Our name is now BMW of Doylestown. Rest assured we are still Thompson family-owned and operated. After our founder Jack Thompson passed away, our team has been working with BMW for the transfer of ownership to his children. To comply with current BMW corporate brand standards, which require the dealership to reflect its geographical location, our dealership is now BMW of Doylestown. While our name has changed, our commitment to providing exceptional service remains steadfast. Had a very good experience overall with this dealership, John O’Toole reached out very quickly when I inquired about the vehicle. he answered all my questions and followed up with financing options so that I could proceed with making a decision. I went to the dealership on Saturday, November 1, he was there to greet me for a test drive, and had arrangements to go over financing right away. Overall excellent service and experience.

Just like many dealerships, they advertise one price, but when you show up, it’s $11,000 more. Total scam. Don’t waste your time—unless you’re ready to pay for a bunch of unnecessary add-ons the dealer forces on you

Bad communication, pre-approved with bank, no urgency in getting back to me on offers, no negotiations, low ball offers on trades, purchased better car with better rates. If not a BMW, DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE! If you’re not buying under their terms, they will ignore you! Just imagine if you had any issues with your purchase, IGNORED!

Yes the dealer made contact with me 1 initial time. The 2d time I was shown A Volvo S90 Verdi’s the Volvo XC90. I assume that they had gotten the 2 vehicles mixed up.

We had a confirmed scheduled appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. The day of the appointment I received a text stating I needed to move my appointment up because he was showing the vehicle to two other clients. I felt this was a bit “shady” and an attempt to get a higher price. Needless to say I went to another dealer.

Sales guys are supposed to be engaging and act like they aren't actually trying to rip you be off but this guy just asked how much money and then asked my wife questions in a whisper so I couldn't hear what he was saying. I didn't feel welcomed here.... AVOID at all cost.
