I asked them to send me more pictures of the envoy I was looking at. and they did not send me any they kept sending me stuff on other envoys and blew me off about the one i was interested in. Ten different salesman called and still no pictures of the envoy i was interested in.

Overall it was good but they are slow to get my car registered in Maine. I have a temporary tag from New Jersey and I messaged them to transfer the registration from NJ to Maine but it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for the paperwork.

5 diffrent sales people contacted me. I talked with Antone twice and he acted like he never talked to me before. Iy took 5 days to see my progress for financial. I had to call them multiple times. It took me a year to build my credit it dinged me 17 points. I was pre-approved which means absolutely nothing

Spent 5 hours driving there and back to see a car that was not the same car they advertised, or offered at the advertised price. They advertised an all-wheel drive long-range car for $26.5k. The car that they had was a single motor not all wheel drive, and worse, after a $900 paperwork fee The actual out the door price for the car was $29,000. Absolute waste of an entire day and a complete bait and switch. sales manager Rafael was nice but told me he "didn't control marketing department or the content of the ads on Car Gurus". Excepted no responsibility for the ad which advertised the wrong car at the wrong price. Didn't offer to compensate me for 5 hours worth of time or gas to see the wrong car. Do not waste your time with this criminal dealership.

I drove over an hour and a half away from NY. I called beforehand to make sure the price listed is the price out the door and there wasn’t going to be any fee, they said of course. I also asked if paying all cash the price is negotiable, again they said yes. I get there and the lot is so crowded, the sales kid actually reversed the car into the car behind it. Then I discovered it needed all 4 tires because they are from 2015 and super dry rotted. He says “it’s a used car it’s normal”. Then, they weren’t able to negotiate the asking price of $7495 at all, even though I brought all cash, and they added on a $900 document fee. Even though I’m from out of state and will be doing the inspection and registration myself in my own state. So now the price is $8400 out the door, and they would not move on the price at all. I wouldn’t waste your time here, the sales kid and manager was nice but the cars all seemed neglected and they lied about not adding fees and were not negotiable.

Contacted the dealer about traveling to buy this car. They could not give me a straight answer on the cash price. 2-3 different “reps” interjected my email Thread stating different things. Seems like a bunch of unorganized kids not motivated to sell anything. If this is how they handle prospecting I can’t imagine the rest of their operation being dependable.

I went to the dealer with 90% readiness to purchase a specific vehicle from them on the spot. When I sat down with them, that’s when all of the games began. They added $9,000. the cost of the advertised vehicle price stating that it was dealer fees and so they could make some money. And if I chose to finance outside of their banks, it would add on another $1,000. On to my cost. Not happy with the bait and switch. My brother owns a dealership and almost called them to complain about this.

Deepak and his team did such an awesome job. I had such a great experience with my partner buying a Model S from him. I worked with over 45 dealers prior to this experience and they were mostly terrible experiences. There were no added fees at budget auto and the pricing was excellent and transparent. Thanks Deepak! Disappointing!! The car listed was not available for me to see I walked through a long lot to see a similar car that was older with more miles and with a lot of wear and tear . The car was not ready for a test drive I lifted the back seat center console where you place your cups amd the entire thing acme out in my hand. I spent 2 minutes in that car and I ran from that dealership. The same day I went to another dealership bought my car - same car - the car looked as advertised and the dealership was more personable

We called to inquire about a Ford Expedition to ask if it had the third row still in it as the pictures were unclear if it did or not. The salesman assured us that the Expedition did have the third row in it. With that information I asked the Salesman what his schedule the next week. The salesman told me that he was there all 6 days that the dealership is open and all day. He even commented about how his wife hates how much he works. Then, the following Monday, I called to make sure the Expedition was still there and and ask if the salesman was at the dealership. The salesman's response was that the car is still there and that he was at the dealership, so we left to go see him and the Expedition. After we drove 2 hours to check out the car it turned out that everything that he said over the phone was a lie. The third row was not in the vehicle, and the salesman who said he was there at the dealership turned out to be working remotely. It was all lies. The sales manager was rude too!

Vehicle was misrepresented over the phone when asked specific questions. Brandon the person we spoke with on the phone said specifically that he would be at the dealership to handle our potential sale. Once arriving Brandon was not at the dealership and only works remotely per the manager who didn't bother to tell us his name. We drove quite a ways to see the car we thought we wanted to purchase and when it wasn't as they said it was over the phone tried to sell us "any other 3rd row cars". Clearly they are pulling the bait and switch with people and cars so that they can get you on the lot. I would say do your homework, but even if you ask them to their face in front of you they won't tell you the truth. Buy a car somewhere else. Definitely not from here.

