It was a bait and switch. And then they were super pushy about trying to sell me any car after they pulled the bait and switch. And all the cars in their lot were not cleaned, like they still had trash and pet hair all over the vehicles. Would not recommend at all.

First and foremost, this dealership is full of lies and deceit! They sold the car before I even could get to the dealership and had an appointment with them and a verbal understanding. Then i show them my preapproval for the car and they run my credit and then all these hidden fees and bigger down payments start coming into the picture when i already had my pre-approval and didn’t need my credit pulled again and then they ran the cars price up from 13,100 to 16,000 before sales tax and all and after I caught them in that one then they started rescinding my approval telling me instead of needing $2,000 down that I would need at least $5700, then it went from them fixing the problems because the check engine light was on and told me they would fix them for free and now it’s either they fix them free or I would need to pay $1,400 more up front to total it to $7,100 down. They are crooked as they come and I spoke to the bank and they confirmed they were lying to me 100% do not buy a car!

Didn't list that there was frontal damage reported. Interior was in bad shape and also was not listed. During my test drive, I found loose prescription drugs in the center console. When I mentioned the drugs and pointed them out to the salesman he just picked them up and acted like it wasn't a big deal. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Played games dying if I didn’t want it they had other buyers that did. Then called back two days later asking if I wanted it for the price I said I would buy it for.

Took one week to respond.

although we did not make the deal the people here are good people who will go the distance i am sure i will do business with them in the future

I didn’t have much to do with them. Just took a test drive on a Toyota Tundra truck. The sales guy was friendly and low pressure.

Well not only the Subaru I was Interested in not avaiable after I arrived they were trying to sell me something else I was not Interested in! Waste of time for me and they don't listen to what your asking for! So the whole deal they will work with you Is not true! Look somewhere else for a car!
