told them i did not want it if that many people had passed on it there must be something wrong...