Spoke a lady on my first contact...sbe said that she would have to give me to the finance Mgr his name was Chad then Chad told me that he wanted to secure financing for me and if he could get me the payment that I wanted would I buy the car from him in stead of using my credit union. I agreeed and said he would lower the price of the car when I was sitting in front of him. Then I spoke with Hani and said that he was Chad's boss and he added 1900 to the price of the car as some processing fee... which was never mentioned and brought the car from 21900 to 24900 and this seems to be a common practice with this dealership.. then he agreed to drop that charge and told me he would mark the cat sold after I sent him My down-payment of 2k.. I send him the authorization to take the money and this othe guy said that he was Hani boss and that I need add this car that I have not seen or driven to my insurance policy and send him proof that I have done this. I have never had this many problems

Everything started off well but their prices are too good to be true. They add $1995 to the price of every car on the deal sheet as "accessories." What they claim it to be is their "inspection and detailing" fee. Of course it doesn't get mentioned up front, only when they try to sneak it in. Had the potential to be a good deal up until that point.

Bad experience. Changed the price on me several times. Customer service and sales people were rude. They gave me a price for a specific car (Jaguar XJr 2009) 2 days lather they gave me a different price and wouldnt honor the original price. I complained and the sales guy replied "We will sell this car in one day anyways"

this dealer contacted me and scheduled an appointment for me, I was very disappointed when I got to this dealership, i was told by a woman who said she was the manager that the would be cleaned and sanitized for me to test drive the vehicle when I got there. the car was filthy, parked somewhere in the back of the building. had scratches on the body that were not present in the online photos. sales man told me to remember its a used car, and how I should understand how busy they were that day. then told he needed to run my credit before I would be able to drive the vehicle. I told him he must be crazy. I walked. some of these dealers act like you need them more than they need you/us the customers. I'm giving them one star because they wasted my time and my money.

Waste of time. Vehicles o n the site aren't even there. Talked to woman on the phone and set up appointment for car, then pulled up outside the next day after taking a day off, and come to find out, the car isn't there . " Actually the previous owner still has it as a loner.." is what I was told .

One of the most unprofessional unorganized secondary car dealers I have ever been to that need to really check their cars before they sell or advertise them and not charge people the inspection fee when the cars. I drive with hand controls and can’t really test drive cars 12/16/2020 I traded my Maserati in for a BMW that was a piece of junk since the day I got it. Prior to purchase the vehicle was in an accident which was traded to them from Canada and not one of the safety features worked, on top of everything the car is still being fixed longer than I had it till this day. The finance manager Jon nor the general manager Mike nor the general manager Vlad nor BORIS FIDELMAN The owner wants to help i wish I I could wake up from this bad dream.

Exactly what the last review said ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR THE SERVICE IS SO BAD IF YOU HERE IF YOU REACH OUT TO ME I WILL PERSONALLY MAKE SURE YOU GO TO A BETTER DEALER. Talked to Brandon for about a week confirming that everything would be done in one shot. Even the morning of a call was received to confirm my arrival time and that the car would be sanitized prior to my arrival. I arrive, Brandon was not there and had told me to check in with Tony. First words that come out of Tony’s mouth is “Dude I just sold that car literally this morning”. Moral of the story DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP

A huge waste of time and money. I spoke with them for over a week prior to coming. They knew all of my information and amount I could afford yet even up to the morning of my arrival they texted and emailed to confirm my visit. After 2 hrs of traveling plus expenses the vehicle was in their body shop. Then they attempted to sway me into another vehicle with double the amount down they originally agreed to and at a 22% interest rate. So a vehicle priced at $17,900 would be $41,000 over 72 months with a $600 monthly payment. If my math is correct. After wasting time and money, nobody offered to reimburse me or even a ride back to the train station. They tried to convince me that I didn't have enough credit which is true but they were aware of this for 2 weeks. I'm still without a vehicle and 4 hard inquiries on my credit thanks to them.

Very sketchy situation. Claim they bought the car from Land Rover direct for corporate use only has 432 miles on it never titled and would be sold as new. But they are not a Landrover dealer. And didn’t have the original sticker for vehicle. Very odd something definitely off here.

At first contact the price went up $500. At second contact,I was told the manager will call me back to conduct business with me. No call back after 2 weeks I called back. At final contact the manager told me if I do not want to finance through them; he would have to charge me a higher price for the car because I wanted to pay cash. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous! Who pays more for a car because you don't want to finance? I used the consumer power that I have; and made my purchase elsewhere. If the dealer had been honest, in advertising that the price of the vehicle was only if you financed with the dealer; I would have never even contacted them.

