I made an appointment. I drove three hours to come see the car when I got there. The sales person let me take out a test drive told me to take my time. Take it on the freeway get used to it. See if I really wanted it. 20 minutes into my test drive. He calls me and tells me he took a deposit on the car and it’s no longer available that I needed to bring it back. I wasn’t even given first choice just told that it was sold and there’s nothing I can do about it. I wasted a whole day to come see it for no reason.

Maverick was very open to discussing in the car.
I had very bad experience with this dealership. They sold me the car has no one scrow in the pumper and they hold it with zip ties, the compressor was bent underneath the bumper and leaking air, theu put a glowto stop it. YOU MUST GET A MECHANIC WITH YOU BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Our inventory passed safety and smog, brake and tires are over 30%, unfortunately they are not new since it is a used unit w/ over 150k miles on it. However, we do have newer vehicles on sale if you are interested in newer units.

Gave a 3 because while the sales rep was nice enough, the condition of the car did not match what i was told. Not a good sign when what the dealer tells you doesn't match what your eyes see. A clean title should mean no signs of impact but this cleared was rear ended. Also, not a fan of up-charging on the price of the car by almost 2k on paper when the add said different. I understand they want to make money, but when the price jumps that much, I get a dirty feeling.

Sales agent had no knowledge of vehicle, not even where to check for transmission fluid. Poor service, vehicle
was nice but you could smell burning oil after the drive. Sales person blamed the use of brakes for the smell.
We left. Do not recommend this dealer.

I asked him specifically not to run credit checks in
certain companies and they ran excessive credit
checks when I was already preapproved in fact
six. Itâs lowered my credit score by 12 points
before it even seen the car and Iâm very
disappointed and now I have to stop looking and

Took a couple days for someone to respond to my inquiries, but once someone did reach out it was a good experience. Pretty straight forward individuals here and went an extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the car and the deal. They allowed me to have multiple test drives for my mechanic to fully inspect and clear the vehicle. I spoke with Manny and Maverick and they were great.

they ran my credit check said I was approved $2,500 down I drove all the way to the dealership just to tell me I need more co-signers what a big waste of time

Wasn't given the opportunity to prequalify for a loan before arrival. Drove over 50 miles to find out company was unwilling to work with my trade-in and request over half the cost of the car (6k) in cash down to work with me instead of deferring costs to a new auto loan. Very disappointed.

about the price of the vehicle, the price went UP. So taxes and registration are NOT included in the sticker/sales price of vehicles off a dealers

I'm sorry you were not aware that vehicle price does not include fees. Just as a F.Y.I fees are not included because no one could know what the buyers tax rate will be until knowing where the car will be registered. Example: Why would someone pay 9.75% vs 7.75%? Also there are perks to private party however there are costs customers don't understand that might cost them much more money than the savings being calculated like for example: Ordering the vehicle history report (cost $40) that are free to customers at our dealership and a Safety Inspection report that most private party buyers don'

Very glad.deal did not go through with this unethical dealership. Tried to
sell me a car without a title on the one hand and told me they sold the car
to someone else already when I had paid deposit to hold the car for 7
days. They never gave me a buyers agreement when they promised that
and presentation of the title to my lender the next day. When they realized
they can't produce the title, they blamed it on my lender for requiring it in
delaying the deal and thus justified their selling the car to someone else
without warning. In truth, they had trouble getting the title from reseller
and walked. Stay away from Yolanda who was deceitful and played
games throughout my worst buying experience ever.

They deal in mostly European cars. They focus on the mechanical side of the car which is good but sometimes the look of the car could be better. Ended up buying a BMW 750Li from them and it was a good experience. I wasn't an easy sale but they got my payment to what i was asking. Over good experience. Give them a call and ask for Maverick.

Replies lightning speed
This was a very bad experience the cars look much better in pictures. A lot of them have minor interior defects and the way they handle business is unprofessional. I was suppose to talk to Jason or Maverick but ended up dealing with Jay who had to keep running back and forth inside with every question i had.I was gonna see if they would finance me but i changed my mind because they was so slow and decided to pay cash. I was ready to purchase vehicle I had 7 k with me. But i decided not to purchase a vehicle with them it was a waste of time i wouldnt recommend no one here. They are not professional.

I sent off my inquiry on this car via CarGurus with some specific questions and requests (like the carfax report, ability to assist with shipping, transportation from nearest airport, etc.), and the only thing I got was an enthusiastic voice mail from a salesman stating his desire to talk with me. While I didn't call back, I would prefer that my requests would have been answered in the same manner they were presented - I don't really want to get into a long winded telephone conversation with a salesman.

problems getting the roof to work. Maverick and Jason were great
