I drove 90 miles to see BMW that was advertised as automatic transmission. When I arrived I noticed car was manual transmission. Salesman did not know how to operate elements of car. I was offered no apologies for driving 190 miles for nothing. Very poorly run dealership.

This dealership completely wasted my time.
I personally confirmed that the vehicle was available before driving there. I was clearly told the car was in stock and ready. Based on that, I spent over three hours of my day off to come see it.
When I arrived, they casually told me the car had already been sold.
This is extremely unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers’ time. If the vehicle was pending or already sold, they should have been honest instead of giving false information just to get me through the door.
Three hours of my time were wasted because of their poor communication and lack of transparency. I would not recommend doing business here if you value your time.

An absolute pleasure working with the BMW of Columbia dealership.
I drove almost 3 hours to the dealership to purchase my new car.
The sales person(David) had EVERYTHING lined up and ready for me.
All my questions were answered and there were NO additional last-minute fees or surprises!
My 2024 Acura RDX was in perfect condition.
I would and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Called us a Friday night told us car was available.
We drove 2 hrs to get there. We were 25 miles
away and was told the car was sold the night
before AFTER the sales person told i

models. Said it was due to human error. But if so
how was it there at 9:30 pm after the lot closed
and so.d by 10:00 am the next morning. We were
upset we drove that far, and THE DEALERSHIP

Great experience, very helpful and completely understood my concerns with this car being
that history shows 6 owners which to me is a red light. Also my bigger concern is that the
seats at this level of a car do not have an adjustable lumbar support.

I contacted them about this Q8. Informed them the car didn't have the options they were advertising. About a $10,000 difference in options. They verified I was right which meant I wasn't interested. They also thanked me and said they would change the add. Instead, they lowered the price but left the details the same showing the car has expensive options it does not have.

I made contact on a Thursday. Finalized info on Friday. Sent my trade info and pictures. Made sure the car I was interested in buying was on the lot because I was driving about 2 hours on Saturday to buy the car. They made an appointment for 11 am and I confirmed. Arrived 11 sharp and he salesperson I was supposed to see wasn’t there. The car I was there to buy wasn’t there. They lied to me initially saying the salesperson had stepped out. The car had been taken home accidentally, but would be there in 30 minutes. I told them to go ahead and look at the trade and thirty minutes was ok. 30 minutes later there was no car. I asked where is the car and then I was told another salesperson was about to go pick up the car. I asked how long would it take and he told me 45 minutes. At that point I had been here an hour so I asked for the fob to my car and left. I emailed the GM and he blew it off. Mistakes happen but there is no excuse for lying about it to your face.

They donot honor appts. I was 1st to call about this listing, spoke to 3 people presumed to be at dealership, come to find out 2 were in Texas and a service advisor even called me personally to let me know he moved it to the front of the line to go thru service inspection so that I could test drive it. I spoke to a rep last time at 5:30 evening before our appt the next morning. He said he didn’t know if it would be out of service to 6pm. I called the next morning right before appt at about 8:30am. Come to find out they sold to a colonel at 6:30pm evening before. The vehicle was sold from underneath us. Not even an opportunity to purchase by phone or a phone call of any kind. No way to do business. I spoke to the GM who of course was apologetic but affirmed that this is how they do business, they donot hold cars. I explained that a courtesy call would have been nice and that I would have purchased via phone. Every indication I had was that vehivle was still going they service.

I called this dealer right when a 440 convertible appeared on car gurus. The sales manager was responsive, sent me photos immediately, and offered me a very fair price. We test drove it 1-2 days later and bought it at the price he offered over the phone (even though it was a good bit lower than the asking price). No haggling. No issues. Highly recommend.

We called to buy this car , they said they had it and someone would get back to us. My partner called seperately. They told us both the car was available. No one ever called
back for either of us to buy it. Told them I was paying cash. Called the next day , same thing. 2 mornings later the same car is marked down another $500 on Car Gurus. Now
it is already $1200 under market. We both call again they say yes they have the car and come on in to look at it. Issue is its a 3 hour drive. I wanted contract and told them I
would give them $1000 deposit. Again they say someone will call back. No one does. Call that night and opps car is gone. Obviously they were playing games using this car

The worst ever. I called BMW and told them I was interested in the car and that I was 1:20 minutes away. Had them send over the buyers order to my bank which approved. Remember i called them so they didn’t have to do anything but take a check. I was already financed. Got to the dealer and the car was still dirty. Asked me to pick up the check in my car but wanted someone to ride with me. This is already my car before I arrived. Why did I have to a white man ride with to pick up a check the was made out to BMW. Got back to the dealership and spent 4 hours in the dealership and they didn’t have to finance me. I was in my bank for 36 minutes signing papers. Lawrence the salesman never showed me how to work anything in the car and they only had one key for me. I spent 23,000 on a car with one key? Yes! Lied and told me my key will be to me in 3 days. No key yet!. Today is the 14th and I still don’t have a key. RACIST COLUMBIA. other BMW’s I went to treated me like the car I purchased!

I was scheduled for an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in, and was followed up to confirm that appointment as well. I was informed by the initial appointment setter that I would be called back if the vehicle was sold so as to save myself the trip. Once I arrived for the appointment, I was advised to wait, and later learned the vehicle had already been sold.

I inquired about this vehicle the day it was listed. The dealership didn’t return phone calls and appeared disinterested in working with us. Four days later, the dealership finally exchanged good information and once I was ready to make an offer, I was told the car was sold. I felt like their approach was extraordinarily unprofessional.

They told me that if I financed, then the car would be $58,777, but if I bought
or leased, then the price would be different. I asked how much the lease
would be, and they told me.... $950 a month!!! Or over $63K if I paid for it out
of my pocket. When I pointed out to them that they advertised a completely
different price, they told me "Everybody does that".

In many cases depending on the mileage of the vehicle courtesy vehicles qualify for special financing rates.

I was contacted in a timely manner and referred to the manager. The manager sent a nice video introducing himself and told me he would send a video of a walk around of the vehicle once it was cleaned up. I never received the video and was later told that the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. However, I continued to receive email updates about price changes for the same vehicle through Car Gurus for the next 4 days. Might be a good idea to update sales so as not to waste people’s time.