The worst. Obnoxious people. The manager of all the managers (Vlad?) was a jerk. I came with money in hand, a approved loan, and a appointment. Drove two hours to be asked if I wanted to buy or test drive. They should know not to push a serious buyer. Total JERKS

I went to test drive a few cars I found on their website. when I got there they treated me very nice. they went out of their way make me feel at home. they have a large supply of all types of cars. just an aweful experience. they did not have the car that I wanted to see per my reservation. they said they would get it in 5 minutes. it took no less than 45 minutes. they tried to block me from walking out. i asked specifically about the price and extra charges twice prior to driving up to meet them. after my test drive they came back with a price that included $1600 in extras.........i.e. the price they posted was nowhere near the price they gave me. finally, no fewer than four people from this dealership contacted me....just ridiculous.

Contacted me numerous times but never answered my question. I asked them what their best price was and they kept telling me to come in for a test drive. Their website prompted me to click here for best internet price. I never got that price. I live far away and if I could start any kind of negotiation it would be helpful.

Worst dealer I’ve ever seen. I told them that I’m far away and they insisted me to have a visit. After I drove an hour to get there nobody expected me to come and the car is not even arrived at the dealer. THEY Didn’t even know what they were doing. Not a honest dealership!

We met him and we offer cash, but they changed price to $57,900 instead of $52,000, and we were shocked that it changed the price that was previously announced in CarGurus and stated that the price is for banks and not for cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They wanted to charge me 2000 for detailing, when add states it was detailed with no additional charge, plus they wanted to overcharge me for NYstate tax. So for this 9495 car, I could have it for 14,000. No wonder this car hasn't sold. What hidden fees equal such a difference between advertised price vs selling price.

Very happy with my purchase. Roman was very professional. No hidden fees. Car needed front brakes and tires, to my surprise they replaced break pads and rotors in front and back. When I came to pick the car, the car was perfectly clean inside and out.

So, yesterday i saw on www.cargurus.com that car and that's had price 12495$,than i was contacted Bm Motor Cars company and we made agreement about price and meeting time,next day when i went to BM motor cars company,i was spoke the girl who's name Cynthia she is great but managers I would say he is bad and stupid coz he grow up price for that car 13995$,when i ask why he doing like tha,he said we changed the price but he didn't explain why just growing that's it!! So They are liars!!!!!!

I was looking for a specific vehicle and I was told it was there. When I looked on their website I noticed that the vehicle I was interested in was not listed. I asked the salesperson if the vehicle was still available and he said yes ti was still available. I then stopped by there to take it for a test drive and that car found out that the car had been sold a while ago. They are not up front in their communication.

I was in contact with this dealership for 5 days before coming to visit to test drive the car, which means they had many opportunities to clear up a huge falsehood in the listing. I travelled 75 minutes to the dealership only to learn the car for sale was manual, not automatic as listed. This only became clear after I waited on site for 20 minutes for them to bring the car to the office to start the test drive. They were barely apologetic. When I followed up later to ask a clarifying question, they didn’t bother responding.

They were willing to work out a deal. However when I got there, there was garbage in the bed of the truck and under the hood. There was a electrical problem with the car so the camera wasn’t working nor he power locks. The truck was advertised online as automatic but it was stick when I got there. The truck drove well but the presentation was terrible. After all this they still wanted me to start signing papers and I told them to fix the issue and call me and I’ll come back..... still waiting for that car.

Horrible and dishonest. 1) Let me tell you how they get all those five stars rating on google. The salesman asked me to bring google on my phone and he clicked on five stars saying “let me show you how to rate us” and then gave me my phone back. 2) They play games. I made sure the online price is accurate and no hidden dealer fees before I go, however I was hit with $1700 dealer fee. After going back and forth few times he waive this dealer fee as if he is doing you a great favor, however you consumed all your energy in doing that so you don’t want to talk anymore about the car price. 3) I asked clearly about the car history and I got an answer that it has clear history, well he didn’t mention that the car was involved in a major accident twice. I found that out when I ran the car fax. 4) He offer their extended warranty (WASTE OF MONEY) telling you that you can cancel it anytime and get your money back. I cancelled it on the same week and I got my money after 3 months and 6 calls

This Company is unethical, unprofessional and does not disclose to their customers while negotiating the sale price the facts of the history of the car. The car I purchased was originally a Canadian owned car. This was never disclosed to me until the time of signing the loan docs. Totally misrepresented the original MSRP of $190k as if it was US currency. FYI, that’s $150k US. Anyway, they promised to repair the rims , never did, repair the spoiler on the bumper , never did , a second key, nope, trunk safety equipment , nope. I got no where until I disputed with my credit card and wouldn’t you know , the GM, if that’s was who he was, called me within 2 days on a “recorded line” to resolve the dispute. He promised me many of the original agreed on terms or $1,000 refund !! and it’s now a week later and nothing. I’ll stick to my dispute and continue to file complaints against this Company . They are the epitome of a “used car sales person “. Noting but lies. Do not buy from them.

