I highly recommend their team if you’re looking for a vehicle! I actually ended up purchasing this car! They were very helpful with the credit application and with getting me all info I needed to make sure the process went smooth. They even gave me a ride from Richmond to the dealership so I was able to drive the car home. Overall, I give them a 10 out of 10!
Corresponded back and forth w initial flow rep who replied after I expressed interest through the CG link. Emailed her I would like to buy the car and she went ghost. Waited, left vm, emailed again and diff sales manager responds to reps email and stated she would forward over to financing, asked for my schedule so they can have a good time to contact me. Noone ever contacts me. Called dealership, lady that answers the phone ask have I been in contact w anybody about the car, I give her their names and she says oh they're in corporate and I'll transfer u over. Talk to sales guy for a couple days trying to buy the car then he stops responding, I leave vm. Following wk he emails "sorry another sales guy sold the vehicle to someone." The car is relisted days later and I get a vm asking if I'm still interested. I call back stated I will still buy -1000, he puts me on hold to check comes back and says sorry car sold. Car is now relisted on CG at another dealership diff state +2500 miles.

Great communication.
I had financing all lined and they knew this from capital one We were corresponding for a few days They ran my credit and verified everything but Wouldn’t take my deposit on car to hold it. Manager even said I was his strongest prospect. Still wouldn’t take the deposit of 1000 to hold the car. By the time they did decide to take my deposit I was congratulated by sales manger on the phone on my purchase. Twenty minutes after that call I was called back by a salesmen who said the sold the car to someone else. I couldn’t believe it. I know the car game is shady, but this is sad.

great Experience. Staff very responsive. The enternet sales manager Todd W. Was great. The whole process went smoothly. I drove 4 1/2 hours to the dealership. There was no time wasted once I walked in the door.

loaner car with 2200 miles on it. I asked for a new car, not a service loaner
and they complied.

I advised that there was a conflict in the description... one part of the ad
suggested it was automatic, another said standard. They quickly cleared that
up and offered to set a test drive. I am in New England so that is not
something that can be scheduled overnight. Bottom line... very responsive
and provided the information I wanted... including a CARFax.

This dealer (sales and service) department really aren't customer friendly. The sales department isn't eager to make meaning full deals to satisfy prior customers. As soon as you buy a car and take if off the lot they are no longer concerned with you as a customer. God forbid if you want to trade up to a newer car, they routinely low ball the value of your car even if you purchased it within the last 6 months. I can no longer recommend them to any of my associates as a place to purchase or service your BMW.