"HORRIBLE, LIARS " THIS REVIEW IS UPDATED NOW #1 SITUATION: I had a horrible experience with this place i bought a used car in here and already my loan with my bank and they were pushing me and trying to force me to run my credit again for some benefits which i never allow them to do that and after i got the agreement with this dealer i talked to my bank and they asked me for the Sale license of this dealer when call the dealer there was a guy who said that hes name was bob and it wasn't hes name is actually Jon, then he called me stupid because i told him to send me the sales license, after that i decided to buy the car anyway because that's the car that i wanted and we were agree that they would fix the push start of the car plus the key and guess what they have been giving me excuses all day long and i have to calling all the time and they transfers me to different people and some times they end the call with out telling me anything they said i called you back and they never do i

I had had a few not-so-pleasant car buying experiences in recent years, so didn’t have very high expectations walking into this dealership either. But this place turned out to be very different, for better. The young salesman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. He stayed with me until every step of the car purchase. The manager is exceptionally professional and kind. His calm demeanour keeps the whole place running like a well-oiled machine. I’ll highly recommend dealership.

The dealership was prompt in its follow up, but the car sold before I could get down to see it (I was trying to coordinate my test drive with a client visit, but unfortunately didn't come to fruition. My only complaint is that I was contacted by several salespeople about my interest in the car. It seemed as if one hand didn't know what the other was doing. And, then an assistant kept calling to schedule a test drive all the time while I was coordinating with the original salesperson who'd called me first.

I made an appointment the same day I saw the vehicle online and purchased it that evening. I normally only purchase vehicles from authorized car dealerships because of the somewhat questionable integrity of the multi brand shops. But I must say this was a painless experience and a rather pleasant one because of the post sales service I received. For example, right after paying for the vehicle I notice some scratches on the front bumper and spoke immediately to the finance manager who arranged for someone to contact me for a repair appointment. Also, within a week it was pointed out to me that one of the front tires had an air bubble Again, I contacted them and they replaced both front tires at no charge. It's because of this customer service I would definitely consider them for future purchases and will recommend them to others. I would've given them 5 stars but they did not fill up the tank as promised. :-(

Pros: - Got the truck I was looking for at a GREAT price! - did get my registration in the nick of time to not get dmv tickets Cons - No negotiation on price, only reducing crazy fees. Have to finance through them to eliminate fees. - Keys. For some reason they don't give you 2nd key. Spent $200 on missing keys for the truck -Missing the passenger side floormat and back seat full of dog hair. - Window tint. Had to pay $140 to remove it for inspection. NJ has no tint and NY has very little. Probably something they should have realized and removed. I got the truck I was looking for at a great price which is what I give them credit for. Unfortunately they could have easily had a 5 star review from me by simply replying to my emails and texts and saying "we looked for the keys and dont have them" instead of completely ignoring my messages. Replying to customers instead of ignoring them goes a long way and can be the difference a repeat customer and a customer who doesnt go back.

They were very professional in contacting me and making sure that I would visit the showroom (so that it could result in a possible sale) but totally kept me in the dark that someone else was also looking into the vehcle. When I reached the showroom in the afternoon (which was our agreed upon time), they told me that the vehicle was sold. Extremely disappointing!!! Wish they had told me in advance that someone else was already signing the papers while I was driving to their showroom. It would have saved my time, and frustration. Someone called me like 10 minutes before I reached there - just to make sure I was making my appointment. They knew someone else was buying that car, but still kept me in dark

I emailed on Tuesday about a truck they had online. Got a phone call Wednesday. Spoke with Craig. Told him I would like to come up Thursday morning to see it. He said he was off but would be back in Friday. I told him that would be fine. Got a call Thursday from Nicole. I told her which vehicle I was interested in and that I was planning on driving up Friday morning to see it. She said it was a new arrival and still hadn’t been detailed but would make sure they got it ready for me. This was by for the worst experience I had looking at a vehicle. I made the salesman well aware that I was traveling over 2 hours to look at this vehicle. I let them know when I would be there and even called as I was on my way there to let them know the time I would be arriving. When I arrived the car was not ready, it was parked in by about seven other cars and took them about an hour and 45 minutes to remove the cars and get the car out so I can take it for a test drive. On top of that there's quite a few things wrong with the car that was not mentioned before. And things like the remote start that was described and listed as the car having did not work.

Horrible dealership, After being constantly harassed by the BM motors car ( they literally called and texted me every half hour including on Sunday’s) communicating back and forth, I made them an offer on a vehicle. Apparently they have a rule that you have to go in person to make an offer? I made my offer serval Times, yet I kept getting the same response. “You need to come in to make an offer, we don’t accept offers via, Email, text or over the phone” Well Newsflash for these people, they’re outta state buyers.. SCAM/ DO NOT SHOP HERE! ALL VETERANS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I went to the dealership right after a shift where I work as a police officer. I was interested in a used Infiniti q60 that was listed at $31,995 (before taxes and fees). When it was time to negotiate pricing, Vladislav, one of the managers, gave me a price of $31,000 after taxes, fees, and my $4,000 trade-in IF I gave him a "PBA card". He kept on insisting and pressuring me to give him a PBA card. After further negotiation we agreed on the price of $31,000 including dealer fees, taxes and trade in. When it was time to start signing papers, the Finance guy Jon quickly rushed through the process and did not explain clearly what I was signing. They will lie straight to your face to make a deal. All the cars come from auctions are are appear to be in good condition, but problems will occur after a few days of driving.

I drove almost 70 miles to test drive a car in this place. called them to confirm the availability of the car 4 times before i went there (two the day before and twice on the same day) and they said they car is available all to find out that the car has been in a dealership getting some major mechanical things fixed. Looked around to see if there is anything else that would interest me but every single car there had one or the other thing broken. One of the car had the entire seat control broken and hanging from the car and when i told this to the manager as a courtesy, his response was "That's why we don't let the customers sit inside the cars because they ruin the cars".. My advice... There are plenty of of good dealerships but this place is not one of them.

Saw the advertisement in car guru and called the number. Some body started chatting. Went to see the car, they did not let me test drive the car. The sales man says first we have to finalize price before test drive. Asked me if I do finance or not, I said I pay cash. The sales man said the car was sold. It is a lie they do not want sell if you do not finance. I have shown to owner me. nor the chat conversation from his company that financing is not a must. He said it was automated computer chat. I drove 2 hours to go to dealer. It is a big scam do not go to this dealer.

Horrible!!! Despite having a appointment and their knowing that I was coming in as a cash buyer and after they pursued me for one month the vehicle I was interested and specifically came to see and hopefully purchase it was nowhere ready for me! It was on a different lot , dirty inside and out and even had a crease in the door that they avoided talking about and they wouldn’t let me try the GPS unless I purchased the vehicle first !! In essence it was a bunch of salesmen in their mid twenties perhaps just running around! This place is totally unprofessional! They even said they didn’t have a salesman by the name that was given me! Stay Away!

Avoid. Classic bait and switch pricing. First off there was no customer parking, the lot was fully jammed with inventory. It took almost 2 hours to even find the car when I went to test drive. When I did find the car it was way in the back of some kind of outbuilding with a bunch of other cars blocking it in. The car was filthy, covered in bird poop, dirt, leaves..... the inside was dirty too. The car had a dead battery, out of gas, and radio was broken. After all this they tell me that the price went up $3000 from the day before because presidents day sale was over, and it was now tax season? I was told that even if I had bought the car the day before, there was still $1400 in fees. What a joke. The salasman I dealt with was great, he worked very hard to sell nothing. If they gave me the money to buy their car, I would not.

Told me there were no additional fees aside from taxes and registration - but then added over $2500 in additional dealer fees that were non-negotiable. Vehicle did not have working headlights (headlights were full of condensation)so I could not even test drive - they offered to change the bulbs if I wanted to come back. Waste of my time.

We thought we saw a good deal that cargurus advertised. We called dealership to confirm the unit is available and has a clean carfax.... When we got there, the front end of the car was smashed and the driver's airbag deployed... there's no question the car fax is bad... wink, wink.... We still thought the deal was still ok if they fixed it right. We agreed to do the deal as long as the unit was safely repaired and road worthy and if they gave us more of a break on the price. One of the "owners" promised to be at least starting at 11k and not original published price of $12795.00... We arrived today Friday the 16th to pick up the car. The unit was not ready. It was still in service. The body work was bad at best. Had over spray everywhere including the rear trunk. And none of the moldings matched up. The airbag at this point was questionable. If in fact they even replaced it. They promised that they would clean it better. So we agree to do the paperwork. When we get to the finance department, not only did the price not go down, but went up $1,200 more. At that point there was no deal. Not even a real reason why even argue with them. This fat man waving his arms told us that there were 40 people online waiting to buy the same unit. I say, buyer beware, these guys are the worst of the worst. Do not do business with these guys. They are a perfect example of why the car business has a bad name. I'm willing to take bets that these guys don't stay in business for more than one more year...

The dealer was located about a hour out so I asked for information like fees and additional costs and they wouldn’t respond with the information. I was at the time working in a location that didn’t allow cell phones so I could only email and they only responded to call them. Don’t buy here! I drove 2 hours to get get there and the car was damaged and dirty. There were no problems listed in the cars summery but there was damage to the front bumber that was I in undamaged in the photo. 3 tires were bald one kinda new, and there inside was dirty. Wast of time.

What a joke! Has a 2015 BMW M3 listed for $37,995 which is way under value. Called, says car is available but not on property. Okay? So when is it going to be there? The gentleman who took care of us was very nice, but when we were discussing the price, all the sudden there was a dealership fee of over $2,000 added on that we were unaware of. I have never paid a dealer fee before when buying a car. They didn't want to negotiate at all and we felt like they didn't really want to sell the car. Will not be returning there.

Terrible dealer, all the bad reviews about hidden fees are right, they said the only fee was a $599 dealer processing fee and all the bad review were from mad people with bad credit lol, after we went through the entire process and agreed on a final price out of nowhere they added $3000 onto the price for a warranty you can't decline that covers nothing. I would be very careful when dealing with this company. For starters, the prices that they list on this website are significantly lower than what you will pay for the car before walking out the door. Read the fine print (it’s literally tiny, and light gray) at the bottom of the listing. It says, “The advertised price will only be honored for 24 hours from when it was first posted.” It also says that “prices are subject to change without notice.” It also says “Price includes all costs to be paid by consumer, except for licensing costs, dealer fees, registration fees, delivery fees,dealer preparation fees, and taxes.“ After I test drove a Jaguar that was listed at $23,999 I was immediately told that on top of that non-negotiable list price, there were $2,390 in dealer fees that I’d have to pay. (That’s a 10% markup, for those counting at home!) I was also told that if I wanted to pay by credit card, there would be an additional 2% charge. So my $24K car was really a $27K car. On top of that, after I test drove the car, steam was coming out from under the hood and there was engine coolant visible on the engine block. They took the car into the service area and came back an hour later to tell me it needed a new water pump. They told me they’d get it fixed in a couple days and drive it to me, as long as I was willing to leave a deposit. Naturally I refused to leave them a deposit and they told me they’d fix it anyway and call me when it was done. I’ll bet you’re as surprised as me that they never called back. And finally, while I was standing around waiting for the Jaguar’s diagnosis I talked to another customer who had purchased a Cadillac ATS the day before and was back in there because the check engine light was on. She said she had been waiting for hours for them to tell her what they thought was up with the car. Beware of this business.

Had appointment at 10 . Got there car was in the back stuck between lots of other cars and it had a flat . They wanted to sell it to me without even a test drive . A very shady dealership . Avoid this dealership at all cost ! They never bothered to have the car ready for me to test drive it had a flat tire and stuck between about fifty other cars all Cramed in. A best mess !

Terrible experience with DM Motors. Selected a car. Contacted dealership and they rang me back, I booked an appointment and they rang and reconfirmed. I asked them to confirm the car was available and had the specs listed. They confirmed. I drove an hour and a half there (and 4 hours back due to Manhattan traffic). I got the the dealership to be shown a completely different car, one without the features I had specifically requested. I showed them the car they had listed and I had reviewed. They then went on to show me other cars, ALL of which had been in some accident, and I had to repeatedly ask them if this car had been in an accident as I'm not interested. 5 cars later and I head back home with nothing. This has happened repeatedly, either I ring dealership and the car is not available (poorly updated listings) or car is not in the condition shown on the photos , or they knowingly list cars that are a 'great deal' only to not produce them and try and put you into a more expensive alternative as the original car isn't available. This is not a one off, of the 4 experiences I've had selecting and trying to test drive a car have all of them have been extremely poor.

I should have believed the review made about this Dealer ship. Drove almost 2hrs to find out the car was "sold this morning". But the funny thing is I called them about 30 min before I got there to make sure it was there and they said they had it. They try to play the switch and bait tactic.

Went to dealer purchased a vehicle, $3,000 hidden fees, very rude after transaction was finalized they showed a different attitude, poor customer service, purchased their extended warranty, car broke down 2 weeks later i had to tow it in 3 times at my cost in 6 months.... for 3 different issues mind you i live an hour and a half away. They didnt care.The warranty company works with them and they both lie to each other. They rig there cars to get you out the door and promise you lies. Run run run i should have read the reviews first worst car buying experience in my whole life. Right now my car has $2200.00 worth of repairs and i am still paying on it. I hope the business gets closed for good.

Dealer used a bait and switch tactic, claiming a computer glitch and changing the asking price of the car to $1000 higher than was advertised, with an obscene amount of money in dealer fees. The dealer got really nasty with us when we confronted him about it. We walked out.

The price stated is misleading. After arriving at the dealer, they added a $2000 dealer acquisition fee, and another $600 documentation fee. I can understand the documentation fee, but the acquisition fee of $2000 not rolled into the purchase price is misleading and borderline deceptive. Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Everything NEGATIVE you read about this dealership is 100% correct (especially adding 2-3 thousand onto the price you see online, and poor salesman like MARK). I went to the dealership and saw a '13 Challenger and the interior was NOT as described. Taking this into account, I negotiated an 'Out the door Price' in person at the dealership, and said I would be back in a week after pricing out the cost of new leather seats that would have to be installed, to see if the price of the car would be worth it in the end. I called again Friday the 19th, and spoke to MARK who would NOT honor the deal I had on Saturday the 13th with another salesman who no longer works there- I asked to speak to the sales manager who I was told approved my 'out the door price' on Saturday the 13th, but MARK refused to give me his name... whoever heard of a scenario where a sales person refused to give the name of the sales manager? I hope management reads this, tries to make things right with me, and deals with MARK. In the meantime I will be telling about my horrible experience to anyone and everyone who will listen in person and through social media. By the way MARK the sales manager's name is Ernie...that took me 5 seconds...shame you just couldn't say that name and save this company a ton of negative press.

I was charged about $2000.00 in fees and they sold me a car with a defective tire. They were very much aware of it and didn't even try to fix it for my safety. They also knew I had a long drive home and my toddler daughter was driving home with me. As much as they charged in fees, I would imagine they would've properly fixed the tire before turning it over to a customer.

Came to see one car and they showed me another that looked the same but had paint damage, more miles and an accident on it. They wanted to charge me 1,000$ more for it then the one that was in mint condition that I originally came to see. The sales men tried to charge me 449$ a month for 72 months for this car. 32,382$ for a car only worth maybe 21,000$. This place is a complete joke

They get three stars because the rep was nice and not pushy otherwise they deserve less for their business practices. Their fees are enormous, add another 2-3k to the sticker price when you get there. Fees for "reconditioning" even though the car clearly wasn't touched. fees for transport? fees for drop off? its just getting silly. recondition includes body work up to par to sell, they did offer to fix some things but I lost interest. found a huge gash with poor cover up in the back bumper and the car was buried in the lot (partially my fault I called last minute) but they made no effort to pull the car out for a test drive.

Staffs are very professional in deaking with their customers..Mr Gianni Velarde help us from the day 1 till we bought the car we want. He made use try and see the diifgerent options we have.. until we made our final decision. he did all those without putting pressure on us.. and even after we bought the car that we wanted .. he tried to ff-up and made sure were happy with our choice.. with him its not just business but more of his personal relations with his clients! Smooth transaction with dealer, no added charges as other reviewers mentioned. Salesman was eager to make a deal. Only thing I did not like is the salesman was juggling 3 clients at the same time up to a point where he asked we rush to finish the test drive as he had other clients waiting for him at the dealership.

I should have listened to the reviews before taking that trip... Mr Ed was awesome throughout the process but the numbers just didn't add up... the car is 8,900 by the time that added whatever they was adding my out the door price was 18,675...12%apr wow... i was told by the finace it was that price because the car is a benz... must thought i was slow and needed the car asap...after walking out they said my payment can be 329 @48 months o no.... first when i got there they tried to rush me into paperwork without a test drive on inspection of the vehicle....I arrived 1130 didn't get finish until 6pm... the car was cosmetically bad the pictures didn't show it....after i would have driven off the car would have been worth 5,800... watch em close

Car offered on CarGuru for 14,800 - Car Guru has it listed as a "Great Deal" . After the test drive, I say lets talk (checkbook in hand). Salesman comes back "You're not going to like what I have to tell you... we buy cars like this for $15,000. Offer them below where we own them, then add a "dealer preparation charge"". In this case it was $1800, now making the car basically a "Fair Deal" - given Guru ratings of the same car at other dealers. The salesman brought out the manager that confirmed the business model. Funny thing is that there are other "Great Deals" offered by BM motors - My advice - Don't drive far for "Great Deals" - because I read similar reviews for other dealers just trying to get people in the door.

$3000 in hidden dealer fees ! The car was 13 and after all the hidden fees the final price came to 15960 CASH! They won't tell the fee over the phone so I wasted 3 hours of driving , tolls and gas. The car was good, except for the multiple scratches that were not showing on the AD, probably some photoshop. One thing I learned , if the dealer doesn't tell the fees over the phone I won't bother wasting my time going to them anymore !

The car that was advertised was as expected in fact we were able to drive many of her car similar in its class the salesman admitted that he was somewhat inexperienced since he had been on the job for one month but he took very good care of us we were surprised however that the dealer fee preparation fee were actually quite high however the manager of the dealership was very willing to negotiate and brought the fee to something very close to what we had planned on paying. They put for me at the car exquisitely detail the car exquisitely it was only one minor correction I needed to be made and it was done we spent a total of four hours from entering the dealership to driving away with the car. I would rate this dealership a four out of five I would give them a five out of five because personally they are very reasonable very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get your deal however the preparation fee and additional fees. We're certainly more than what I had spent purchasing my Mercedes S 65 AMG so I was quite surprised however they were willing to negotiate and we walked out what we felt was a fair deal. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation because they have a very wide assortment of cars that are available they are willing to work with you but compromise must be understood. the dealer is also out to make a profit and you as a buyer must understand that. But the car is they have are in fine working condition and though they're not certified as previously owned cars the cars are maintained extremely wellin the future when I look to purchase another car I will scan their website and see exactly what they have in their inventory

Cant even tell how much i am pleased with Bm Motor Cars. I was interested in a 2012 ML350. I was looking for a very specific things to equipped in the car. Finally i found one in inventory of BM MotorCars. However i live in Boston and have a very busy schedule. So i took a gamble and did everything over the phone. Greg was nice enough to give me his cell, to make the transaction even easier. When i finally received the car i was finally relived because the car looked even better in person then it did in picture. Will definitely do business again with Greg and with Bm Motor Cars.

If there were a negative star I would give them that rating. These people are blatantly deceptive. The vehicle was listed as 12900. But when they finally produced the purchase order the price was 15900 plus taxes and fees for a total of almost 17800.

Went yesterday to look at the 2003 Mercedes e 350 with the rims in black and had a sales man name peter tell me it's not available few minutes before I got to the dealership I call to find out if its still there they let me know yes I clear asked if the one with the rims because that had two lady on the phone said yes I said okay I'm a block down for the dealer ill be there in 2 minutes when I got the peter said it was not there a was pushing a 20,000 down car I said I can what I have its would of been for the Mercedes he kept trying to get me in a 20,000 to 22,000 dollar cars said no thank you I took his name down and his number but didn't just to be respectful can't say the place is full of lie's because I only dealt with one person sad because I really wanted the car but dealing with people like him who are sneak piss me of all I wanted was a car also called today and its still available then i set up an appointment and i get a nasty email from gino saying i dont have a appointment two weeks letter erica calls me and tells me two give her a call to see if am still interested in the callthey sold two weeks ago

Scan artist. When u go there and try purchase a vehicle for the online price, the sale tells you that the price is a whole sale and you have to pay the full price. Anf on top of that they add all this extra fee.

After having a week in advance to prepare a vehicle for sale I found the car to be in deplorable presentation condition. My entire time proved to be a total waste and I will not deal with them in the future.

Went to see the car, dealer was disorganized, unable to provide a test ride. On negotiation, dealer increased the price with fees. Salesman used the typical " must talk to my manager" and then explained it was three managers deep to get a decision. I didn't buy the car.

They lie to me they sold me a vehicle that was completely unsafe. I took the vehicle down the next day to have it inspected and it failed due to safety problems. Your dealership did pick up the vehicle and they stated they did fix the problems. The next day that I did used vehicle it broke down because the problems were not fixed This is the second time I had to pay to have the vehicle towed back to my house. Then your floor manager told me he's not fixing anything else on the vehicle is not his problem the car sold as is I have been trying to contact somebody to make a complaint about the way I was treated with this but nobody will reply back to me

Very poor services. They called me to confirm my appointment several times on the same day of appointment. Unfortunately when I got to the facility the car that I wanted was not their. They said that they sold it and never bothered to call me. I felt that the car was their and they didn't want to give me the car at the price that was on the internet. I would never recommend this dealership. I was ready to get this car. I

Don't buy from this company. Don't waste your time... I seen a Benz online for 18,995. I drove 2 hours to this company. After test driving the car, I wanted to buy it. The sale man came to the table with three numbers on the paperwork. 18,995, 2,910 & 3,100. I asked him what we're the numbers for. He stated the first number was the internet price of the car. The second number was dealer fees. The third number was for a three year warranty. When I questioned the second amount, he stated that you won't find a Benz with low miles for 18,995. Then he said if I buy the warranty for 3100, he will knock off the 2910 dealer fees. I decided not to buy from this company. They are very dishonest. They advertise a low amount to get you to come to their dealership and then they tack on ridiculous fees. Then they try to force you into buying a chappy warranty for a large amount. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

These people lied about the price of the car and the salesman knew nothing about the actual car. The check engine light came on during the test drive and they added about 10000 dollars to the price when I got there. Very bad experience !!!!!!!

add $2500 to "prepare" the car, and $500 delivery charge.. so, you need to add 3K to every advertised price.
